suddenly zoom channels chat can not send message,please help to troubleshoot and fix

Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue in Zoom where webinar polls do not show after joining. After restarting a few times, the poll may appear but cannot be launched, and sometimes it shows as blank or white when launched.Has anyone encountered this recently or found a solution? I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

We are seeing this issue occurring across multiple user devices within our environment. Hi -- I'm wondering if there is a character limit in the chat box?  Some times I have around 800 characters in a passage I need to share with my group and a message appears saying 'message is too long".   Thanks

I have created a free account (with CC verified) and added 59 users. I have also activated all 59 accounts. I'm unable to see them under company contacts list. (company contacts did show up a couple of times last week, but 99% of the time, the entire internal contacts section is missing) I have tried on different computers, mobile phones, etc and it's the same.  When I try to invite one of these 59 people (invite a zoom user to connect button) - it says xxxx is already your contact

Two alternate hosts (AHs) can start meetings, but only one of them can chat with the participants first. The other one has to ask all the participants to send a chat first before the AH can chat with them. Both AHs use the same meeting link sent by the Host, and they use Windows laptops. Their sign in processes are the same.The AH who cannot chat first until participants start the chat has tried signing in and out of the meeting which they started: on the main work laptop, on a different laptop, and on an Samsung Galaxy S23 Android phone. They've tried logging in using the desktop app and the web app on the laptops and the Android mobile app and web app on the mobile phone. The version of the desktop app is one version behind the mobile app. Because only one AH has a problem, it doesn't appear to be the version number. What else can they try to turn on the ability to chat first? TIA

In webinars, participants who use an iPad can't see polls, but those on an iPhone can.These are typically non-tech savvy students who need the certification webinars to keep their jobs, so what is the simplest way to help them use an iPad like Zoom says you can?

 I blocked someone and then deleted their chat but now we settled the issue and we've been trying to talk but I cant unblock because I can't find their contact and when they try sending a friend request to me I can't see it, I hope zoom can come up with a solution for this issue.

Hello Zoom team, I would like to suggest an improvement for the Enter key behavior in Zoom chat. Adjust the Enter key behavior in Zoom Phone so it doesn't send the message immediately. I’d like the option to have pressing Ctrl + Enter create a new line instead of sending the message. When I set up Zoom for my company I originally had Advanced Encryption turned on. After discovering that content was still encrypted with this setting turned off, and the downsides outweighed the upsides (for us), I turned it off. However, it is still not possible to edit chats in channels created before I turned the setting off. Some of these chats are the busiest and most important ones, so this limitation is a bit annoying. Is there any way to fix this?

I have two computers. I installed the software on one of them, and everything works fine. However, when I installed the software on the other computer, the camera's image quality is poor, the software looks different, there are fewer functions, and the virtual background doesn’t work well. In Team Chat, I have my notifications set like this:However, the Zoom icon still has a badge, and the channel is marked as unread, if people are replying to threads that I am not mentioned or involved in. Is there no way to change this behaviour? I only want a channel to be unread if there is either a new top level message, or there’s a message in a thread I’m involved in (replied to, tagged etc.) It makes it so difficult to keep track of messages that are actually relevant to me. 

Can the hosts read others private chat messages

Hey FamI have long had an issue with the chat window jumping around whenever a new message comes in, or trying to scroll around. It never scrolls fluidly, jumping around as I get toward the end of the messages. This makes it very difficult to read the messages, obviously, and is a frustrating hindrance to communication.  This has happened for years, across devices and versions for me. I see *some* mention of related issues in the forums, but not a lot. Please advise! Thank you!

We are having hackers attack our zoom meetings and sending 1000s of chat messages at once. Is there any way to delete all of them at once instead of having to delete them one at a time?

As for settings, all are reset to default each time I launch the app and log in. For example, I can set the following:General : Ask me to confirm when I leave a meeting: noVideo : Original ratio: yes, HD: yes, Mirror my video: no, Turn off my video when joining meeting: yesAudio : Automatically join audio by computer when joining a meeting: yesTeam Chat : Show my status as Away when I am inactive for __ minutes: no I close the settings window and these preferences are preserved for days and through multiple meetings, as long as I leave Zoom running. I can even sign out and back in, and settings are preserved as long as I didn't quit
