Question

Remove primary payment method

Hello I could not find an ACTUAL instruction on how to remove primary payment method in the community. Pls help

    Also have the same issue i want to change the primary payment method, could we follow up or what to do?

    I’ve not been able to remove my payment method either. I do NOT wish zoom to store my payment method. To Zoom Staff, please remove my payment method immediately and confirm using my store email address.

    Usually, you can't remove the primary payment method until another one is set as primary. If that doesn't work, contact support for help with your account.
