On the newest version of Zoom for iOS from April 25th, 2024, while sharing a URL or a PDF file through Safari or Google Drive, the video in the corner of the screen of my participants or my own video for that matter is no longer visible.   Up until now, on all versions of Zoom for iOS from since I started using Zoom in 2020, by default my participants' video would be visible on the bottom right corner of the screen. I'm not sure if this is a bug or is fixable.  It is quite inconvenient. 

Zoom keeps freezing and crashing during meetings - I'm a therapist and conduct my online sessions on the app. I also give lectures on it. Today I had a 2-hour lecture and got disconnected 7 times. I need to fix it urgently. What could be wrong? Internet connection is strong.

Hello, I have Zoom for my Mac M2 Air. A while back, I thought it would be cool to have a virtual background of an X-Wing from Star Wars. This was all fine and dandy until I realized that the Zoom app on my Mac recognizes that virtual background as if there is no virtual background. I am confused and angry about this issue because I have uninstalled the app at least 5 different times, logged in with different emails, and even cleared out the cache files and restarted my machine. The X Wing background still shows up. What am I doing wrong? I have tried to speak to a human being with the customer support number, only to be told that I am not a premium member, so I cannot talk to a human or even send a trouble shoot request. I don't want to spend $17 just to fix a hopefully simple solution. Can anyone help me?  Thank you

Good morning people  I have two regularly scheduled meetings in Zoom with attendance of over 100 folks.  I want to keep the same meetings but I don't need the two links/ID's anymore.   I am afraid that if I cancel the one meeting, even with good communication, a significant amount  of folks will slip through the cracks and miss a meeting.  No one can miss a meeting.  Is there a way to keep a link open for, say 14 days, and just have the meeting A rerouted to Meeting B?

My Zoom subscription has expired, and there are still some recordings that have not been downloaded. Can they still be downloaded and do I have to subscribe to Zoom again to be able to download them? 

Hi everyone,I attended a 3.5-hour meeting today. Although I wasn't the host, I received permission to record it locally. I have the Zoom folder, but both the MP4 and audio files are only 1 second long. The recording also isn't appearing under "Recordings" in my Zoom account.Does anyone know how to resolve this? The virtual agent was unhelpful.Thanks in advance

I can't locate start/stop times of previous meetings that I've hosted.  I know this exists - but I cannot find where this information is located.  Online instructions are very confusing and/or wrong.  Other solutions from previous years are also inaccurate.   Zoom is a bit too much like Teams.  10,000 buttons to choose from - all scattered in un-obvious places.   

I am unable to play the recorded meetings. It gives me the screen where it says the host shared the recording with me but will not let me play it

I am on the Zoom Phone Pro Global Select Unlimited plan (with an assigned international number for South Africa). Does anyone know if this allows me to make unlimited calls to SA ? Or will the cost of calls be on top of the monthly plan costs ? Alternatively, what is the most cost effective plan to call SA ?Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

THERE IS NO BOARD OPTION FOR "DESIGN" There is an annoying and distracting red dot next to my "HOME" button on the left of my page. WHY???I open the home page, thinking it's trying to alert me to that page, but nothing of importance shows there. SO, this annoying red dog keeps distracting me from actually working.  HOW CAN ONE CONTACT AN ACTUAL HUMAN AT ZOOM TO ADDRESS THIS???

Hi, I use Outlook Classic with the Zoom Plugin. When I create a meeting it shchedules it with Zoom and inludes a link properly. The only problem I have is if I move the reponses to the invite (declined or accepted) then the meeting is cancelled. The Folder I move it to is in the Inbox folder, it's just a place where I put my read mails that need no futrher actions. Example: "Inbox > Sort"  I use a Quick Steps action to move mail this way and all it does it mark it read and move it to my folder.  I understand if moving it to another calendar, this would cause it to be delted but moving the accepted invites between folders should not delete the meeting right?  I have a Zoom Workplace License that is managed by IT but no one else I work with has this problem and they all move mail from the inbox to another folder to keep the inbox clear.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi,  We have recorded a zoom meeting. How can we reply this recorded meeting on an existing scheduled meeting? Can it we achieved automatically or does somebody has to attend the meeting and start to reply it manually?

