downloading the recoded session

my laptop died before Zoom was able to download the recorded session to my laptop. How do I retrieve the file?

Hey @MZANDI, if downloading a cloud recording, you can go back to https://zoom.us/recording and access your cloud recording that was needed to be downloaded! If locally recorded, you can find that recording in your Zoom desktop client, under 'meetings' 👉 'recorded' and you will see the locally recorded videos from there.
