Hi.  I have a feature request. I would like to be able to manage my break out rooms from my iphone.

HeyCan I see all  upcoming schedule zoom meetings for all my users in on table/ calendar? I mange multiple zoom meetings in my college.My team and i creates upcoming zoom meetings for the teachers in our college.I know that i can manually for each user his own upcoming zoom meetings, foe example:Users > shai (IT)  > EventsSo like that I can see his own schedule meetings.  

Can I get to know about zoom Licences, their prices & etc......

Hey all, Where do I enable "Stop incoming video" in my web settings? I know on the client side it requires 5.8.0, but I am just trying to look ahead to see the admin setting on the back end.  The release notes for Web say the settings are in Account, Group, and User-level web settings - but I do not see the setting anywhere. I am the account Owner and Admin on a Business account. Thanks, Rupert

Hi!   Two questions.  If the meeting is being recorded, does recording pause when breakout rooms are assigned and resumed once everyone is back in the main room?  When using the interpretation feature in a meeting, do interpreters stay in main room during break our sessions.?   Thank you!

Hey, I'm trying to activate the google workspace plugin. for some reason, even though I keep connecting to zoom through my personal account - the host of an event planned through google calendar is our company's admin account and not my own. any way to change this?

If a participant is renamed during a Meeting, either by themselves (if they are allowed) or by the Host, what name ultimately shows up on the Meeting Report - particularly if the participant was pre-registered?   And are renaming events logged anywhere - to show the old and new name?   Thanks,   Rupert  

Hi, I want to purchase the business account after reading that I can stream in 1080p with it.My question is, if my guests are all using basic/free version of zoom app, will they view my (host) video in 1080p or will it be scaled down to 720p/360p depending on the guest account/bandwidth? Thanks in advance.

I just stumbled across Immersive View and like it, however when I tried to show it to colleagues in a Zoom-Meeting the option was not available. I have tried to narrow it down, but havn't  come up with a solution. - Immersive View is enabled in the options menu. I can start immersive view in my personal meeting room and other of my meetings.- I can switch host controlls to someone else and this person can then start immersive view. Apparently you do not have to be the original meeting-host for this to work.- I can use this feature in rooms I created before immersive view was enabled. However: When I start one of our long used conference rooms, where I am alternate Host. Immersive View is not offered as option. I cannot start it, even though I am currently the host.Neither can the original host (once host-rights have been transfered to this person). Why does it work in some rooms, but not in others?All our desktop clients (Windows) are updated.

When I generate a link for a Zoom meeting the phone numbers listed are for the UK and various US regions. I want to add Italy as I have people in Italy joining my meetings; how do I add Italy, or any other European country for that matter?

All my settings are set to not auto-record - and yet when I start a meeting in my personal meeting room - it starts recording, every time.  Please help, its driving me crazy.  How di I switch it off?

Hi everyone, I'm searching for a feature to reply to chat messages in Zoom Meeting.  I tried searching through the Support Page and Bolt (the Support Box), but I couldn't find any explanation or solution for the matter, and Bolt doesn't learn or understand my inquiry yet. There is a page for Zoom Chat, but that, I think, only applies for the specific Zoom Chat function, not for the chat within a Zoom meeting. I can send feedback to add the ellipse icon feature in Zoom Chat to be included for chats in Zoom Meeting, but I'd like to know if I miss anything and it's already available before doing so.   Additional information: 1. I'm an end user/participant in the Zoom Meeting, not the host.   Below is the screenshot of the chat messages for reference.       Any suggestions are highly appreciated.  Thanks for reading!

I am having in-person classes and it will also be zoom presentation for those who can not come in person. If I am connected to a 2nd TV to show the PowerPoint, will the people watching see the PowerPoint or will they see the camera showing the whole room?I will have a lapel mic on so they can hear me. Is that going to work? OR does anyone have a great suggestion on how to do this so both zoom attendees and in-person attendees get a good experience?

It has my former law firm name under my name, their phone and fax numbers. This is certainly not a professional image to have information from over 4 years ago when I send out Zoom invitations to clients. It does this when I send the invitation from my iPad. If I copy the invitation link on my desktop and send it with an email this does not happen. Any ideas how to get rid of this problem? There is nothing about my former law firm in my Zoom profile and I never used Zoom at my former law firm.
