This is so frustrating. We bought a license but it doenst work and have to speak to a chatbot.
We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.
Hi! I published an App on the Zoom App Marketplace and I am looking for some feedback.It is an integration between OBS and Zoom. It allows you to add guests from Zoom as native sources in OBS.It also has Zoom Chat integration which I’ve been using particularly for webinars. It takes the Zoom Webinar Chat and puts it on my screen as a Twitch-style overlay. It also allows me to click on any Zoom message and pop it up on my screen. I already have a hand-raised app which stops people from disrupting meetings and webinars with constantly raising and lowering their hands.After seeing a number of people posting about hand-raising situations, I will be looking to extend the app or create a new one to provide more support around hand-raising.Ideas so far.Track people who hand-raised into a list Manage hand-raising Counting those who have raised hands and maybe yes/no too.Would love some feedback and use case ideas.I will push for Zoom to make these part of the core product, but I can do quite a lot building another workplace app.On the privacy side, we would only know users' screen names, not their personal information. Just received a new email with latest spam technique - “Clips - XYZ Company shared a clip with you”This time there is even no unsubscribe link in the email so they can keep spamming indefinitely.Prediction - this will become a real nuisance unless you’re willing to block no-reply@zoom.us (which would kill all legit webinar emails as well).
I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I wonder if anyone, particularly someone from Zoom, can speak to the issue of the overwhelming amount of webinar spam that's going out. It seems that some email addresses have been handed out to different marketers, and those marketers are regularly signing up people to Zoom conferences that they haven't asked for. Because of the way my system is set up, when I get a meeting request, it goes on to my calendar, and then I have to deal with it. Sometimes, I just get an email saying that the webinar is starting, and it's all junk. I've requested several times to have my name removed from the list. I don't want to be removed from all webinars because I do have to attend them as part of my work, but I'm absolutely fed up with the amount of webinar spam that I'm getting through Zoom. I think it's not just bad for the companies that are producing this spam but it's also bad for Zoom as a brand.
I created a webinar but it is not showing up on my Outlook calendar. It does appear on my Zoom calendar. The location shows a registration link instead of the actual meeting link. The meeting link is in the body of Zoom calendar invite. Is this my personal meeting link or can anyone host or panelist click this link to join a practice session?
Hi All, I have prepared the follow up e-mails and added the link to deck and the recordings. But recipients got only the default side drafted by Zoom but not the links. I tried to sent he preview e-mail to myself, and I got the the links. Can anyone help me to solve the issue if you had it already. ThanksFergul
My webinar plan ended a few days ago and the 2-day webinar was last week. I’m looking for reports and analytics for the 2 webinars.I cannot access the analytics and reports because the plan ended, but the message on the analytics page says:Your Zoom Webinar 300 will be canceled on Jun 13, 2026. By the date, you can reactivate your webinar licenses. From Jun 13 - Jul 13, you can contact customer support to get existing Webinars' reports. After Jul 13, 2026, you will lose all your account's Webinars' data.However I cannot access any live help, only the AI agent, so cannot request the analytics and reports. How can I request the reports from a live agent to send me the reports and analytics?Thanks
I am using Webinar and want to disable the raise hand feature (no one else can raise hand) but to keep the hands raised until the Host puts the hand down. It used to be a “workaround” but isn’t working. I manage public meetings and this is a feature that makes Zoom unusable for our city council meetings.

I was the host of a webinar where the Interpretation feature was enabled for Spanish. One of my colleagues was recording the session locally on her computer (not to the cloud) while listening to the Spanish interpretation channel as a guest participant.During the webinar, there was an issue related to the VPN connection on her work computer. Although she remained in the session, the local recording stopped unexpectedly. Once she noticed the issue, she manually started the recording again.Unfortunately, only the second part of the recording was saved, and we appear to have lost approximately one hour from the beginning of the webinar.We would like to know whether there is any way to recover the missing portion of the local recording. Is it possible that temporary recording files were created and could still be recovered, or are there any troubleshooting steps you would recommend?

Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem please? I get no sound at all through headphones during Zoom meetings, on a Lenovo T490 laptop with Windows 10. Video audio is good, and music too, and the laptop speakers work ok. My headphones are cheap JVC ones with a lead which I plug into the audio socket on the laptop (there’s no microphone socket, so no chance of me putting it in the wrong one by mistake). Today I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Workspace, so it must be the latest version. I have looked through all the Audio settings, nothing seems to be incorrect (and the microphone is enabled by default). I would like to buy some new Bluetooth headphones, but I am frightened that after spending money I will still have the same problem.
Is anyone else seeing this message “This webinar has reached the maximum allowed share sound sessions” when trying to share over another person who is already sharing with sound?This seems new to 7.0.0 They only solution we found was to stop sharing sound on the shared then overtake with screen share, or have sound off on overtaking device then turn on sound once shared. It’s doable but not ideal for our workflow.
I am aware of how to embed the current iframe registration page. However, it does not work well with our site style. Event updating the branding style of the registration page does not look right. Is there any way to seamlessly embed the registration form stripped of Zoom branding with custom fonts to match our site style? We use Cognito forms for other form registrations, and it works perfectly, matching our style, minus a slight change in font, which is easy to live with. For reference, we have the pro 1 account with only 1 host, so it seems like we might be limited.
Zoomのウェビナー機能を使用して、企業説明会を実施しました。当ウェビナーではホスト以外にも複数の社員がパネリストとして登壇して企業説明会を実施しました。ホストが画面共有をしながら説明を行ったのですが、他のパネリストのカメラがONの状態になっていたにも関わらず、一般参加者の画面の方でパネリストのカメラが表示されず、ホストのカメラと画面共有されている画面のみ映っている状態となりました。画面共有をOFFにすると他のパネリストのカメラも表示されるものの、再びホストが画面共有を行うと、パネリストのカメラが表示されなくなってしまいます。こちらの原因をお伺いできますでしょうか。
Hi - I have been creating polls since June 2025 and every time, I add a poll as “save as webinar poll.” Just today, that option is no longer there. Has anyone else experienced this? And how do I save as a webinar poll?! Thank you!!
We use Zoom Webinars a lot. Attendees report tend to include several duplicates names. That is why we used Participants Reports (with the boxes for “Export with meeting data” and “Show unique users” checked) to get a report without duplicates names. Not any more. Recently we noticed that Participants Reports is generating duplicates as well although not as many as in the Attendees Report. How can we eliminate duplicates in Participants Reports?
Recently we noticed that the follow up email for webinars attendees does not reflect the updates made. We conduct many webinars and update the follow up email for attendees. Recently we found that even though the preview email sent to myself is updated, the email that attendees receive does not reflect the changes and is outdated. This is a major concern for us and generates misinformation among our attendees because, for example, we tell them in the webinar that they will receive certain information, change the follow up email to include it, verify the changes with a preview email sent to myself BUT then attendees do not receive the information. Please, what can be done to correct this terrible malfunction?
I had a webinar set up and many people registered. The zoom interface to sign up is very boring, so I switched the registration to Luma, with the Zoom integration. So that people don’t have to register in 2 places, I turned off the Zoom setting “Registration Required.” But then it permanently deleted all the email addresses who signed up on Zoom. Reversing that setting change doesn’t do anything. Very bad design.

We held an event using two separate links: one for the practice session and one for the official session. The practice session was successfully recorded and appeared under “Records & Transcript,” but the official session did not, even though I’m quite sure all the necessary recording settings were enabled.Is there still any way for me to recover or access the recording?
