I cannot seem to find my AI companon while logged into Zoom for phone use. Does anyone know where I can access it?

    Hello ​@Amy Potter 

    AI Companion features are enabled individually/independently per Zoom product. If you aren't the Zoom Admin, take a look to this document about what features are included and what is needed to enable it, but then you need to talk to the Admin to make sure it is available to use for your account, and if not and it can be enable, below document also points to the confirmation settings needed.

    It has been enabled and it was popping up when I logged in but now it is not.

    I see, Zoom Assistant for Zoom Phone; take a look to this document:  There is an option for “Auto-Hide” when not used so I wonder if you have that enabled.

    If I am not mistaken, that feature needs the Zoom PowerPack License, make sure that license hasn't been removed from you user account

    Also, in the Zoom App itself, Settings > General scroll all the way to the bottom to verify this setting
