Hi, I have been using Zoom for teaching and I appreciate the new feature of students being able to choose their rooms. It saves me a lot of trouble.Last week on Tuesday, November 23rd, everything worked still perfectly.Then I ran another session on Thursday, November 25th with exactly the same settings and links. I was able to create the breakout rooms but there was only one person who was able to join it!On Friday, the 26th I joined a Zoom hosted by another university and they had exactly the same problem - no one was able to join rooms.Today on MOnday the 29th, I tried again and got the same result. Is this some version discrepancy or is something broken? As said, I am using exactly the same settings as before but it suddenly stopped working for everyone. I hope someone can help before tomorrow's session.  REgards, Olli SeppänenAalto University.Olli 

Even though I have "Record active speaker with shared screen" enabled for this room, when I record an instant meeting, It does not record the room's cameras in the top right corner, I only get content. If there is no content, I get the camera view.

Hello, Since the webinar attendees has been changed from 100 to 500 attendees, I am planning on using Zoom as my live stream tool when we begin in-person webinars sometime in the future. Can that be done or do I have to use Facebook Live or YouTube to accomplish this? I would prefer to use Zoom and set up live streaming this way. Does anyone have any recommendations for a camera, PC, and software required? What inputs are required to do this -- HDMI or what? Thank you for your input.Jim Patin

Currently having issues with my microphone, receiving audio into Zoom that came via Virtual Audio Cable, but only when sharing something with sound enabled.  The mic works just fine when not sharing.  It also works fine if I do not use a Virtual Audio Cable / OBS Studio.  Unfortunately, I need the OBS and Virtual Cable to add exciting effects for my classes -- running Zoom just plain-jane is workable, but not the end goal.  I will note that my entire set-up works just fine on another computer at home, and has for a year. See video here, and pay attention to what happens when I share:https://youtu.be/l25b4H7K3wAhttps://youtu.be/l25b4H7K3wA  I think the recent Window update may have messed things up with my virtual audio cable and how Zoom "hears" it, but only while I share?  This problem does NOT happen if I simply go directly from my mic into Zoom.  It only happens when I route through a VB Cable (or Voicemeeter Banana).  All diagnostic

We have a Pro Plan with meetings limited to 100 participants. Can we register more than 100 people for an event but not start paying for a Large Meeting add-on plan until just before the event itself?  In other words, we don't have to have a Large Meeting plan in place during the registration period, just for the event itself, right? I'm starting a course and I can't share a screen since I get that: * screen sharing is restricted in this meeting * Your screen sharing has stopped (Because you are restricted from screem sharing when external users are present). Isn't this the zoom function? What do I do to configure it if there are no options in the configuration on the subject? Thanks in advance.

Hi, has anyone this problem? We have now two cases today where participants using web browser can't join Breakout rooms. We had this problem about a year ago but since then everything has worked fine. Until today. Any idea what has happened?

I accidentally auto-approved all invites (uploaded via CSV) and now I can't run a list of who actually registered (bc they are all "auto-approved". No directions on Webinar Reports, etc, etc,  Help!

Yes I am trying to disable the authentication setting on this account. My church member's are having a hard time signing on to Zoom because they don't want to set up a zoom account.  

We have deployed a number of Poly VVX 500 and VVX450 phones.  It has come to my attention that a user can program the line keys for speed dials, but when the phone is rebooted they no longer show up.   I assume that we need to apply a provisioning template, but I have been searching for hours now and can not find any details on what should be in the template. Anyone have any suggestions?  Directions for me to look?

I was able to create a quiz using Advanced Polling and Quizzing. I am teaching multiple sections of the same class and I also like to reuse the quiz I created for the following semesters. Is there a way I can download the quiz and reuse it for another meeting?

My computer was hacked. One of the consequences was that I lost zoom. I am an ongoing client. I reinstalled Zoom but I cannot access all the features that I used to have .E.g. schedule a meting etc. What do I need to do? 

Never had this issue until today. Tried to enter a meeting multiple times and kept getting this message followed by it booting me out of the meeting then it attempts to start again.  Any ideas?

Hi I have a daily Zoom meeting with my team. The first time I used the new link for the meeting, I put in the passcode separately, instead of using the direct link. Unfortunately, Zoom has associated that first link with the meeting name. That means that when I click "Join" and try to open that meeting from the recent meetings list, it always demands a passcode - which means searching through my past emails. Is there any way to edit the recent meetings list so I can either delete the problematic meeting (so Zoom can list it again, this time with the right link), or change the link it is associated with? Thanks!

Hi Zoom Community, I am unable to join or start Zoom meetings from my desktop client (Windows OS). This started randomly, I've been using zoom on this same PC for years. I've tried uninstalling (via windows tool and via CleanZoom) multiple times, and reinstalling, no luck.  I met with an internal IT person at my company, and we checked my drivers and app versions. I can confirm that all drivers, firmware, BIOS, and application versions of my PC are up-to-date as well as my Zoom desktop client. Still no luck. It is noted that I've opened a Zoom support ticket (#12762305), haven't heard anything yet.  See below for GIF of what I'm seeing on my end.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a personal zoom account and one linked to my university. The university one has some of premium features I think but I'm not entirely sure since I cannot access it anymore. I had a group presentation that required recording. I was using zoom to record my segment.I think I got banned due to repeatedly starting meeting and ending them to convert batches of recordings in my attempts to get a decent recording for my project. At some point 2 or 3 hours ago, I could no longer log into my university zoom account. The theory that I got banned due to too many recordings being considered an abuse of the system was brought up by my siblings.  Please, I need to know how to fix this. I need that account for university-restricted classes.
