Hi, I use my Zoom AI Companion to record and take notes of my Teams meetings as well. I just got a new laptop and for some reason it does not record the other participants in my Teams meeting now - it only records and keeps the transcript for me. How do I fix this issue? Thanks Bob

I recently recorded a meeting (local recording) and I had my computer in Gallery mode. I didn’t realize it would record in the gallery view; what I wanted was only the feed from me. Is there anyway to access other recording viewed so that only have my feed, the speaker, instead of the full gallery?

I am having problem in having two meeting at the same time in zoom where i have purchased 1000 participants package. How should I make two meeting at the same time using this 1000 participants. package

Others say they can’t hear me but I hear them fine. New iPad. I have to get my mouth really close to the microphone for them to hear me.

Sorry if I’m asking this question in the wrong forum but I couldn’t find a relevant one… I just signed up for Zoom Basic but when it came to downloading the software it insisted that I download Zoom Workspace edition. How/where can I download Zoom Basic?

Can we get the old zoom app back?  Zoom Workplace is garbage.  It doesn't connect properly at all.

My workplace app has not been working for the past 3 weeks. Anytime I try to log into the app it gives me message that it’s unable to connect, sometimes it connects, but looses connection a few seconds after. My internet connection is fine. I can log into the workplace app on other devices. I’ve reset network setting and cleared cache on this particular laptop. I’ve also uninstalled an installed the app, but it’s still not working.

Up to recently the feature of activating Full Transcript in a non-recorded meeting was available; however, currently it is locked by Admin. Is there any way to enable that feature? Thank you.

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing a persistent issue on my Windows laptop and would appreciate your help.Since I bought my device (HP OmniBook 7 Laptop 17-dc0xxx, Windows 11), two host/co‑host controls are completely missing in every meeting:- The option to *lower a participant’s raised hand* does not appear at all.- The option to *Ask to unmute* for muted participants is also missing.These options are simply not there — they do not show up in the participant list or anywhere else.When I join the same meetings from my Samsung phone, everything works normally. The problem exists *only* on my laptop.My current Zoom version on Windows is: *Zoom Workplace 7.0.2 (34412)*.To troubleshoot, I have already done the following:- Uninstalled Zoom from the Microsoft Store and reinstalled it.- Uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it directly from the Zoom website.- Restarted my laptop.Unfortunately, none of these

My video filters suddenly disappeared.  I am running Zoom 5.8 and I have had no problem before.  I checked my account and Video Filters is selected.  I reset but still no sign of them in video settings when I enter a meeting.  What's up?

I’m teaching English in Japan and Zoom classes are generally one on one. I’m using Version: 7.0.5 (81138) on an iMac/MacOS 25.6. If I share audio from the textbook we are using via the Mac’s Music app I am often unable to hear student responses when it is their turn to speak They can hear me. I can see their lips moving but audio does not work. We pause. I ask them to count to five. I ask random questions and after a while the audio link is reestablished. Yesterday, after a particularly long interruption when none of the Q&A hacks helped I asked the student to mute and unmute their mic and this did the trick. Are other users experiencing the same trouble? It seems to have been getting worse in recent weeks. Zoom’s updates are less frequent. If this is a widespread problem has anyone had advice from Zoom’s Support system? I have contacted them a number of times on various issues and not once have I received a response. 

I have uploaded latest Zoom Version am using Windows 11 again which I have just updated and I am using Zoom for first time next week with a Virtual course , the Video works fine but every time I go to access the Microphone to switch on it asks me to go to Settings to let Zoom have Access to Microphone - Both Tabs in Settings are set to accept microphone for Apps and other users.  The correct microphone is listed on Zoom so it has found it OK but just will not access it.  I have been into Device Manager and checked Microphone in there and there were to check boxes ticked for certain apps to take priority on the Microphone which I unchecked but still it does not accept.  Anyone else come across this problem ??

the Zoom Workplace I've had issues with my meeting closing all of a sudden at the beginning of meetings. I don't have an  internet problem because, I am connected via a fiber optic. What to do especially, I just using the pro system with monthly payment.  I am not satisfied and I count to leave and to try another system for my video meetings 

Hello. We requested to enable 720p recording option, but it is nowhere to be seen in the settings. I’ve looked at multiple help threads which describe various locations where it should be or has been, but there is not any option. Searching for 720 or HD doesn’t yield anything either. We requested a second time and they claim its already been activated. How can it be if we have no HD record toggle option available to us like has been described? Thanks for your assistance.

I use Zoom to teach Korean Professionals. I use the transcript feature to assist in administering lessons and offer feedback. Although those in the meeting are speaking English, The transcript is recording what they are saying in Korean. This has never happened before. Any insight as to how to change this would be greatly appreciated

I have never had a problem with meeting crashes l got New level moden  from spectrum checked my equipment and no problems can someone tell me what to do to other then turn everything off  and start inviting  everyone again and they all can't stay for that long of a time. HELP please I do free 31 minute meetings Is that the problem cuz I don't pay for zoom ?????

Hi. I’m the account owner and host, and I already enabled all the AI Companion and transcript settings in the Zoom web portal. But inside meetings I still can’t enable transcription or My Notes. It keeps saying that the feature “has been disabled by the host” even though I am the host.I create meetings using my PMI. Previously, note transcription would start automatically as soon as I joined the meeting. I could see and edit the live notes/transcript while me and the other participant were talking.Now, nothing starts automatically when I enter the meeting. I only see a greyed out box that I can’t click.And when I press “Open My Notes” Zoom says: “Host has disabled
