I am a consultant who conducts lots of interviews for projects. I have always used otter.ai for notes and then downloaded them into word. I was told by someone that the new Zoom note-taker is better because it knows how is talking and can attribute the words correctly. I have been using it the last two days and it is very good and accurate. I have is that I now have 10 separate AI Docs with transcripts. The problem is what when I try to download into Word or PDF, the only thing on the document that is downloaded is the generic Zoom title; not the actual transcript. Is there a way to do this wihout having to copy/past each entire transcript into a Word doc on my desktop?

I see how an AI summary can be pulled up in documents and then exported to a PDF.  Is there a way for this to happen automatically?

How do you download one or multiple AI generated Meeting Summaries and/or transcripts to your PC? i.e. If I want to archive all of my meetiing notes on Confluence, and later create a summary of all Meetings w John Doe, I need them all in one folder together.   How do I download the docs?

I have been teaching yoga on zoom for 5 years and today with the new update I cannot see my entire body in the screen. No matter how I tilt the screen or what height it is on, it only shows the top half of my body.  This is a big problem as I make my living on zoom.

I am using Production Studio and branded name tags.   I set up the name tags with a dark background and white text.  They show up great in preview, but when going live the name tag background is white.  Has anyone else faced this and if so, what was the solution?  Thanks - Louis

I would appreciate the assistance of someone who knows about Zootopia and extra **materials. In the photo below you will see a link on the event page which indicated more materials were available. I was not able to access the materials because I couldn't validate since the email used to register was not the same as my Zoom account. So I was **blocked. Is there someone who knows how I can obtain the extra material that were available for the meeting? Thank you In advance. J.

I have closed captioning enabled. The participant name keeps popping up in gray font all on its own, usually when there's a pause in speaking. Our logo also appears just to the left of the name. It appears inline with the transcribed speech so it quickly scrolls off, but it's very distracting. I don't see an option to turn it off.

What settings make it easy for guests to connect?  Is there a way to block someone?

We use Zoom to run morse code lessons. When we join the meeting we can all hear each other.I take the Host, mute and start sharing a morse code program or webpage to send the code. When the code is finished, I reveal the code that was sent, unmute and sometimes I cannot be heard until I stop the share.More lessons are sent and then usually we have more audio problems. If more than one person is unmuted we cannot hear each other. We have to get each person to unmute to speak and all others muted or we cannot hear.Does anyone have any hints of what we can do to overcome this?We have to have background suppression set to low to enable the morse code to be heard and all our mics and speakers are working fine when we join the meeting, it is only after screens have been shared that the problems appear.

Hello,We are experiencing a strange issue during large university courses delivered through Zoom.We have approximately 600 students distributed across 10 separate Zoom meetings. Until recently, clicking a meeting link would normally launch the Zoom Workplace desktop application. Now, approximately 50% of participants are being redirected to the Zoom Web App instead of the desktop client, even though they have the desktop application installed. The meetings are restricted to authenticated institutional users. What is particularly confusing is that the affected students do not appear to receive the option to launch the desktop client, and once they join through the browser, some of them do not even see the “Start Video” button. It is not merely disabled, it is completely absent. However, if the same users access the Zoom Web App directly outside of the meeting join flow, camera permissions appear to work normally and video controls are available. This makes us suspect that the issue may be re

I just installed zoom on a new windows laptop. I now cannot see the shared screen from someone else. (I do know how to share screens. This is not the problem. I have been using Zoom since it started.) Any thoughts on what is wrong?

I have been receiving meeting summaries successfully. However, I just had a meeting over an hour where that is missing, and I'm certain Meeting Summary was on. In fact, I received a 2 minute summary where someone either entered the room  early or late, activating the Summary. Can I retrieve the correct summary?

With the new version of Zoom, two dialog boxes appear.  I discovered that one of them displays “Share”. When I use “Share”, my Gallery dialog box moves to my small laptop display, instead of staying on my large monitor.  How do I keep my Gallery dialog box on my large monitor?

