I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?

Our zoom account has been hacked. I have spoken to 17 people at zoom over 48 hours on a continuous loop of new tickets, new people, multiple trust and safety report, more tickets. Zoom just close the tickets so I cannot escalate them. I am at a loss of what to do and am now resorting to making this public via every public channel that I can. I am stuck in an eternal loop of hell. Can anyone help?? 

I have same problem. Also new PC . Can't open Power Point as Virtual Background. Use the latest update for Zoom and Microsoft Office 365.Need help please?

For years, I've recorded a weekly meeting on Zoom and it captures me as the active speaker even though I view the meeting in real time wtih gallery view. The last two meetings, the recording captured my voice but a participant's video rather than mine even though the participants mute themselves. I'm sure the participants whose videos took over the recording were muted so I'm not sure why this has happened. It's never been a problem until now. I've checked the settings and I have the recording set to capture Active Speaker With Shared Screen so I'm not sure what's going on.

Our audio options are set for computer and telephone, but no phone numbers appear in the meeting invitation. This is true for both out meetings account and our webinar account. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you correct this? Thanks.

I'm having trouble hearing audio in videos shared in Zoom Meetings. I have an Acer Nitro V15 notebook, model ANV15 - 51 - 58AZ, Windows 11, using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.12. However, this problem with the audio has been happening for several versions now.The problem is when someone shares a video on Zoom and it has audio, the music contained in the video is automatically cancelled, as if it were noise cancellation. Only the voice contained in the video, whether spoken or sung, that can be heard.I've already checked audio processing settings on my notebook, and removed them all, but the problem continues. I updated zoom to the latest version, tested previous versions, but nothing changed. I looked here on the forum and saw that in one case they asked the host to remove the noise cancellation option in the audio settings if it had it. On Monday 29th September 2025, at least five institutions in Finland, as well as some institutions in Norway and Iceland have faced "Warning. The instructors email is invalid(2216). Error Code 2216 - int_edu_{institution specific numbers}" when trying to access Zoom via Moodle LMS as the Moodle instructor role user. This prevents instructors, typically university teachers using Zoom the way they are used to. Hi there, I am trying to find a way of using different options for waiting rooms for different recurring meetings. I have 2 different recurring meetings, one each for 2 different Coaching programs I am offering. What I am trying to do is finding a way of showing different images in the waiting room of each meeting. I already tried it with groups but can't find a way of assigning a meeting to a group, so that the group settings for the waiting room will be taken. Is there any way of achieving what I am trying to do? My Zoom version is: Zoom Pro, 6.0.11 (35001) Thank you so much for any recommendations! Best,Aurelia

I have an employee, who is a registered user, consistently get a message that says, "Unable to Join Meeting" with a 13224 error code.  What does that mean and how can I resolve that issue?

On the registration page for Zoom meetings, there's a point where the branding banner image stops scaling correctly, and only shrinks the width of the image, instead of scaling both the width and the height.  This makes the branding image look squished, and it looks unprofessional. You can test this on PC by changing the width of your browser window.  At a certain window width -- possibly the width where mobile phones become relevant -- the page layout will change.  The grey background disappears, and the banner image starts to look squished.  At that point, the page only scales the image width while maintaining constant image height.

Hello, we're using Zoom Meeting APi to create and manage meetings, we connect the mail zoom account and then use it to create meetings in behald of all zoom hosts with Pro licenses.In these last weeks we're getting more ane more errors as in subject HTTP 429 Too manu requests.We're getting this kind of error for some hosts and not for others, and even in the morning. It is not clear what API are involved in thi hard limit of 100 calls per day.It is the API to fetch meeting stats and meeting partecipants incluided in this count? Meeting and Webinar create/update requests100 create/update requests per day (UTC) per userApplies to all Meeting/Webinar IDs hosted by the userResets at 00:00 UTC daily Thank you,Michele

Hi:  Does anyone know how to turn off the voice that announces that its starting and stopping recording each time you hit record during a meeting?

I have been using Zoom for many months using by Windows 10 laptop and an external monitor with an HDMI connection. I have the "Use dual monitors" option setting checked in Zoom. When I share my presentation slides, the slides appear on my laptop and I can see the attendees on the external monitor. Works great! Yesterday, I needed to do the same at a different location. Same laptop with the same settings, but instead of an external monitor, I connected a Smart TV. Now, when I share my presentation slides, the "Use dual monitors" option does not work. What I see on my laptop is the same as what I see on the smart TV. The only way I could make this work was to extend my laptop screen onto the Smart TV, and then manipulate the two screens to simulate what worked automatically with the external monitor. Doable, but not acceptable. What changes should I make so the connection with the Smart TV will work the same way it does with a dumb external monitor?

I work for a corporate organization and we are trying to purchase a Zoom subscription. However, we have not been able to get a response from the Zoom sales team despite multiple attempts. They are not replying to our emails. This lack of communication is causing delays in renewing our subscription and affecting our business operations. If anyone has advice on how to get in touch with Zoom sales or alternative ways to purchase the subscription, it would be greatly appreciated.

 HiRunning MacPro here and trying to output audio to a different sound device.  I have several aggregate devices that I set up for different scenarios.  The are all hosted by the same 32ch interface.  This particular set up is supposed to take audio out on ch 15-16 but instead, It keeps playing it on channels 1 & 2.    Is it because Zoom does not recognize aggregate devices?  It plays it on first two channels of the default interface even though in preferences is chosen an aggregate device. I hope you understand what am saying 🙂 Any ideas? Thanks 🙂   

I am the MS Teams Admin for my company. I am trying to test out the external meeting invites which is enabled on all 1700 MTR devices, but stopped working. To test it out, I created an account and scheduled a meeting and sent the invites to the device accounts in my AV lab. Both my device do not show a meeting. I was looking and read that zoom doesn't send invites? which is odd...I am sure I am doing this wrong somehow. I know I also created an ICS file in my outlook and forwarded them to my devices, which the meetings did show up that way. But I could not join my devices to the meeting in that fashion. Kinda silly being a high level teams admin but have no exposure to Zoom. Can someone tell me what I am missing so I can address this?Thanks!

I am a part of a Playwright lab that meets every Saturday.  For some reason this past Saturday i couldn't get into the zoom room to join the group.  I tried several times and I would get to the screen that shows my face and when I clicked the JOIN button, it kept saying waiting for the host to let me in. Eventually the instructor sent me an email saying that he was waiting for ME to let him into Zoom.  What's up? Did I block him  out some way? Yesterday he sent me a recording of the class I missed and I couldn't open that link either. Instead of seeing the arrow or the small hand with the pointing finger, I saw that small vertical line and no action.  What's going on here.

Hello  I recorded 5 interviews last week with zoom recorder (on the computer, not on the cloud). The folders were created like they always are, but (I didn't check at the time) the folders are empty!!!!! What happened????? I never saw anything like that. They're all empty. I also am not able to play them back on my zoom recordings page.  What is going on?Thanks

I'd like to plan a new recurring meeting with No Fixed Time option, but it seems it has disappeared from the menu. The recurring option only allows "every day/week/month". Is the No Fixed time option available? How?
