Automatic Webinar licence assignement

HI,

For the account I'm managing we have Large Meeting (500 participants) and Webinar (1000 participants) for all the users.
Accounts are created automatically through SSO at first sign-in.

How could I automatically assign the Large Meeting (500 participants) and Webinar (1000 participants) feature ?
Currently it is a manual process, on a monthly basis export the list of users, identify those without the feature and assign through bulk import. + manual assignement based on tickets created by the end-users.

Hello!

In order to automatically assign Large Meeting or Webinar features, you would want to use the advanced SAML mapping option for Add-On Plan.

Hello @J-MW,

With SSO you can use Advanced SAML Mappings to apply add-on licenses to users. Basic mapping apply at first sign-in, but Advanced Mappings will apply at EVERY sign-in with SSO.

There is no way to automatically have everyone on the account assigned those extra licenses, but you can set up SAML mapping to do that for you. More about advanced SAML mapping can be found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005081403