In each zoom meeting I host, where I meet with two other people, they cannot hear my voice (and my voice only) stops for about 10 seconds.  My clients’ sound is not affected at all.  They can tell me they cannot hear me.  Video is fine.  Nothing is freezing up.  It is always for just about 10 seconds and then comes back like it did not happen.  It only happens once in each meeting.  It is never at the exact same time.  It is always when I am talking.  Never when they are.  I am on my iphone for these meetings. I do have a new iphone as of June.  BUT this did not happen the first couple of months I had the new iphone.  It appears to have started only after an iphone update.

Hello Zoom Community,We are currently using Zoom on a Hikvision interactive display in our meeting rooms. The setup includes two cameras: Integrated camera: Built into the Hikvision interactive display. External camera: Installed above the meeting room table. Both cameras are functional. However, during an active Zoom meeting, we are unable to find an option to switch between them.We would appreciate clarification on the following: Does Zoom support switching between multiple cameras during an active meeting on Hikvision interactive displays? If this functionality is supported, how can we enable or configure it? Are there any limitations related to the Android operating system, Hikvision hardware, or Zoom application version? Is there an alternative method or recommended solution to allow switching between the integrated and external cameras without leaving the meeting? Any guidance or official documentation regarding this functionality would be greatly appreciated.Thank you fo

provide simultaneous interpretation for in-person conferences using Zoom's language interpretation feature. At each venue, I need to send the speaker's audio directly from the PA system or wireless microphone receiver to an iPad connected to Zoom, so that Zoom receives a clean audio feed instead of picking up ambient room noise through the iPad's built-in microphone.I've used an original IK Multimedia iRig connected to the sound system's headphone output, and this setup used to work. Recently, however, Zoom has been picking up the iPad's internal microphone instead of the external audio.I also have a Behringer UCA222 USB audio interface and an XLR-to-RCA cable. The iPad may have either a Lightning or USB-C connector, depending on the venue. My questions: What is the simplest, most reliable way to feed the PA system's audio directly into Zoom on an iPad? Does Zoom on iPad reliably recognize USB audio interfaces such as the Behringer UCA222? Would it be better to connect directly to t

Hi Zoom Community,I’m an admin on a Zoom account and I’m trying to add our custom, account-level Zoom Marketplace Team Chat app to a Zoom Team Chat channel.Account / client info:Account type: Basic (free) Zoom desktop client: 7.2.2 on macOSWhat works:The app is installed at the account level and works in 1:1 DMs. The app is set as Admin-managed. The app has the required Team Chat/chatbot permissions/scopes.What doesn’t work:In any Team Chat channel (including a brand-new internal channel), the channel’s Integrations tab shows: “No apps” There is no “Add Apps” or “Manage Apps” button. If I try to add the app via the @ mention / plus flow, I get this error: “Failed to add apps. Please try again later.”Additional notes:This doesn’t seem specific to our custom app—no apps appear available to add to channels at all.Questions:What account-level admin setting controls whether channel apps/integrations are available in Team Chat? Is there any plan limitation for Basic/free accounts that would

Hello Zoom Billing Support,I am writing to request the urgent cancellation of my annual Zoom subscription, which is billed monthly.I accidentally selected an annual plan, believing I could cancel it whenever I no longer needed the service. I no longer need Zoom and cannot commit to paying for the remaining months until May 2027.My next monthly payment is scheduled for October 20, 2026, and I would like to resolve this before that date. When I try to cancel through my account, it only shows that my subscription will remain active until May 2027. I am therefore requesting early termination of my annual commitment without an early termination fee, and confirmation that no further charges will be made.I would sincerely appreciate your understanding and help with this situation. I am not requesting a cancellation of the May 2027 renewal only; I need to terminate the current annual commitment and avoid future monthly payments. Please escalate this request to the appropriate billing team and co

Just logged in and with the new interface I can only see Meetings. The webinars section has completely disappeared. I have a webinar scheduled next week and don’t have access to the link or any of the information anymore?

Hi there, how can I create a QR code in Zoom for a Webinar? Thanks a lot.

I was editing my recurring meetings this morning. I hit save from my phone. When I went on my laptop to send a reminder to all of the registrants, every meeting I've hosted has disappeared, both from PREVIOUS and SCHEDULED. I pay for my account yet I've discovered that Live Chat isn't an option. I have a meeting this evening. Does anyone have a solution?Otherwise, I have to begin again and schedule new meetings.
