What happened to the mouse control function? It disappeared from the bar and can’t be found anywhere. Has this function been removed from zoom?
My base-model 14" Macbook Pro (M1 Pro CPU) gets really good battery life unless I fire up Zoom. I've tried it twice so far:1st time - 1hr43m Zoom meeting drained battery from 100% to 38%. Nothing else running in the background.2nd time - 1hr30m Zoom meeting drained battery from 100% to 51%. Again, nothing running in the background.I verified that I am running the "Apple Silicon" version of Zoom with System Information.All I can say is that Zoom absolutely destroys my brand new MBP's battery way too fast!Is anyone else seeing this problem?Tim(cross-posted on Reddit - r/Macbook)
For the life of me, I can't seem to get the right image size for a Zoom background. From what I've read, the recommended pixel size is 1920X1080. My photo app says the image I'm uploading for a background is 1920x1080, but when I set it for my background, I end up with black bars on the right & left sizes which the help files says indicates "wrong size". Any suggestions welcome. I've uploaded the desired background photo in png format (have tried JPG too which behaves the same way) and also a screen grab of what the background looks like with it's black bars. Any/all suggestions appreciated. Platform I'm on is a windows 10 PC, no green screen if that makes any difference. I've got the most recent Zoom client version, too.
How can I stop the AI Meeting from being emailed to meeting participants after the meeting? Some things were said after a participant left that should not be read. Is there a way to keep it from going to everyone?
My laptop internet speed decrease to 11 Mbps from 100Mbps when I connect to zoom. please help to resolve this problem.
Hello,I'm running into a persistent issue on my Windows 11 PC with the latest version of the Zoom desktop client.Every few minutes, I receive an error notification that says: "zoom.exe is using VCRUNTIME140_1.dll from unknown publisher"I get the same message for other related DLLs, such as MSVCP140.dll.To troubleshoot this, I have already tried the following steps without success:Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom application.Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages (both x86 and x64).Run sfc /scannow command.Despite these actions, the error messages continue to appear. Could anyone provide some assistance or suggest other solutions I might try?Thank you.

I am looking to annotate a customer's screen when they share their screen, but the green pencil annotate tool is not appearing anywhere.Steps already taken:1. Enabled Annotation in the Settings2. My colleagues and I commonly need to share files, we do so via the team chat. These files are commonly .apk files. When I use my phone to try and download the file, the file just downloads into the app. The app notifies me saying download complete but when I press on it, it just launches the app. I am wondering how I can actually download the file directly onto my device so I may use the .apk

I am conducting a meeting with another participant, and both of us are using an iPhone as our camera. During the meeting, the video quality is excellent. The session is recorded. However, once the meeting has ended and the video is converted, the quality noticeably decreases. Could you explain why this occurs? I would like the video quality to remain at the same high level.
I regularly use zoom on my Mac and suddenly it stopped working, it doesn't log in to my account and doesn't let me join a meeting. it sends me a connection error and I don't know what to do. I tried with different Wi-fi networks and still doesn't work.

since updating Zoom a few days ago I've been experiencing serious issues that prevent me from using the platform properly on my computer:I can't join meetings, or it takes a very long time to connect.when i finally get in, the software either freezes or my camera is disabledi haven't been able to use Zoom on my computer at all since the update.additionally, Workpalce is not working at all - it keeps asking for a password, and even after i enter the verification code i received by email, the software doesn't accept it.i can join meetings from my phone, but it's very inconvenient for work and significantly slows me down.i'd really appreciate any urgent help or suggestions to fix this

Is there any way to allow a caller who is waiting in a queue to break out to a designated voicemail box if they get tired of holding. Ex. we've all heard the on hold verbiage, "we're sorry, we're experiencing an extremely high call volume, if you prefer to leave a message, please press 1. Otherwise, please continue to hold and the next available agent will be with you shortly." It looks like this can potentially be fudged via a series of queues or overflowing back to the same queue, but then you get into infinite loops and broken call stats... Zoom Phone doesn't even appear to be able to play intermittent on hold messages or announce what caller they are in line or other similar things to help engage the caller. It looks like these may be possible in Contact Center, but that is way overboard for this type of basic functionality. How are y'all working around this?
Hi everyone- I will be using the Zoom translated captions on a meeting I am recording. I plan on sharing the recording and need to have the captions displayed permanently as the speaker will be speaking in Spanish and our viewers are primarily English speakers. Does anyone know if I can ensure the recording always displays the English translated captions? Additionally, is there an option to display the captions in either English or Spanish? Thank you!
I have a user that currently holds a Webinar 500, and they have more than 500 registered. Can we just assign a Webinar 1000 licence to them, and their link will stay intact? thanks
When I press the camera icon (Video) when I start hosting a meeting. a dialogue box states: "No cameras detected. Plug in device and retry.... OR:"Zoom is unable to detect a camera. Make sure that your camera is powered on and is connected to your computer." I use the camera in the computer so there is no need to plug a camera in. Recently I haven't been able to access the camera at all, but intermittently, for no reason, the camera DOES work! Nothing's been changed! One of Zoom's suggestions is to check that the camera is not being used by any apps. How can I check this out? I teach students in China using Voov - can't access the camera in those calls either. SO FRUSTRATING!!
Longtime zoom user for work as an attorney. My PC build combination is a 5070 GPU/9800X3D CPU. All drivers/bios/Windows 11/Zoom are up to date. I’ve tried configuring every setting imaginable to fix this, including unselecting hardware acceleration for receiving video in the zoom application settings-nothing fixes the issue. Audio does not freeze and the videos aren’t freezing from the participant end, only my view of them which is incredibly distracting. I’ve tried tweaking every setting I can possible think of/find. My camera/internet connection has not changed and the application barely puts a dent in my memory/CPU. I manually ensured my GPU is selected in the Nvidia Application Control Center for Zoom. Is there any other suggested fix for this?
Hi, The personal setting stated: allow participants to join anytime. However, they can only join at 9:20. Please help.
During meetings hosted by me I can hear all participants except one. She can hear me, the other participants can hear her as her microphone is turned on, It's only me who cannot hear her. This is not happening at every meeting but quite often. Obviously my audio works as I host many meetings a day and I have this problem with just one participant. Does anybody have any suggestions?
I need to share the full desktop of my pc, not the single document... I am a teacher and I work with different files of different programm,I switch from one to the other one, and I can add some docs also during the lesson. In the past, there was the opiton: share the screen or part of it. Why did it disappear? Thank you
