Local recording does not exist

Hi everyone,

I attended a 3.5-hour meeting today. Although I wasn't the host, I received permission to record it locally. I have the Zoom folder, but both the MP4 and audio files are only 1 second long. The recording also isn't appearing under "Recordings" in my Zoom account.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? The virtual agent was unhelpful.

 Zoom Support agents should be able to assist you with this. Also there is a knowledge based article that I will share that might assist you.
