Is there any option in Zoom Phone to have 2 different languages in IVR?For example Press 1 for English, Press2 for Spanish

Wanting some help with configuring the W80DM in a Mesh set up with the W80bs connecting back to the W80DM. From what I have found on the FAQs it asks you to register the W80bs back to the W80DM. So I have completed this. But when looking to add the handsets I quickly realised that I need sip accounts for these devices? So my question is how am I meant to set this up as there is nothing documented on how to do this and yet all FAQs list the devices as supported? The W57R handsets have IPUI addresses but not mac addresses so the Alternative was to use the other device option within Zoom but that asks for a Mac address which this device does not have. I assume I need to put the User email and password into the SIP account for this to work but I want an answer before I go back to the customer to try something that wont work

Zoom Phone users making outgoing calls will not hear a ringing tone or a dial tone. The caller does not think that the call is connecting although it is and is hanging up on prematurely, causing a lot of problems for our clients. This is happening on iPhone app, desktop softphone, using a headset, and without a headset. It's not everyone, with every call. This appears to be intermittent.

Zoom automatically boots you off one computer when you log in to another.  This should not happen.  The UI should ASK (on both devices if necessary, only requiring the answer on one to force it to uccur) if you want to be logged out of one vs the other.  I have a desktop and two laptop computers (I travel a lot).  They all have Zoom installed. My laptops are "asleep" on my desk, and I'm working on my desktop, and all of a sudden, my desktop logs me out of Zoom.  I assume a laptop wakes up (because of antivirus or something similar)  and auto logs in, which kicks me off my desktop.  This happens while I'm actively using Zoom ( I just got kicked off a phone call on my zoom phone!) and the other computer is simply passively logging in.  this is AWFUL design and needs to be fixed.  I had this happen many times on zoom meetings, but it doesn't kick you off the actual meeting, but on pho

How do I get the phone icon to appear? 

Is there any way to allow a caller who is waiting in a queue to break out to a designated voicemail box if they get tired of holding.  Ex. we've all heard the on hold verbiage, "we're sorry, we're experiencing an extremely high call volume, if you prefer to leave a message, please press 1.  Otherwise, please continue to hold and the next available agent will be with you shortly." It looks like this can potentially be fudged via a series of queues or overflowing back to the same queue, but then you get into infinite loops and broken call stats...  Zoom Phone doesn't even appear to be able to play intermittent on hold messages or announce what caller they are in line or other similar things to help engage the caller.  It looks like these may be possible in Contact Center, but that is way overboard for this type of basic functionality.   How are y'all working around this?

I had a few possible audios recorded and they seemed to be ok. And then I tried the default. Nope. I'll use one of my own.So I deleted the existing audios I'd done -- nothing at all showing on that screen. And then I recorded a new one. It plays back just fine there on the Settings page. And it's the ONLY recording showing on that page that shows the audios you've recorded.But when I call the phone number, the OLD and deleted audio keeps playing. And worse, immediately after the deleted one plays, the default (and very loud) "We are sorry ..." message plays, too.How on earth can I fix this? Thanks for any help. 

This has been happening for several weeks now.  My cell phone (while away from my desk) will vibrate to all get out -- but no pop up appears that allows me to answer the phone.  So any incoming call on my Google Pixel just rings until it goes to voicemail.  I haven't tested this theory yet, because it seems implausible, but is this happening because it is not on WIFI?I have just uninstalled it on my phone to alleviate the frustration.  If there is a fix or answer, I'll reinstall, but this isn't worth the anxiety knowing I am missing a call, but have no way to answer it.   It's mocking me, LOL. 

How are folks handling call status tracking when using call queues to route call forwarding?  The company I work for has this insane idea that a call should never end up in a voicemail box, yet there is nothing setup to allow callers to wait for the next available representative.  This causes managers/leadership to get worked up whenever they call someone and the person they are calling does not pick up and others on the team are not able to pick up so they end up in a voicemail box. Example: Our typical configuration is as follows for a 5 person team: all members of the team have direct dial numbers.  If person 1 is called, their phone rings first.  If person 1 is unable to answer, the call forwards to a call queue containing all 5 members of the team (including person 1).  If all 5 people are unable to answer, it will route to the original callee's voicemail box (person 1 in this example).  The same configuration is true for all 5 t

I want to buy the $15 package for calling unlimited to the USA and Canada i read it carefully, and it said regional so my question is that ;do I need to be in the USA to call in the USA for free (unmetered) or can I call from India to the USA for free (unmetered) with the $15 (unlimited USA and Canada regional call) package from Zoom phone? or to call from India to the USA for free I'll have to buy the $20 package?

I've searched everywhere for a solution and nothing has worked.  My time zone and time are correct, a ringtone is set, I'm showing as available, yet still I'm missing calls. I have my headphones on so that's where I'd prefer calls to ring but even external speakers would be okay.

I am setting up a shared line group for a few users which will ring and go to voicemail. Accessing the voicemail is easy for the users but I am not finding a way for users to record or upgrade the greeting for this line. The admin of the system can do it and I dont see custom roles for shared line groups.  How do you allow for an end user to record or update the greeting? Thanks!

Hi, we are currently setting up our call queues and a feature we had with our old system was that a caller can Press 1 anytime to go straight to the voicemail of the call queue instead of waiting. Is it something possible with Zoom Phone system? Thanks in advance!

I would really love to see an RTT feature implemented on Zoom phone as a basic accessibility need. It is crucial to be able to make and receive calls as RTT for the system to be accessible to all. I can't find any way to make/receive RTT calls at the moment. 

Hello. I can't login via mobile phone. I keep getting error code whenever I try to login using my email or Google account. Can anyone help? My mobile is HONOR Magic7. I have already tried to update the zoom app, reinstall it and to restart my mobile, but that didn't help.

We're using a Zoom Phone Call Queue for an internal use case. Think of it as a hotline that folks in the field can call should they require assistance. The queue is manned by a team that is specifically setup to handle these calls, so a call queue just made the most sense. Right now, the call queue only shows in the desktop app when I search for it in the phone number box. It doesn't show up in the contact search and it doesn't show up at all in the mobile app which is what our folks in the field primarily use. Can we please have a toggle on call queues that has it listed as an internal contact? 

User will sign in to the Salesforce softphone, they'll make a few calls and then will have to login again and refresh the page all over again. Does this happen to anyone else? 

Now Skype is gone we need a new UK phone number and the ability to make VOIP calls in the UK, USA and Canada. I live in South Africa, but our clients are in those regions. To register for Zoom phone I know I have to supply a UK address, but does Zoom need me to receive post and do something with it, like sign something and post it back? Can we not register and use Zoom Phone like Skype with never having to deal with a postal service, instead using email?I'm looking at the Regional Unlimited package as I don't see a benefit in signing up for the Global Select package, or am I missing something?

Hi, In a school setting how does one set the emergency address?  We have set this address as our Main Building but is it possible to be more precise?  For physical desk phones I suppose you can change it in the settings for each phone, but the problem I'm running into is the emergency location is mapped to an extension and many of our employees use the soft phone.  So narrowing down their exact location becomes more difficult.  I'm wondering what others have done or if you have any suggestions?
