I'm trying to sign up for Zoom, but accidentally checked the education account (under 12) for my email: ********@gmail.com . Now I can't continue my registration because I need to put some data about the education organization that I don't have…
I can't reset it, and I can't create a support ticket without registration to unblock my account!
I'm stuck on the registration procedure…
And even when I create another account, this is HUGE problem to create a support ticket... It’s only possible to do it is using “request type:: Accounting”!
BUT one thing matters. Since I created this ticket more than 5 months ago, there has been no answer to it for now!
This is a trap in UX design, and I got in. How can this have happened in such a big and famous company?! And what should I do next?
