Inquiry regarding Currency Change (USD to KRW) and Subscription Refund/Credit
Hello,
I am currently using both an annual and a monthly Zoom subscription plan, which I purchased directly through the Zoom website.
I would like to change my billing currency from USD to KRW. However, the system indicates that I need to repurchase my annual subscription to make this change.
Could you please clarify the following?

If I proceed with the repurchase, will I receive a prorated (partial) refund for the remaining period of my existing annual subscription, or will it be issued as a account credit?

If it is issued as a credit, how can I apply that credit toward my ongoing monthly subscription payments?
