Adding members to call queue

I figured out how to create a call queue and add 2 members. I need to add 4 additional people however I’m not able to. One person has a license but the name is not populated in the list when you click Add. The others are not licensed.

Does everyone have to have a license in order to be added to a call queue - I believe I read this somewhere.

I’m going in circles and cannot figure it out.

Hello @Christiana Roberts

To be a member of a Zoom Call Queue (ZCQ) and receive calls you don't need a license, Zoom Phone Basic is sufficient; on the other hand, to make outbound calls and have access to some advanced features and reporting, you need a license.

In your case, please take a look to the users you can't fin and make sure they have at least Zoom Phone Basic License, or an easy way to check is go to your Zoom Phone and search the name of the person you want to add (like you will do to call them internally) and if it shows in there, it should show as well in the “Add” list for the ZCQ.

I apologize for stating the obvious but it has happened to me that sometimes there is a typo in the name, Or the name is not populated but just the email and I had to search differently; if you haven't done that, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
