Hi, My organization has a Zoom Workplace Business account. We are not a healthcare organization, but we need to follow HIPAA regulations in our work. I am researching the setup of a BAA specifically for future AI Companion usage. I am following this link https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067751. However, when I go to Plans and Billing > Plan Management > Discover our other popular products, the Business Associate Agreement (US only) does not appear. Can anyone help me find the BAA option for our account?

I subscribed to a 3 year plan and later I had issues with our Reserve Bank as it was more than 5K. Our Accounts section opted for a cheaper plan to make things easier. So I chose a one year plan and it is working now. Later I still getting "PAYMENT DECLINED" emails. How can I unscrubscribe from the 3 year plan.

I have an upcoming meeting and was receiving registration. I paused my subscription for a few days and then renewed my Pro, only to lose all the registration details. There is no tab and no options anywhere to retrieve the details of all who registered, and the link no longer works. Even though I am on Pro, I have also been informed that I cannot access support. Ridiculous. How do I retrieve lost details, please?
Hello,I have 2 zoom accounts, one pro and one workplace pro. I have both synced with calendars and calendly, but sometimes my meetings are showing up under one or the other and I can't login. Can I cancel the Pro and move the previously scheduled meetings to the workplace pro without canceling and rescheduling?

I have identified an account being utilized to defraud or scam individuals. I have a basic account that I made to interact with the scammers, and there is no way for me to speak with a representative of zoom via email, chat or phone, and there is no option for me to report the account. I am seeking support from Zoom staff to identify how to remove this account. The account is masquerading as a legitimate non-profit organization who I have contacted directly and ensured this account was not them.
We no longer need an Admin to maintain the Zoom Billing/Plans. We want the end user to be able to spin up accounts as needed. However, they get a "No permission. (200)" error when trying to do so. What do I need to change on the Admin side? I think I need to assign a role... but what about new users... do I need to login to every new user and add a role?

Hi! I’m wondering why my client is getting a subscription receipt sent to her work email when she signed up with a different email on Zoom. For example, she registered with legal at XYZ (dot) com, but the subscription notification showed up at myname at XYZ (dot) com.
