Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way to sync the full global address book in O365 with Zoom.  I've already done the integration per Zoom's instructions, but it only syncs the current users contact list.  From my understanding, this is a change.  I'm hoping we can revert to the previous settings. Thanks,Justin

Until recently my video framing was fine.  Now it's right skewed.   I launch create or join a Zoom meeting (Basic or Premium) and the video of me is now skewed to the right heavily.  Normally, when I'm in front of my laptop and typing the view/video of me is centered.  Now, with me typing the video of me via Zoom is heavily right skewed so that I have "half a face". What can be done to correct this?  The video quality is normal. TIA

I have a feature request, and it's one I'd be willing to pay an add-on fee to get.I am a paid plan user with less than 10 hosts on my account. I regularly livestream through Zoom, and I'd like an option to remove the 'Zoom' watermark in the lower-right corner of the screen. It's distracting and intrusive.I don't have a need for 10 hosts, so the 'branding' element isn't available to me on my paid plan (and if it was, it still wouldn't solve my issue - I want no watermark, not a watermark of my own to replace the Zoom one).Please make this a feature! Again, I'd be happy to pay some amount of add-on fee to get the feature in non-branding enabled accounts.

it shows that the recording is moving . it lasted for months. the recordings seemed locked for ever. it takes up to 200m of my purchased space. 

Hi  I am curious to know if any one here in the community uses Zoom for recurring group sessions for clients?   We are a non profit and have needed to transfer our face 2 face groups to online due COVID.   A 'group' will run for 20 weeks consecutively and will have the same 10-15 participants attend each week.  There can be up to 10 - 15 different groups that run each week with some (up to 4) starting at the same time.   The constraints we have: - we are not able to disclose participants email addresses to other participants. - the groups are being set up by a central admin person (therefore will default as a host) - there are two facilitators per group who are set up as 'alternative hosts' - the 'host' does not join as they are just a member of staff who sets the groups up - unfortunately our email address have been configured to include surname so need to be mindful how we send out the invites.  We have to protect staff identities (ie not disclose f

I work at a Community College in California. Several of our students rely on captioning. The pop-up preview of chats block the captioning. The only fix I have found is to move the captioning to a side panel with the "view full transcript". This makes watching the video less accessible. Does anyone know a way to turn off the chat preview?

I used Zoom last year and was able to leave a breakout room to return to the main room, but this year, that option does not appear on my screen. How do I have that option show on my screen when I utilize the breakout rooms? 

I would like to schedule some Zoom meetings far into the future.  They will be non-recurring.  Can I schedule these for more than 30 days out with the links still staying good?  The site says:  "A non-recurring meeting ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled for."  I think this means the link will be good for 30 days after the scheduled meeting.   So, today it is August 19.  If I schedule the meeting for November 19, will the link for that meeting be good for 30 days beyond November 19?  Or, if I schedule a meeting on August 19, does that meeting have to occur within 30 days of August 19 or the link will expire?

How would I invite two individuals to the same meeting but admit one an hour later?   And if this is possible, can I end and remove the 1st person from the 2nd persons meeting?

I'm planning to get Zoom 1000 participants license for my up coming project. But, I've heard something unpleasant saying that I can only assign 500 participants to breakout room, with the other 500 left out in the main room.Can anyone confirm or say anything whether is it true or not?

Hello,I am new to using Zoom Webinar.Background:I manage Zoom / Marketo webinar integration and am needing to set up a webinar for a regional marketer.Can I give the marketer "Host" role prior to the webinar starting or do I need to login at the time of the webinar and pass  the "Host" Role off to the marketer in real time during the webinar?

I would like to discuss cancelling service.  Terms state that I must cancel in writing at least 30 before end of term.  I am unable to get to the correct department or person to start this process.     Can someone walk me through it?

There's an event for which I've been watching the recordings... the link to the recordings has now been removed from the provider's website BUT I have the addresses for some of the recordings, so am still able to watch them. Is there any way I can find out how long they will stay up for?

Installed the Kahoot app , and opens it from Zoom. At right side "Joins" shows up, but not "Host" , so even if I am the host of the zoom-meeting, i'm not able to host a Kahoot apparently. Any ideas what I do wrong ?   P. S -We have paid versions of both.    Regards  Team PadhaiMeTez

This issue just started two weeks ago. When I am in a one-on-one Zoom meeting, regardless of who initiates it, the other attendee's screen freezes. If either of us share our screens, it no longer freezes. When we stop sharing, the freezing occurs again. If they stop showing their video for a moment and show their video again, they will unfreeze for few seconds. Then they will freeze again. Because I host several meetings, this is a problem. Based on Zoom's suggestions from our chats, I uninstalled Zoom, reinstalled it to the 64 bit program, and tried it on a LAN line. They are not sure what my problem is, but I need to rectify this problem. This is not a connectivity issue because it happens with everyone I meet with and has only been doing this since the beginning of the month. I even got a stronger modem. Please help
