How to pay make payment

My existing license is due to expire on 12/07/2026. Could you please let me know how I can make the renewal payment? Also, kindly inform me when the invoice for the renewal will be generated.

    Welcome to the Zoom Community! We’re glad to have you here!

    To make your renewal payment, you can pay the renewal invoice from the Zoom web portal once it’s generated:

    1. Go to https://zoom.us/billing and sign in.
    2. Open Plans and Billing and check either Payment History or Invoice History.
    3. Find the invoice with an open status, then click Pay and complete checkout.
    4. After payment, the invoice status should update to Paid or Collected.

    When the renewal invoice is generated, it will appear in your Invoice History/Payment History when Zoom issues the renewal invoice for the upcoming term. The quickest way to confirm the exact timing on your account is to check that section as you get closer to your renewal date.
