Already PAID an annual subscription Zoom Pro, but the account license status is STILL BASIC

I have purchased zoom pro license via google play on my android smartphone. It's been 2 days, the license status is still basic.

When i try again to subscription, error message appears "You have subscribed to Zoom Pro (Annual)".
And then when i click OK, sentence appears "Sorry there are no zoom pro plans you are eligible to purchase through google play at this time"

Can anyone help me? Thank you

    Please contact our billing department by opening a ticket using this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032

    They will be able to assist you in resolving this issue. When you open a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.

    I have this problem too. I’ve submitted a ticket.

    Log into Zoom Portal via https://zoom.us (You can click on the sign in button on the top right of the page. You can sign in using the same credentials as your Zoom App). On your profile page scroll down to license type. If it states Licensed then just sign out and sign back in on your Zoom App.
