Hi all,New Samsung Tab S11 Ultra (Android).  Just installed Zoom Workplace from the Playstore.Did the Zoom test to check audio and video.Video seems ok.  I can see myself.  Unable to test audio.  I logged into an upcoming meeting and got to the waiting room.I see the video window and I get 2 icons below it, one for video and one for the mic.  I can turn those on and off.I do not get any way to actually test the audio.  I Watched several videos on this and they all show an additional icon/button for audio settings or testing.  I do not have this.I also do not have any test options in settings.In Zoom, audio/mic is set to WIFI.  Only other choices are phone or off.Am I missing something here or has the latest version of Zoom changed from what I see in the various videos?Thanks for any suggestions on this.

I hosted a meeting today and tried to record it to my computer, but the only only option was to the cloud. I have a Workplace Basic account. I’ve recorded sessions to my computer before. In my Settings it shows recording available to my computer. I tried retrieving my recording from the cloud but I have to upgrade my plan to Pro to access it. This is a Catch 22. I really need this recording since I paid over $100 for the session. How can I get it?

Can’t restore down or maximize zoom workplace home window. I can't adjust it the way I want. In fact, it's bigger than my desktop. 

I’m trying to use “My Notes” to save the transcripts of my meetings with clients.  It is saving the transcript but, when I try to export it, only the title goes, not the transcript.  I am able to export the summary, though, with no problem.  Can anyone help?  I’ve followed all the steps I can find on the internet to resolve this issue but, nothing is working. Thank you in advance!

I can't get AI Meeting Summary to work with my Zoom meetings. The Meeting Summary and/or AI Companion icon never appears.Our license is for Zoom Workplace Business and I have confirmed that AI Companion is included in this license.  I have triedturning on and off Meeting Summary automatically in settings. I have tried this with Scheduled meetings and with impromptu meetingsWhile creating a scheduled meeting, under the options section, I do not have a Meeting Summary optionI have tried turning on every AI Companion option availableI have tried creating completely new meetings after every change to test. All my tests are in the most up to date Zoom Workplace app (version 6.2.3)Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you,Cody 

Hi everyone! 👋We’ve noticed that during Zoom meetings, the participant filmstrip shrinks when someone starts sharing their screen, even though we set it larger initially. It sometimes resets again if another participant shares.Is there a way to lock the participant video size throughout the meeting or recording so it doesn’t shrink unexpectedly?Would love to hear how others handle this layout issue, especially for recorded sessions.

I allowed all the permits to screen sharing, but a massage says: You have restricted sharing in this presentation.Any solutions?

Hello,I'm experiencing a recurring issue with my Zoom display name.In my Zoom profile, my full name is correctly set to damien( ...Full first name and name). However, every time I join a meeting, my display name shows up as "damie".I’ve already tried the following:Verified that my Zoom profile (on the web) shows the correct full name.Checked the settings in the Zoom desktop app.Despite this, Zoom continues to display "damie" by default when I join new meetings.I'm using a free Zoom account, so I don't have access to direct support.Does anyone know how I can fix this so that my correct full name appears automatically in all meetings?Thank you in advance for your help!

For an Open Mic virtual event - Is it possible for all 3,000 attendees in the large meeting (add-on) to have the ability to turn on their camera?

Hi everyone,After a late-May update, I can still see Captions (CC) in Breakout Rooms, but the “Transcript” option is missing inside Breakout Rooms. Therefore, I cannot save the meeting transcripts unless the conversation takes place in the main session.In the main session, the transcript option appears and works. In Breakout Rooms, captions display, but there is no save option in the captions/transcription menu. Version: Zoom Workplace desktop app 7.0.5 (same account and same PC as before)Has anyone else seen this change? Is this a known issue/limitation, or is there a workaround to enable saving captions within Breakout Rooms?If this issue is due to some feature change, I’d like to request a feature enhancement to allow the transcript option in Breakout Rooms.Thanks in advance.

For some recent in the past few months the date and time in the lower hand corner has vanished. I’m not referring to the meeting duration at the top. See below. Does anyone know why this disappeared, was it an official change or dd I somehow turn it off? Thanks so much.  

I have seen the quite recent post regarding “All screen share mode” which I use all the time.It,still, simply doesn’t work.I have already read all, and tried all the suggestions you gave.It doesn’t work. Yes, the function is there because I can still see it clicked on when I go to my profile and what not. However, IT HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE UI.  Please fix this soon.  It hasn’t been fixed. 

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the real-time translation feature.1. Does the room creator manage the language settings, or do the participants configure them individually?2. What is the approximate cost/pricing for this feature?3. Where are the captions generated and displayed, and is it possible to adjust their color, position, and other settings?

Over the last few days, my audio goes out during meetings on my laptop.  It does it on its own.  I am not touching the keyboard at all.   I have not changed any settings.   If I close out the session and relaunch, the audio is good at first but then goes out again.  It takes less than a minute after logging on for it to occur. I cleared the cache and that didn’t help.  I reinstalled the app and that didn’t help.  My drivers are up to date and I have plenty of capacity on my laptop.  I tried different headsets.  There is no difference, and I can listen to online videos without any problem.  This also happens when I change the source from headset to computer speaker.  I don't have this problem on my other computer.  The maker of the computer with this problem checked it for any errors or settings issues, and nothing was found to be a problem.  Other software programs work f

When trying to send a change/update to a Zoom meeting via Outlook, I get this message and I’m prevented from sending the update.  I already have Zoom installed.  Why is this happening? 

Cloud recording audio and video start at 00:00, but the Zoom-generated transcript starts at 51:00. There is only one recording file set, and re-downloading the transcript does not fix it.
