Can I connect my paid Zoom account, set up with a different email address, to my ordinary free Zoom?

I want to use my account for personal virtual meetings with friends, and also for my business which means I need two different personas. One with my pic and another with my company’s logo. How do I do this? Every time I click the link support gives me, I’m sent back to the login page over and over and over in an endless loop and never get anywhere. Help?

I currently have a Zoom Webinar plan for 3,000 attendees. For a single event on Feb 26,I plan to:1. Upgrade to 5,000 capacity on Feb 252. Downgrade back to 3,000 after the webinar endsQuestions:1. Hello,I am writing to inquire about the possibility of a refund for my Zoom subscription.My subscription payment was processed on February 5, 2026, but I have not used the service since the charge was made. I was not aware that the subscription would renew at that time, and I noticed the payment only afterward.I understand that, according to Zoom’s Terms of Service, charges are generally non-refundable once processed. Hello,I purchased a one-year Zoom subscription in 2024 and used it briefly.However, I stopped using the service after my business failed.A few days ago, I received an email stating that my one-year subscription had been renewed, but the payment could not be processed by my card.I have since requested to cancel the subscription, but the payment request has not been withdrawn.Could you please cancel this one-year subscription?Alternatively, could you change it to a one-month subscription, so that I can pay for just this month and then close my account?Please get back to me.Thank you.

I paid all my bills but my account is suspended 

One of our teacher's accounts has been locked and it says "The Educational Data Collection Practices document was not signed by the required data of Sep 22, 2024 UTC. An email with directions for completing the education account activation process has been sent to (teacher's email). The recipient of the email has to provide consent to Zoom's Educational Data Collection Practices to restore access to your account. Until this consent has been recorded, user in your account will be unable to sign into Zoom. If this consent is not signed by Oct 22, 2024 UTC the account may be deleted." The teacher was able to use the account just a couple weeks ago with no issue and I tried resending the email but it doesn't go into her inbox (yes I checked spam as well). I am just really confused because the consent needed to be signed in 2024 but we are now in January 2026... It also says to reach out to an org. admin but as far as I am aware, we do not have one at

I tried to sign up with my new work email and accidentally clicked educator account. Because it isn't complete, I cannot delete or contact support. I need this account deleted so that I can get a new one and join meetings. Please help!! It is saying my personal Zoom account isn't valid and I can't contact anyone through that either!!!

Most of the answers I see in the community for this problem and in the Knowledge Base and in Chatbot suggest that a ticket be created. I can’t submit a ticket because my plan doesn’t allow it. I got AI on the phone but my plan doesn’t allow me to talk to a live agent and AI couldn’t get to the account with the problem.Here’s where I am: Once I clicked the Educator box, I just kept going - digging my hole deeper - I clicked the box for each of the ages so now I’m needing to give consent for Under 13. I gave a fake email and didn’t realize that Zoom would be reaching out to it. After I tried the Knowledge Base and Chatbot suggestions which didn’t resolve the issue, I changed the recipient to me. Now, I have the document to sign. I thought I would get into my account and then change the account information and take off Educator. Anyone else have money taken out their account after their subscription ends and then get told it was for the period after your subscription ended that you still had access. Well, I never asked for access after what I paid for or I gave any permission for you to take any amount after, which strangely was less than the subscription amount, almost as if they were bypassing the stop you put on your bank account for the specific amount. This amounts to theft, but they close tickets quoting rules for subscriptions that do not really relate to this theft. The amount is negligible but if this is done to huge amounts of people, then this amounts to millions stolen. Surely this needs to stop.

Hi everyone,I paid for my Zoom plan(phone $15 unlimited calling one)on Jan 28, and by Jan 31 it was automatically refunded without me doing anything. Now, when I try to pay again, it won’t process keeps giving an error.Has anyone faced this? How did you resolve it? Any advice is appreciated.

Everywhere I looked on the Zoom site it is stated that Zoom One Pro annual fee is £119.90. I have just been charged £143.88.Is there a way of letting me know beforehand of any additional charges before the amount is taken from my account?This appears to me to be a basic courtesy.Also. I've used all the cards in my house including other family members' cards and it's still declining.I just switched from another provider to to zoom last month. The account I used was without funds when it expired. I just funded but it's declined every card.Please what should I do.?
