I am getting this error Code 1132 everytime and i did nothing wrong I used Zoom 3 times only can smn help?

Hi there, I hope someone can help me with some advice. I have started a free monthly "Gathering Space" on zoom. During the first one, for which I registered participants via Eventbrite, someone sent an abusive message. I was not clear whether it was the person it seemed to be or note, as when I sent a DM reply, an automatic message popped up to say "your message cannot be delivered to XXXX as XXXX is not in the meeting", but I could very clearly see and hear XXXX in the meeting". I have dealt with this and won't dwell anymore but I share it because it means I wanted more security. I set up my next meeting on Zoom, and promoted registration it via linked in events . I activated as much security as I could on Zoom. When it came to people accessing the meeting, a number of people could not get in because I had set it to only allow "registered members" so I had to remove that. Then people could not get in (including my co-hos

  We are using the Zoom API endpoint: GET /report/meetings/#{zoom_api_uuid}/participants?include_fields=registrant_id We are trying to retrieve the list of all participants for a specific meeting. However, the response only includes the host's information — other participants who were present in the meeting are not returned by the API, even though their details are visible in the Zoom dashboard for the same meeting. Request:Please help us understand why the participant data is missing from the API response and how we can retrieve the full list of attendees programmatically.

Hello, I'm a 77-year old grandmother trying to open a 2nd free zoom account on my laptop.  I chose the new email address I NEED to use, entered it and got to "prove you're a human."  I have very poor eyesight so use the "Play" (vocalizes partial sentences then typed into text box.  4 in a row had such terrible audio, it was hopeless to hear.  I could hear try #5,  I entered what I heard, and hit "verify," then "send email code."  It arrived so late it expired. After a few tries, "resend" wouldn't let me try again.  I have tried ALL the things that are suggested on this website to fix it and NONE work.  I NEED this 2nd account to be opened with the EXACT SAME #2 email address I had chosen, the one that has all these problems.  What are my options?  MANY thanks!

My meeting summaries have stopped, last I could find in email and in zoom in the online environment are from end of Jan.  Do I have to change a setting or other?  Help!

Hi, I am using Zoom on a M1 Pro Macbook. As a camera I have a Sony A6400 connected to an Elgato 4KX Capture Card. Everything worked fine, until the last zoom update. Since then the camera is squished in zoom and in zoom only. The proportions are totally off and therefore my video pretty much useless in Zoom. Any advice on how to fix this? Best regards, Ben

I have a platform that integrates with a Zoom Business account, and I need help configuring a specific meeting flow. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: I want to automatically create Zoom meeting links when two users book a session on my platform. These meetings should allow both users to join and interact via the generated link without requiring the admin/host to start or join the meeting. The meeting is scheduled for a future time, and the link is stored in our database so both users can access it when the session begins. After the meeting, I want to generate AI-based meeting notes and store them or provide them as a downloadable file on my platform. Currently, the meetings we create require the host to join first before others can enter. I recently upgrade to a Zoom license in order to be able to use the remote control option for users at my job. However, when a user shares their screen, I don't see that option. I have looked at all the settings and turned on what, I think, is necessary and what another licensed user has, and can use the remote control option, but it still doesn't appear. What setting or option am I missing?

Zoom Workspace started to have performance issues on my Mac Book Pro 2018, Intel. Before it worked great for years. Recently, 5 min into the call it begins to degrade audio and video, audio begins to stutter and I have to switch to iPad. This is not a network issue, my iPad and iPhone work great on the same wifi. I'm the owner of our enterprise account. We use zoom to conduct court hearings. Each of our hearing examiners schedules one meeting daily, with the waiting room enabled. Multiple hearings are conducted during each daily meeting. All participants (attorneys, defendants, agents, etc) are required to join at the start of the daily meeting and remain in the waiting room until their docket is called. The hearing examiner (host) controls participants by admitting them from the waiting room as the dockets are called. When a hearing concludes, the hearing examiner (host) moves the participants back to the waiting room. There are occasions where hearings are rolled over to another day, meaning the respective participants are never admitted to the meeting from the waiting room. Hi, I am on a maxed out 27 inch iMac from 2020. Not new but decent machine still imho. - 3,8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7- AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB- 128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 In 2024 before updating to Sonoma Zoom worked fine. No lag in video or screensharing.For months now Zoom just lags constantly and slows down machine even after call has ended. why?- I have tried to downgrade Zoom. no success- even got me faster internet, using lan cable. no success- limiting frames when sharing. no successGoogle Meet works fine, even Teams without issues. Updated Zoom today and now the built in microphone will not work. If I mute, then unmute, the microphone will pick up my voice for a half of a second (microphone icon shows green) and then it cuts out. Muting and unmuting a second time has no effect. I have updated microphone driver (already had the most updated version), disabled, enabled, uninstalled & reinstalled. Microphone works on the test side of the laptop. Will not work on the test side of Zoom. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Microphone is allowed for all programs. It was working normally before the Zoom update. Nothing else has changed on my laptop otherwise. I have all the auto enhancements turned off. I have toggled through the settings to test each one. Microsoft Windows 11 on HP Envy. What am I missing?

Hi, I was hosting zoom meetings no problem on my iPhone 6s until a few days ago. When I view my set up through my iPhone camera it's the way I want it, but when I start the zoom meeting it automatically zooms in, especially from the side view - and now I can only see half of my set up. I've ticked and unticked so many boxes but nothing has helped. Would appreciate help! Thanks.

Hi, in a previous version (5.8.1) switching off 'always display participant names on their video' also switched them off in recordings. Now, however, in the latest version it seem impossible to remove my name from the bottom left corner. It only does so in the meeting and not the recording.  Has anyone else ran into this issue? Is there a solution for this? Any help greatly apreciated. Thanks,Adam

I accidentally recorded a Zoom meeting to the cloud without a paid account. I then opened a Pro Plan in hopes of locating the recording, but I can't find it. How can I retrieve the recording?

How do I stop people from signing me up into their Zoom webinars I did not sign up for? Im getting inundated with them - several a week. Complete distraction of my time.

We migrated to Zoom phone last year and it's never worked properly. We've had calls going silent both ends, just us going silent but still bale to hear the other caller, and the latest one is that the phone rings and then when we try to answer it says the call has already been answered. We even had one client told by the system to hang up. I invited Zoom support to call me so they could experience the issues for themselves and they just never did, even though they said they did. Eventually they just closed the ticket because I didn't respond over the Christmas break. I'm on the verge of switching to another provider but I would like to know if it's just me.
