Inquiry regarding Currency Change (USD to KRW) and Subscription Refund/Credit

Hello,

I am currently using both an annual and a monthly Zoom subscription plan, which I purchased directly through the Zoom website.

I would like to change my billing currency from USD to KRW. However, the system indicates that I need to repurchase my annual subscription to make this change.

Could you please clarify the following?

  1. If I proceed with the repurchase, will I receive a prorated (partial) refund for the remaining period of my existing annual subscription, or will it be issued as a account credit?

  2. If it is issued as a credit, how can I apply that credit toward my ongoing monthly subscription payments?

    I'd check with Zoom Billing before repurchasing. They can confirm whether the unused portion of your annual plan will be refunded or issued as account credit, and whether that credit can be applied to your monthly subscription. This helps avoid any billing surprises.