Hi we have a main phone auto receptionist that will direct dial some call queues, but for others, we want to leave a dialback option, so that when a user makes a selection, if they change their mind they can return to the main menu and make a different selection.The only way I'm finding to make this happen is by setting up a secondary auto receptionist for those lines (I would love is there was a better solution at this level). In doing that we have a scenario that runs somewhat like this:Main IVR: Customer selects 3Secondary IVR, "You have reach team 3 who handle the following types of calls (e.g). Please stay on the line while we connect you or press 1 to return to the main menu or 0 to leave a voicemail."Auto IVR message (that we would like to remove) "if you know the extension of the person you are trying to reach please dial it now or press zero to return to the operator...please wait while we connect your call."This IVR message is conf

In Zoom Scheduler, if a calendar event is marked "out of office" instead of "busy" it is not considered blocked time. The time will still show as available booking time. Scheduler only removes availability if the calendar invite is marked "busy" or "tentative". This is really unfortunate as it causes availability in Scheduler to be inaccurate. What is Zoom's reasoning for this?

Hi everyone,I’m currently testing the forum override styles in Zoom and noticed that not all elements respond to my custom CSS. While some parts update correctly, other components still stick to the default theme, which makes the customization look inconsistent.I wanted to ask if anyone here has successfully managed to apply global CSS changes across the forum. Is there a specific method or best practice to ensure that custom styles don’t get overridden by system defaults?Interestingly, it feels a bit like going through — plenty of options available, but only some choices actually fit what you need at the time. That’s how my CSS changes feel right now: selective instead of global. Any practical tips, code examples, or references would really help me out.Thanks in advance for your support!

in my Zoom meeting, I can share the Chosen movie sound but not the image. I am not sure if it is a zoom setting that needs to changed or if Google prevents sound sharing. Google has not responded me yet.

Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account? 

A new problem has come up just in the last couple of days that I have had no problems with previously. While using Zoom to tutor, I use both my MacBook and iPad. The iPad is for writing on the Zoom whiteboard. For some reason, when I write on the whiteboard on my iPad, I can see what I am writing until I lift my Apple Pencil at which point what I wrote disappears on my iPad but is visible on my MacBook and for everyone else in the meeting (including my student). As you can imagine, it is quite difficult to write on the whiteboard with my iPad when I cannot see what I have already written. Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix this? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Zoom app on my iPad, following and unfollowing the creator of the whiteboard, and creating the whiteboard on both my MacBook and on my iPad. None of these have helped.

The Zoom looks as it should when we are using Immersive View, but our Livestream is showing some peoples backgrounds.  A new problem we started seeing about a 3 weeks ago. This is happening with latest Zoom version, Windows computers and Mac.  We've had people toggle on & off basically every option we could find for their own virtual backgrounds. Image below shows how the person on far right looks as expected in Zoom, but is showing his home background.

I'd like to sync my Apple macOS Calendar with my Zoom MacOS desktop client. I clicked on the link to connect my calendar, and it presents me with a dialog box where I can either Create Zoom CalendarSign in with GoogleSign in with Microsoft I clicked Create Zoom Calendar. It then switches to my default browser and drops me in to my profile in the Zoom web client. But it doesn't give any indication of what I'm supposed to do here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,I have been using zoom for 5 years, have done many recordings. But a recording that I did today that was on the cloud is not in my Recordings tab. Is there a way how can I find it?

Hi,  I am currently doing presentations to some fellow learners through zoom. The first we I did a recording and it went great. The recording recorded the presentation, the learners & I in gallery view. This is what I wanted. Unfortunately the next presentation session, when my recording finished the recording was only of the presentation and nothing else. I have another presentation coming up and I want to get this fixed. YouTube and other guides have not been helpful. How do I get my recording to record in gallery view and not my presentation. Again, when I go on to zoom recording settings no cloud settings come up and thats what all the videos have been telling me to do. Please help
