Duplicates in webinars Participants Report

We use Zoom Webinars a lot. Attendees report tend to include several duplicates names. That is why we used Participants Reports (with the boxes for “Export with meeting data” and “Show unique users” checked) to get a report without duplicates names. Not any more. Recently we noticed that Participants Reports is generating duplicates as well although not as many as in the Attendees Report. 

How can we eliminate duplicates in Participants Reports?

    We appreciate your contributions. To reduce duplicates in Zoom Webinar Participants Reports, continue using both export options:

    1. Go to the webinar’s report.
    2. Select Participants Report.
    3. Check Export with meeting data.
    4. Check Show unique users.
    5. Export the report.

    If duplicates still appear, they may represent attendees who joined, left, and rejoined, or joined from multiple devices/sessions. The Show unique users option is the main Zoom report setting intended to consolidate duplicate attendee entries, but it may not remove every repeated row in all cases.

    Thanks for your answer but that is exactly what we do and it worked for years. Suddenly this year something happened that Participants Report is no longer reliable because of duplicate or even triplicate names and the total amount of time attended is also wrong sometimes.
