Сrashes zoom

Hi ! Please help me. There are no solutions anymore . Rolled out a new version of Zoom on users' PCs. Version 7.1.4 . For some users, Zoom simply crashes and displays the "unexpected shutdown of Zoom" window. The departure occurs only once, then if you try to log in to zoom under SSO registration, then when the home page loads, Zoom immediately closes with the same window that I wrote about above. If I log in to my Zoom account on this PC, everything will be OK. I also tried another PC , went into the problematic account there , the zoom also crashes . A clean reinstall did not help, on other PCs with the same account, the same problem appears as if the zoom account crashes the zoom itself. It only helps to recreate the account . What could it be? Maybe there are options?
