Hi there,I recently recorded a meeting to the cloud and now need to be able to save and then share the audio only file for training purposes.  I have done this in the past but now I can only listen to the file on my computer.  I seem to be able to share the video but not the audio.  Attached is a screenshot of my recording.  It's the top file (coaching conversation) that I need.  I have tried googling but nothing has worked. I would be so grateful if someone is able to help.

Hello, I need help when I'm in a meeting and something is Share screened, I get kicked off of Zoom and have to join back in I have tried everything I know but it still does it. What can I do?

Hi all,we use in our company zoom meeting client and zoom vdi meeting client v5.8.4 (for VMware Horizon).We recognize that the webcam resolution is much lower on the zoom vdi client. It looks like 320x240.If we use ne normal zoom client in vdi we get a much better resolution (720p). How can we increase the resolution in the zoomvdi client? It doesn't help to activate the HD option. Thanks in advance,Eric

We are looking to generate a report of peripherals (Particularly Audio & Video devices) being used by users in Zoom meetings,We don’t have a way to pull a consolidated report of peripherals used as this is only possible per meeting basis in our Zoom dashboard or anywhere in Admin console.

When in zoom, I try to click on a contact from call history.  Zoom gives a Call Failure Error and saysit says my phone is connected.... Any suggestions?

Whenever someone is sharing their screen, their screen feels very delayed/laggy/low fps and this only happens to me. I can hear their voice very clearly and audio too, just the screen. The mouse cursor is also quite smooth but everything they click or switch windows is very delayed. They could finish speaking about a slide and goes on and I'm still stuck in the last slide. How to fix?

Our Zoom meetings involve a local group sitting around a table, and remote participants. In order to make the meeting more workable, I purchased a 360-degree panoramic camera for use in our meeting. (In case anybody asks, it's a j5create 360-degree All Around Webcam, model JVCU360. And no, this isn't an advertisement, just technical information in case it helps to solve my problem.) The camera works well with Zoom, right out of the box -- except that it has a blind spot. On one side of the camera, about 90 degrees of the 360-degree view is missing. I downloaded j5create's Webcam Companion app and used it to verify that the camera is generating a full 360-degree picture. So the camera isn't defective. But Zoom is only using 270 degrees of the 360-degree picture. I searched the Zoom Community and can't find anyone with a similar application, but I hope I simply overlooked something or used the wrong search terms. Idea: Displaying Cisco Meraki location analytics on signage displays  Not sure how this would be leveraged for all workplace environments but might be a super cool integration. To be able to walk into an environment and see a near-real-time heatmap of where everyone is on the floor on Zoom Room digital signage. Cisco has many ways of capturing this location data - Meraki Camera's + Wireless that is very accurate at this point. Who else would like to chat about the possibilities of location APIs of platforms many of us already have available to us?

 At the "Roles in a meeting" page on the Zoom website I read the following "Host: The user that scheduled the meeting. They have full permissions to manage the meeting. There can only be one host of a meeting." My question is, what constitutes "The user that scheduled the meeting"? This is my understanding of that statement: If a "user" signs into a Zoom account with a specific email and password, and schedules a meeting, the "user" is the specific email and password, not the actual person who typed in the scheduled meeting. Later, if a different person signs on to that same account and starts the meeting, that person is the host. So it is the person who STARTS the meeting, not necessarily the person who SCHEDULES the meeting who is the host, as long as the person who starts the meeting signs in with the same email and password as the person who scheduled the meeting. Please Help! I have written three times to SUPPORT about this, but all I get back are article suggestions. I have a PRO account, which has been verified by Billing/Accounting.  But when I try to create an event card, there is a message saying that I only have the Basic plan and I have to upgrade to a higher plan (like PRO).  The event card will not enable to bypass "the mistake" and set a time, etc., for an event. I've asked for a real person to look at my problem, but no response.  (I submitted a ticket).  I've attached a copy of the message I get.  Below is the message I get on the event card when I try to start an event.  Thanks very much - IleneSennuwy  

We noticed that ever since we went to CVAD 2109 for our VDA's certain devices do not show up correctly in Citrix and Zoom. They work fine in the same environment in Teams though.Before we updated to 2109 the same devices were seen correctly in Zoom and Teams. Anyone else notice this or have seen this? We tried updating zoom also the plugin on user devices and nothing changed.  Basically, just show Citrix HDX Audio in Zoom but in teams it shows the correct device name and works better as well.

I'm trying to implement a speech to text program on an entire zoom call. To do this, I need to pipe the output from the other speakers in zoom, and my own speech, into the program. The second step is doable for me. However, I'm not sure how to output the audio of the other speakers into my program. I tried using a virtual audio input but it didn't really work as zoom only has 1 audio output option. Any help on how to bypass this would be useful.
