Hello, I would like to provide some feedback on my experience with Zoom. Overall, I am satisfied, but I have a suggestion regarding the waiting room feature.The requirement to manually admit all attendees can be cumbersome and cause frustration. It can lead to important participants being kept in the waiting room, unable to access the meeting during the crucial early moments. This may occur even when the meeting's password protection feature is disabled.For business accounts, attendance is typically already controlled, making the risk of unintended attendees minimal. In these scenarios, the inconvenience of having to manually admit people can outweigh this small risk. Can anyone explain what this is about? "Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact your account admin for more information" i am the only admin the only account holder 

I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours.  It is just like email notification in outlook.   How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?

I just got suspended when I logged in to Zoom from my laptop. Why?

I received a communication from Zoom using the email address teamzoom @ e . zoom . us. I'd like to confirm whether this is an official and secure address. I purchased a zoom license and after using it only a couple of time, it has changed to 'basic' and I don't know how to restore my zoom license that I paid for. Can some one help?Many thanks, 

I launched my zoom account from the app icon and it took me to a basic zoom account instead of my Pro account. The email attached to the account was ***********. When I follow the zoom instructions to terminate the account a code is sent to the aforementioned e-mail address which I don’t have access to. Any suggestions how to delete the account?

I am trying to invite a user to join our Zoom group but it seems the messages from Zoom are not getting through. Is there any way to check they've been sent from Zoom?  My Exchange log shows no messages received from Zoom, other external mail gets through. Their email address is correct, I created it.  I’m not trying to invite them to a meeting, I want them to have a Zoom account.

I cancelled my subscription after I was notified of a $248 annual subscription bill, but my credit card was changed so it is couldn't be processed. It says that my paid account features will be cancelled temporarily, which is what I wanted. Is the $248 due for the following year or the previous year (in which case I would still owe the $ for usage)? Do I need to pay it if I cancelled my subscription?shari

Since last year I have been trying to complain about the automatic renewal (I did not authorize) in October/2023, because we no longer use the subscription, since April/2023, which we acquired in October/2022 - valid only for 12 months and which would end in October/2023 . They debited my card again, despite several protests that I sent to the billing email. It is absurd and unfair to make me pay for a service that I did not authorize to renew, and which has become completely useless since April/2023!

How can I transfer a recording saved on my computer to the cloud?

I have a zoom workplace pro account having 100 users capacity I have cancelled that subscription, now I need to upgrade subscription with 250 users Not able to do so It is asking us to contact to zoom to make changes @zoom 

I'm working with a group who recently lost the person who set up their zoom account. Sadly, the death was unexpected, and we're struggling to access the account. While we work through the usual options, which all seem to require access to his email account, I'm wondering - if password recovery efforts are not successful, how do we cancel the account? I'm aware that there will be a forced autopay coming up next year that would be a terrible insult to our grief, if this is not properly handled before then. The account was set up in April, and has never been used. We do have billing info and someone who has fiscal authorities, which is how we discovered that there was an account - we noticed it on the bank statement.

Hello,I have changed my e-mail address at Zoom from a private Google address  to a business address. To access the Zoom account, I used the single sign-on system via a Google email address.After switching to the business email address, I was unable to log in to Zoom using either the business email address or the single sign-on system. So I cancelled the whole thing. However, I still can't log in to my Zoom account and I always get the following error message:"Signing in to your Zoom account is not possible with this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2.025)"The business IT support was unable to help me as my business address is no longer linked to Zoom. I can't get any further in the settings of my G-Mail address.How do I get access to this Zoom account again?Thank you & best regards

When signing into Zoom via Microsoft using @hotmail.com email address it automatically comes up link your account with Microsoft sends an email code.  When entering the code it then says verify and then goes to authenticate via zoom network.  This results in a network error.  In order to successfully link a microsoft login with Zoom you need to use either the Zoom Desktop App or the Web App.  All of my devices are on the same private personal use 1 gig bandwidth wifi.  This is fully a Zoom Network Error.   While on the Basic plan users are unable to submit support tickets or request phone calls. we are restricted to virtual suppport which is 100% inaccurate. 

What am I missing? I can connect Zoom to Google Calendar, but not to iCal? I'm on a Macbook Pro.

Hi,It seems that my IP is blocked by Cloudflare Ray ID when accessing all zoom services (zoom.com & apps).

After changing payment method from PayPal to a card:1. All my payment history vanished.2. I was charged a monthly fee immediately, though the fee has been already taken just a day before.No live chat support. Update:The money has been returned a few days later.

I suspect my account was probably made before I was 16 years old. I likely didn't know about the minimum age, but also likely wouldn't have cared at the time.But now, I care about being honest in these things and apologize for the violation. I am above the minimum age now, but I want to know if there's anything I'm supposed to do about past violations.Thanks.

Hi,   I accidentally canceled my Zoom pro account and I want to reactivate it. I tried calling billing but am not getting through. I was already charged an annual fee for this year so I just want to use my subscription.    Any advice would be helpful.

I am unable to unsubscribe from email newsletters due to a few technical issues: (1) The "unsubscribe" link is not a link, just text.(2) After I click "update your preferences", it doesn't transfer my email address to the unsubscribe page. My email address doesn't appear as a value in the URL, and the email address field on the page is blank -- and also disabled so I can't type it in myself manually.(3) Probably because of issue #2, even after I disable all email options and choose to unsubscribe completely, when I reload the unsubscribe page it shows everything is enabled again. I assume this is because it didn't tie my selections with my email address as it wasn't transferred to the page. As a result, I continued to receive marketing emails after attempting to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to reach customer support to escalate my bug report to marketing or development to fix this issue.
