In the Dashboard, you can only see all the live meetings and the past meetings. Add a view for a business admin to be able to see all scheduled meeting in a timeframe.

I've noticed when I join a live meeting with recording in progress that my audio setting defaults to being muted but my camera defaults to be turned on. If I do not wish to be recorded, I then have to remember to turn the camera off. Until that point though, I'm being recorded. Is there a way to make the camera default match the audio setting so it defaults to being turned off unless I choose to have my camera on when joining a meeting with recording in progress? At present, it seems like a privacy breach that I have to opt out of being recorded, rather than getting to opt in if I so choose. Hope someone can advise.

I enabled original sound in my Zoom meeting and have it set to "Stereo Audio" in my Zoom Audio settings. However, after I am done recording the meeting, the file that is saved is still only a mono file. I have the audio set up where one microphone is panned to the Left and one to the Right in my audio interface so that they are independent. However, after recording, Zoom only gives me a mono audio file with both Left and Right channels collapsed into mono.

Hello everyone! The email I used to purchase an annual Zoom account will be discontinued in a few weeks and I need to change it here but I could only find in my profile the option to change my login email, which is something different. Can anybody help?

I have a several questions to decide if Zoom phone is worth it. Please help if you know the answers to the next questions: 1. Unclear what "Direct dial number" means, local number? it did say that it can port up to 100 local numbers, and that the process takes few days, so for every country we call we will have a different number on their display? need more insight on this subject.2. "optional add on - unlimited calls to 18+ countries" which 18+ countries? how much does this add-on cost ( **starting** at 120$ is not a precise number)

Se si, in che modo posso risolvere? Anche se, su quell'account anche spunta il numero, quindi magari non è nemmeno quello il problema, anzi... quando faccio la procedura con quello, mi dice la stessa identica cosa. Quindi, in che modo è possibile risolvere?

I work for a software development company and we have the need to send program updates to clients frequently. Sometimes, these updates include executable files. If I zip up files and part of those files is an executable, the zip file transfers via the chat file transfer without any issues. If I simply try to transfer an exectuable file, it blocks it for security purposes. I have the setting turned on that allows any file type to be transferred. Does anyone have experience with sending executable files by themselves or know what I need to do to accomplish this? I blacked out the file name in the print screen for privacy purposes. 

Hello all, We have stumbled across a bug with MP4 video sharing. Some videos, inexplicably, refuse to work with this feature. For instance, here is a link to one video that works great. And here is another video that does not. Instead of showing, it just displays a black screen in Zoom. Both videos can however be opened with any other video player; they are simply a 1-second video containing an image. How would we go about fixing this issue?

I have never done Zoom before, but now need to participate in one. It is an informal family and friends meeting. I would like to have a slideshow played during the meeting, either at my end or at the host's end. I found this tutorial on showing PowerPoint slideshows for Zoom: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203395347-Screen-sharing-a-PowerPoint-presentation But my slideshow is not made with PowerPoint. I assume that such a slideshow can also be used for Zoom. For instance, can Step #1 in the above link "Open the PowerPoint file you want to present." be replaced with "Open the ANOTHER SLIDESHOW file you want to present."? Thanks in advance.

As we know, ZOOM has added a feature called APPS which enables us to play different games and do creative things. As we know QUIZZIZ is a great site for playing quizzes with friends and with students for teachers. Hello, I'm starting to record some videos for training. I'm using the slides as a virtual background feature which is a beta I know.  It shows my self-view and also the video of me in the corner. I click hide self-view and the video of me is still in the corner which is what I want, but when I look back at the recording it just has the self-view box video of me in the top right, not the video of me in the bottom corner.  Hope that makes sense. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've attached a screen for what I want and attached a screen of what the recording looks like

I created a webinar and invited a number of attendees via email (copied the details). However, they were not asked for a passcode before they could enter the webinar.  As this is not a public webinar, the participants may only enter the webinar with a passcode. 

Can a guest to a Zoom meeting share their Powerpoint presentation to the group, or does the presenter have to be the host of the Zoom meeting?

Sorry, that subject isn't super specific, but I don't know how to describe what's going on.  I have my settings set but then those same settings don't appear in my meetings.  For example, I have "Require that all meetings are secured with one security option" turned off, and "waiting room" turned on.  Yet when I start a meeting, users are required to sign in, and the waiting room is off.  I also have "allow participants to join before host" turned off, but participants CAN join before I start the meeting.  I'd love to know how to fix this. 

Ever since I updated my MacBook to the newest update, I am not able to log into zoom at all.  It says connecting for a minute but then it gives me a popup that says "unable to connect, please check you're internet connection and try again later".  My wifi/internet is completely fine and I even tried logging on on a family members laptop and I got into my account no problem.  I've even tried using my hotspot and a different locations wifi with my laptop and nothing.  In addition I tried shutting down and restarting my laptop as well as deleting and re-downloading zoom and still nothing.  Is anyone having the same problem? I need to be able to use zoom on my laptop for school.

I paid for a large meeting license for one month. .I have scheduled a meeting with 1000 participants. I need to know that the meeting I have scheduled in that one month period is in fact a large meeting. I would hate to have 900 people unable to get in. And there is nothing that tells me it is in fact a large meeting. thanks, Nicola 

We have a scheduled recurring US based meeting and will have one attendee from New Zealand. Is there a way to provide the New Zealand attendee a closer regional URL?

Is anyone here a reseller or have the need to help manage various company's systems for phone and/or meetings?  It seems a single email cannot be attached to more than one company at a time.  So, how you are all doing it?  Screen share with the customer is less than ideal in most cases.  Email aliases for each client seems a possible work around.  I hope Zoom is giving consideration around this. 

Wondering how I can control volume during  meetings with mouse. There is only Phone sound adjusted button so cannot control meeting sound volume with mouse...

If password requirements are changed by an administrator, how are existing users affected ?  Will they be forced to change password at next login ?

My laptop had a hardware problem which needed repair, so I was told to send it to the manufacturer.  I sent it,and the disk was wiped and the OS was reinstalled. I got the laptop back and went to the Zoom website to re-establish my free Zoom account for a meeting which I needed to attend. Unfortunately a window came up whichidentified itself as the Microsoft Store and which charged me $5.29 to get Zoom.  Gee, $5.29 is not free but I hadto attend the meeting so I paid the charge.The merchant name for the charge on my bank statement was A1010EUSD02, which did not appear related to either Zoom or Microsoft. The bank website detail on the charge reported the Merchant Type as Digital Games and the Category as Entertainment.I went to the Zoom website just now to look for any mention of a $5.29 fee, and No, the website still says ”SIGNUP, IT’S FREE”.If this was a valid Microsoft charge then: 1) it should be mentioned at the Zoom website; and 2) Microsoft should appear as the me
