Since last week, zoom video has uncontrollably turned on touch up function - tried disabling several times - no luck. Changed background filter - was none, changed back and forth - stays on unless it's black and white - then can tolerate seeing my image back with no color. How do I turn it off? can't use zoom like this. 

Is there a way for CC to be on for all hosted meetings?  I want the button available to participants automatically every time they join my PMI meeting, not having to ask it to be turned on.  Am I missing something?

Can anyone confirm if you can allow others to present in breakout groups? - I'm planning on having co-hosts for a meeting who will then "chair" breakout sessions - I need them to be able to share a presentation in the break out groups? If so can someone advise how to set this up? Thanks in advance! 

Hi there, I have an upcoming workshop which has been scheduled. I am the admin. I wanted to ask if I can join the meeting ahead of the scheduled time just to check settings in the meeting environment? One of the things I wanted to check were the breakout room settings (I have pre-assigned participants) e.g. enabling screen share in breakout rooms. However, if I do this will it notify everyone that the meeting has started? I'm concerned about messing up the meeting / causing confusion if I do this.

I am trying to extend a recurring meeting out longer and the edit button on the meeting is almost blurred out and will not let me extend it. Is there a way to do it?

Hello!   I have linked Zoom to my Vimeo account and automatically upload the recording to Vimeo.   I have limited Zoom storage, and the recording also saves to my Zoom Cloud, so I have to go in after every meeting and delete the recording on Zoom.   Can anyone advise if there is a setting whereby I can continue to upload automatically to Vimeo without also saving to the Zoom cloud?   Thank you!  

Hi, love some help. This happening to anyone else.   I've scheduled a Meeting for 4 Wednesdays in a row. I've chosen to tick the passcode as the option. It worked the first 2 times, with me being host. Now on this 3rd time and 4th time, the passcode was skipped and everyone could enter without it and the Host wasn't recognised so I couldn't record the event. I've tested it for this 4th time and I can get straight in without a passcode, and also concerned that I won't be able to record the event also. Last time down to the right of the screen, it showed a place for us to click on to claim the host. This didn't work. I am the host. I also tested out not allowing participants to enter whenever they liked to make sure I as the first person on to claim host. But this didn't change anything. Please help? I don't understand what settings I have wrong. Thanks so much.

Who has a working installer command line for silent auto updates?   I've read through the MSI deployment several times and tried 14 command line variants for installation but cannot get the zoom client to silently auto update.   My latest attempt looks like this.   ZoomInstallerFull.msi" ZoomAutoUpdate="true" zNoDesktopShortcut="true" zConfig="NoGoogle=1;NoFacebook=1;AutoUpdate=1;EnableSilentAutoUpdate=1" /qn /norestart   It is not clear if options should go under zconfig or are a direct MSI property.   This command writes these keys to the registry.  I am not directly editing these values.  They look like they should work but it's not auto updating, even after joining and exiting a meeting.  My package installs version 5.6.7 which is not the latest version.     HKLM\Software\Zoom\MSI - DisableUpdate false - Home c:\program files\zoom\bin   HKLM\Software\ZoomUMX\PerInstall - autoupdate = 1 - enablesilentautoupdate =

Greetings, Recently we migrated our Zoom account to a new tenant, i.e. associated SSO users within new domain, integrated the calendar of new domain. However it brought an extremely unstable connection between Zoom and M365(both authentication methods[OAUTH, Static Credentials] I have tried for that). Even all of the types of error code I have encountered I think, like unknown, connected(but not active, cannot read calendar information), error, etc. Any suggestions can help solving this type of problem?Thank you in advance, Joey

Hi,I am running every now and then big origami event (up to 500 participants) and during those, I came up with a few requests for future versions. I have no other place to post them, so I try here. The first is to allow participants to paste images into the chat. This will allow them to show the finished model without using the camera. The second is to have an option to start recording automatically right after you admit all in, and not at the beginning of the session. Otherwise, the auto-record option is useless to people who start the meeting with the speaker and all others are waiting outside. There is no need to record this pre-session, and once it starts, we forget to record... I hope you will have a dedicated place to post more ideas.Thanks!!Ilan   

Hi, could you pls help me. I would like participants of my meeting to join via browser without having to face the automatic download of the zoom client. How can I disable this automatic download?

Whenever I create a new meeting in the Zoom Mac client, on saving the meeting it pops us a browser window asking me to sign in with my (separate and unrelated to Zoom) Google account. My Zoom account just has a username and password. How do I stop this? - Charles

May i know during streaming zoom in facebook live, can the two sportlighted speakers be seen on the live? If can, how to do it? As i did tried sportlighted two speakers at zoom, while fb live, the speaker was seem alternately , not as seem in zoom.  Looking forward for the reply. Thanks.

I got a paid zoom account in March 2020. I hosted a meeting in Nov. 2020 and now I want to view the chat history. I went thorugh the tutorial to find it but it says "no history." where can i get this chat hisory now. My default settings clearly say that the chat history will be saved to the Cloud. It is turned "on".  Please help! thanks

So, the premise of this is that one of our staff members only had Basic initially when he sent out a meeting invite. The old URL starts with "https://zoom.us", but new meeting URLs start with our branded Zoom URL. In the URL, the meeting ID and the pwd parts are exactly the same, and the rest of the meeting login info is exactly the same. I assume this means meeting participants who have received the old invitation can still get in, but I wanted to be sure.

Zoom Meeting capacity is capped at 1000 with the Large Meeting license, but our team would like to have interaction with at least 2000 participants. I've read that simultaneous meetings are possible. Is it possible to host 2 meetings with the maximum capacity (1000 each)?

I noticed that when you schedule a meeting using Registration, Zoom Apps is only available for the host of the meeting.  Everyone else does not have the Apps button available in that meeting.  Even if you assign someone else as the co-host, they still don't get the Apps button.  All of my users have Apps in regular meetings, but for some reason, when Registration is used, then nobody can use Apps. I can't imagine this is intentional.  It seems like an oversight.  At very least, Zoom should give you the option to allow or forbid Apps in a meeting regardless of whether Registration is being used or not.  I think it's a bug because if you try to send an App to somebody, they get the below error message when they try to open it.  If it was an intentional feature for Apps to not be available with a meeting using Registration, then why would there be an error message?  Anyway, has anyone found any workarounds for this?  It's quite an iss

Hi! I've been trying to find information about the bar indicator that Zoom showsright next to users name, but failed. I'm showing the indicator I'm referring to in the attached JPG file. I think it shows that user's connection quality, but would like to know for sure.I have attended a couple of classes where teacher's audio was choppy and hesuggested we should turn of our cameras to improve it but thing  is that bar indicator was showing in red for him. So... a couple of questions: 1) For future reference,  what is the correct/proper name for that indicator?  2) If teacher's indicator is showing in red, am I correct to assume that turningoff my camera won't improve the audio quality? Thanks in advance JJ
