How to activate the translation in the chat

Hi,

I’ll run a multiple language training course and I want to use the Zoom translated captions instead of an interpreter. However, when interacting with participants in different languages I’ll use the chat. I found a functionality to enable message translation for the chat ( https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058049) and asked my administrator to activate it. He has done it but the ‘translation’ option in the ‘...’ menu doesn’t appear in the chat messages. Could you please help???
