Account: Zoom Workplace Pro

We have a problem switching meetings-IDs from owner to member.
The owner O installed a meeting called M-A (ID 12345678).

Meeting M-A is supposed to be started by a member B.

How do we enable member B to start meeting M-A.

If we log in as member B there are no meetings listed. It seems that members are restricted to 40 min meetings.

Intention: member B can start all meetings, but cannot change any settings.
Thanks for help!

@Video-RG05 - If both the Owner O and Member B are licensed, O can designate B as an alternative-host of the meeting, and that would allow them to start and run the meeting.   It will still not show up on B's Zoom meeting list unless they allow bi-directional communication to their calendar and save the meeting there.  If B is not licensed, they will not be able to be an alternative host and will be limited to 40 minutes.

I am not sure what settings you are referring to, but B will be able to use all the host functions inside the meeting, but they will not be able to change the meeting options which are set when scheduling.

I need to set things up so either of two users can start and host the same meeting (at different times). I have a Pro license. Do they also have to have a Pro license? Would a basic license do, or would that limit the meeting to 40 minutes?

if they have to have a Pro license, would it be a separate account or under my account?

@JerrySchwartz - Yes, both users would need a pro license, and when scheduling the meeting you would need to designate the second user as an alternative host.  The users would need to be on the same account and licensed in order for them to show up as an option for designating them as an alternate host.
