Zoom Voicemail inbox - Access, History Visibility and Playback for Agents

Agents need clarification on how to access and manage the Voicemail Inbox in Zoom. Specifically, the request is about:

  • Where the Voicemail Inbox is located for agents 
  • How agents can view the history of received voicemails
  • How to access and play voicemails
  • Whether voicemails are available through Zoom Workplace, web portal, or another interface
  • How admin can view the history of received voicemails and to perform playback of those voicemails

Agents can access the Voicemail Inbox through the Zoom Workplace app or the Zoom web portal. In the Zoom Workplace app, go to the Phone tab and select Voicemail to view the list of received voicemails, see the history, and play messages directly. Voicemails can also be accessed through the Zoom web portal by navigating to Phone System Management and then Voicemail. From there, both agents and admins (depending on permissions) can view voicemail history and play the recordings. Admins may also manage voicemail settings and access logs through the admin portal.
