live transcript recording

Hi, I've recorded a meeting where we activated live transcription. It worked fine

 

But now, when I'm going over the recording, I can see both image and sound, but not the transcription

 

Is possible to include it in the recording? Thanks in advance

    Captions, either automated or manually entered, will not be included in the recording. For cloud recordings, you can ensure that the chat transcript is saved alongside the recording, but the text will not be saved over the recording. You would need to use 3rd party software to add the captions to the video directly.

    Is this still the case today that the CC will not be able to be visible with the downloaded video? When viewing the recording on Zoom's site I have the ability to turn on/off the CC during playback but not when I view a downloaded copy. Is there no provided SRT file or embedded teletext that can be included?

    Yes, the cloud recording still does not include the captioning embedded in the recording, but we do provide a VTT file for saved captions. This is a similar format to SRT file.
