Zoom Scheduler feedback. Suggestion to customize the Meeting Title. With Calendly, Bookings, FreeBusy and other apps, the Title of the appointment can be changed to be however you want it. The default for Zoom Scheduler is "30 minute meeting with Josh (1 of 20 spots filled)" That is worthless information to me. I have to open the invite to see who scheduled the appt, the company name, and the purpose. Ideally what I would like is the option of the title to be: "Purpose of the Call (Company Name or Person Name)". Let me choose in the settings area how I want the variables to be used in the meeting title. And I just don't understand the purpose of the "1 of 20 spots filled" in the meeting title. Maybe show that when the other user is scheduling the meeting, but not in the title of the meeting.
I know a lot of people hate full screen mode, and googling for information on Zoom and full screen are filled with people trying to figure out how to get out of full screen mode. My problem is the opposite. I love full-screen mode. I'm on a Mac, and "full screen" goes onto its own space/desktop on my monitor that I can three-finger swipe to and from. Especially when screen-sharing, full screen mode allows me to see the shared screen as large as possible with minimum extra "chrome" around it. I have Zoom set to "Enter full screen when starting or joining a meeting: checked" and "Window size when screen sharing: Fullscreen mode". This used to work great. Zoom would start fullscreen, when someone shared it would stay full-screen, when someone stopped sharing it would stay full screen, etc. Sometime about a month back, all my Zoom settings got reset to defaults (no idea why), and even after setting the above two items again, what happens is:Start Zoom meeting: Full
I am developer in edtech company. our company provide support for online classes to tutors and learners by zoom. I can see captured events log for a meeting that has recording started/stopped events. but fetchRecordingAPI is giving response code 3301 with message The recording does not exist.the meeting happened on 21st may and user's doesn't have access to delete/update. Is there any possibility to get the recording back from zoom side.
Hi, I've been using ZOOM for 3 years to schedule meetings. Suddenly (?an update? where I added my contacts, perhaps), I can no longer find the "copy invitation" button that has been working great for me. It used to pop up after I saved a meeting. I am at a loss. How can I copy the invitation for use in emails, reminders, etc. ( the chat bot was hysterically unhelpful)
While sharing my screen, I want to share the audio from a video I am playing but I want to mute my mic's audio. How can I do this?
I am extremely frustrated with Zoom's video recording features. I have my meetings set to record in HD. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. I never can tell whether they are recording in HD until I go back to video the clips later and discover that my entire session is unusable because it was recorded as a low resolution file.This is mind-numbingly frustrating because I do not change settings, I am wired directly to a very fast network, and yet, Zoom cannot seem to record anything greater than 640x360.If anyone has any solution, I would appreciate it.

I use outlook as my calendar app, and we have integration to zoom. But I have tons of "all my all day meetings" that use my screen (usually vacation notice and holidays), and I need to keep scrolling on zoom to find my next meeting to join. Is this possible to hide all day meetings in the client? And past meetings (on the current day), can I hide them?
Just got off a meeting and received the AI summary... in Japanese when we were all speaking English. I have no idea how to change it to English or why it was in Japanese in the first place. How to ensure the summary stays in English?(all participants are in Japan, but ironically it's an English conversation club)
I have an issue with one user that when they share a screen during a meeting the participant can't control the screen; the mouse will move but mouse clicks don't work.It works fine from my machine, with my account and theirs, but I can duplicate on multiple machines It does work on their account/machine when sharing the system, but not the screen. Thoughts?
Are the use of GIFs available in our Zoom chats? If not, will they be made available or are they a part of an upgrade? My job uses MS Teams and GIFs have proven to be a useful addition to the chat. Jill
Hi! My company is looking into getting Zoom Webinars. It looks like it's an add-on. What do I need to have first to then add on Webinars? Additionally, is there a limit to how many different log-ins can host a webinar? My boss would like us all to be able to host, as she doesn't like using her own computer. My company purchased Yealink MP54 Team model phones instead of the Zoom model. Is there a way to convert them to be able to be used with Zoom. All I can see is Yealink VP59 model information. Thanks in advance.
Please someone help me. Zoom used to work so well for me on my tablet. Now I cannot share screen, annotate, nothing accept for video chat. What has happened? Ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but makes no difference. Has this happened to anyone else? I pay through monthly fee and I teach online, please help I'm totally stressed and cannot work. I'm on a Samsung A9 tablet.
Hello! We have recently hosted a Zoom webinar, all great, panelists and host were sharing their screens during their [presentation, all perfect. Now I wanted to share the recording, but the recorded image showing during the whole event is only from the first panelist - not event from the host! But during the event all was fine and working. Is there a way to revert this? To go back to what we were watching when it was live? I have organized other Zoom webinars before and this has never happened. And I honestly can't find anything under the settings. Any has an idea why this happened? Thanks!HCP
I am not familiar with Team Chat, but I would like to use it for a meeting that I didn't host. The host has given me permission to start a chat with the other members. The meeting ended a few days ago. Questions:Am I able to start a Team Chat session if I was not the host of the meeting? I have the meeting ID and password.Will Team Chat still be available even though the meeting has ended and all participants have logged off?How will participants know that a chat has begun since they have logged out of the meeting? Will they receive some kind of alert? Thank you in advance for any help.
Does anyone know how to use Zapier to move Zoom SMS message strings to a CRM? The CRM I use is already linked to Zapier (Wealthbox) and for the moment I am using MyRepChat service to do this, but seems silly if I can just bypass MyRepChat and use a Zap to port SMS messages from Zoom right into my CRM.

Hi there,There is a user who was deleted about a year ago, off an account I am now on, and it appears this user had set a reoccurring weekly zoom meeting that no longer goes ahead. However, we cannot remove the meeting as it was set up by the deleted user.How do we remove the meeting?Much appreciated.
Hi Team, Does anyone know of any issues with Zoom Conference? Google Calendar is connected to Zoom, but when you select Zoom, it will give an error message: "There was a problem with the Video Conferencing App. Contact the app provider for help."
We are in the process of switching over to Zoom phone and i would like to keep using our desk phones (Yealink T41S) if possible.I however found out they are not in the list of compatible desk phones. Is there maybe some way to get them to work?
I have added a user as a co-host to several recurring meetings, but they don't show up in their web portal so they can start it from there. How do I enable this so all meetings show up?
Spent a frustrating few hours trying to get the zoom workplace client able to get a network connection - and missed my music lesson as a result 😞 After reinstalling the zoom client and trying various network tweaks I stumbled upon the solution which is to disable iCloud + private relay (which routes internet traffic through some Apple proxies I think). Is this a known feature or bug as all was working until recently. MacOS 14.5, Zoom Workplace 6.0.11 .
