Hello,

I bought my account 2 weeks ago. I accidentally turned off password email log in. The other log in options were turned off as well. It’s my personal account, so I am the only admin. I need email password log in to be turned on again.

I do have all account details and access to the email. I also have the money transfer details. On request can provide.

I tried AI chat, also phoned-in, but they do not allow to speak to anyone. I believe this needs to be fixed by  Zoom rep, someone on the inside. So I am stuck. I already spent an hour each day for a week trying to find a solution.

Any suggestions?

That’s a tricky one. Since all login options are off, the only real fix is account recovery through the official “forgot password / account recovery” page. Make sure you use the email linked to the account and include your purchase proof when asked. Support can re-enable access after verification, but there’s no direct bypass for security reasons.

That sounds really frustrating. Since all login methods are disabled, your best bet is to contact Zoom support through their official ticket system and clearly explain that you're locked out as the sole admin, including proof of ownership.

If chat and phone didn’t help, try submitting a detailed request via their support page or reaching out on their official social channels they sometimes escalate cases like this faster.
