Hello, I purchased Zoom Workplace Pro through Google Play and have already canceled the subscription. My account still shows the subscription as active until July 18, 2026. I would like to request an immediate cancellation and removal of the current subscription so that I can purchase a new Zoom Workplace Pro plan with 2 licenses directly from Zoom. Thank you.

    Your Zoom Workplace Pro subscription purchased through Google Play has already been correctly canceled, but it will remain active until the end of your current paid period — July 18, 2026.

    Why It Cannot Be Ended Immediately

    • Google Play policy: Subscriptions bought via Google Play cannot be terminated mid‑cycle. The cancellation you performed only stops renewal; the plan stays active until the paid‑through date.
    • Platform separation: Zoom cannot override or remove subscriptions managed by Google Play because the billing relationship is between you and Google Play.

    What Happens Next

    • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free Basic plan after July 18, 2026.
    • Once downgraded, you can purchase a new Zoom Workplace Pro plan with 2 licenses directly from Zoom.

    Optional Step

    If you wish to try ending the plan sooner, you may submit a refund request to Google Play Support. Google’s general policy does not guarantee mid‑cycle refunds, but you can still attempt it through the Google Play help interface.
