Thanks in advance for the help!  My account billing shows my account is Pro, but my account will only let me set up meetings as if it is a basic account.  I can't get through on the phone because they say my account isn't eligible for phone support, but I can't figure out where to go for help.  Nothing from the chatbot.  Nothing from the knowledgebase.  Nothing from Google.  Has anyone ever experienced this before?  What did you do?

I am having an issue with the scheduler, I have two seperate recurring availabilities, one is 30minute meeting slots and the other is 90, but no matter how I configure it my availability for the 90minute slots doesn't show up. It says there is no availability when there should be recurring availability on Saturday and Sundays. I thought it might be that each schedule "Clashed" somehow but when I set a weekday evening availability that one showed up. Am I missing something? TYIA!

Hello I am just curious how a company gets listed on this directoryexplore.zoom.us/en/customer_stories/good-american Does zoom reach out to the brands or can we apply to be featured on these pages?

In the "Zoom International Dial-in Numbers" page:In both columns for "international Number" and "Tollfree Number"the Philippines shows a green check mark with no telephone number. What does the green check mark mean?Thank you.

I am the "IT team".  How do I get around this?

Is there a way to allow for public access to meetings by posting the Zoom link online without having to use a passcode or accepting a person into the meeting. I would like a virtual courtroom to allow anyone to view online by only clicking the zoom link but not have any communication in the meetings, only viewable? I use Youtube but would like to bypass this process. Thank you!

Account: Zoom Workplace ProWe have a problem switching meetings-IDs from owner to member. The owner O installed a meeting called M-A (ID 12345678).Meeting M-A is supposed to be started by a member B. How do we enable member B to start meeting M-A.If we log in as member B there are no meetings listed. It seems that members are restricted to 40 min meetings.Intention: member B can start all meetings, but cannot change any settings. Thanks for help!

We have multiple Windows Zoom Rooms running version 5.17.1 that sporadically have audio issues when connecting primarily to Teams meetings.   When this issue occurs, no audio is heard from the meeting, nor can the other meeting participants hear the audio in the Zoom Room.  A reboot of the Zoom Room will resolve the issue for a while (but it occurs again within a day or so). This seemed to have started within the past week or so, so I suspect the issue is with the 5.17.1 update.  Anyone else having this issue, or is this is a known issue that will hopefully be resolved soon?

hi I am currently a "PRO" user since we have a small team and happy since many months with the paid plan. I would like to use the Full HD features of my high-spec PC from your Business plan HOWEVER, that plan requires 10x seats which we don't really need as we have a small team so it would be a waste of €uros.Though i'd like to test/use the FULL HD features. I want to make a request to enable FULL HD 1920x 1080 on PRO accounts as well without having to upgrade 10x seats for the Business plan. Maybe for a small price increase? Why don't you give the option "normal" 1280 and "full" 1920 for i don't know 5€ more or something? We don't really need ALL the functionalities of the Business plan for now. I've already expressed my wish of using FULL HD a few times and i find it limiting being locked at 1280x720 resolution. I am a big fan of Zoom and would love to level up to the max my PC can do. Feels like driving a Ferrari on a country road. thanks,GabrioROC

When I view the Zoom meeting app in full screen, I can always see the Participants icon at the bottom of the screen. See the screenshot here, where I have circled in red, the Participants icon. https://imgur.com/a/z6SzvGr But when I click the Restore rectangles in the upper right corner, the Participants icon disappears. See screenshot here.  https://imgur.com/a/2ZeQfTL Is there  a way for me to indicate which icons I want to appear at the bottom, or in what order they are removed, when I click the Restore rectangles?

I have an iPad Pro zoom is perfect but the share button isn’t lit up green to enable me to share music .. I’ve tried everything apparently it supposed to be green allow you to go to advanced

Hi, I am scheduling zoom meetings for once a month in 2025. The question is?Can I set up the 2025 recurring meetings using the same meeting ID and passcodethat I used for 2024 meetings? Or is this a random generated assignment that I have no control over? Thanks

Hello, how do you include a Zoom meeting when creating an event on Apple Calendar?

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. I suspect this file might contain speaker video perspectives or other view options. Here is the file list in my recording folder:audio1264568021.m4avideo1264568021.mp4video1264568021.vttdouble_click_to_convert_01double_click_to_convert_02closed_caption.txtchat.txtrecording.confzoomver.tagMy questions are:Does double_click_to_convert_01 contain video recordings of participants or speaker views? How can I convert or use this file to check if it includes the speaker's video? If this file does not include speaker views, is there any way to retrieve that perspective from the current recording files?I would appreciate step-by-step guidance or advice on how to retrieve the speaker's video. Thank you!

HelloI have been using Zoom successfully for the last 18 months at home.2 days ago I started having the problem where all other people are a black screen.  I can see myself but can't see others (when their video is turned on). This is the same problem across different devices (mac, android, PC)Same problem with different meetings in different parts of the countryThis is the same problem is wired or wireless.Same problem if I log in using different accounts. The statistics page shows severe packet loss on the Video -> Receive side (like 80% to 99%). See screenshot All my other programs such as Netflix function fineSpeed tests are fine. Of note however is: the problem goes away when I don't go through my router at home. I tested tethering to my mobile phone hotspot and the problem is resolved (albeit a very slow connection given the nature of my mobile reception). I have updated the firmware in my router and tested with my ISP to check if there is problem

I have created a group in Zoom to restrict AI Companion for Workplace to a specific group.  It doesn't look like I can do the same for Meetings.  It only seems I can enable or disabled AI Companion for Meetings for the whole organization.  Is that correct?  Does anyone know if that functionality is upcoming? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Is there a way how I can exclude the recurring webinar details in from my confirmation email, if so please suggest how I can remove and restrict it with only the webinar details mentioned.

(1) If I add another person to a Zoom Pro personal account, do they sign in using my email address or their own? (2) Will our meetings be shown on each other's account?(3) Is the time limit 40 minutes or 30 hours?

I am doing a movie screening for 50 viewers.  When I share my screen the participants are able to see and hear the movie; however, I can barely hear the sound on my end. I checked my Ipad volume and it’s at the highest volume.   Also, is it possible to control their audio capabilities (mute everyone) before the start of the meeting?  And finally, is there a way to see only the movie I’m screen sharing?  In otherwords, can all of the participant boxes be hidden during the movie?   Thank you for your help. Renay

I am using Zoom for teaching and recording the lectures. Some of the lectures include alot of numerical calculations, for which I am using a whiteboard. Previously, I was using Miro white board, and it worked excellent. Now; I wanted to use Zoom whiteboard. Although the whiteboard writing in not lagging with the audio for other participants, this is not the case for the recording. So, there is a 5-6 seconds lag between audio/video recording and whiteboard writing. I have tried different solutions (turning off camera, AI assistance, host only using the whiteboard,...), but nothing is working. This is extremely disappointing as we are paying for the Zoom, and its whiteboard seems not to function properly, even for basic functions, while free whiteboards such as those from Miro are working flawlessly. Can something be done regarding this issue? Thank you!

Hello!  I am new to Zoom Scheduler.  I have my Google calendar linked into the zoom scheduler.  I am trying to schedule 30 minute appointments from 1-7-25 to 1-16-25.  I can get the appointment slots to show up for 1-7 through 1-9 but it shows no availability for the second week 1-13 to 1-16.    Does anyone have any ideas?!

I use Zoom for singing lessons and when I sing, the audio goes in and out.  What should I do?
