What Zoom Plan Will Allow me to control the mouse/work with software on the screen of a client who is participating in a zoom meeting hosted by me? Currently, despite seeing a dialog window and requesting mouse control, which then the participant is giving me, nothing happens and I am unable to control their mouse to navigate on their screen.   Without this functionality, I cannot use zoom for work purposes. Currently using the free plan over the internet. What plan I need to choose to allow me this controls? Thank you.

Hello, I would like to know it it is possible to organize 2 webinars at same day/hour having just 1 webinar licence. If so, after setting panelists for both of them,  can I start a webinar naming a panelist as co-host, and also start second webinar naming an other panelist as co-host, so they can start webinar by themselves? Or, can panelists start a webinar by themselves, even without organizator?

Hello there! I have been helping my dad, who is teaching a couple college courses on Zoom. He has a some things he wants to do in regards to recording, so I've been doing a bit of research to see if I can solve the issue. -He wants to be able to record once in "Shared Screen" mode (ideally not recording his students)...is this possible?-He uses local recording to record his lectures, then uploads them to his schools' learning management system (I think that's what it is, anyhow) I noticed you can record Shared Screens separately while using Zoom's cloud recording, but it doesn't allow for this option if you use local recording. My dad does have access to cloud recording, but prefers local recording. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you,Kate

I have create my first (free) Zoom Summit in Events. I have yet to complete the summit setup but was concern that as a UK account holder in the Preview I see a message that only US users can register."This event is open to users located in the US only."The documentation does not seem to support that only US users can register for summits. Please can someone tell me how to check that the countries I wish to invite attendees from can register?The account is UK hosted. Attendees from UK, Brazil, South Africa, Germany, Kenya, Cameroon, Jamaica, Nigeria. I cannot see any mention of these countries being restricted from registering for a free summit.

Hello, I received an invitation to join a meeting in 2 days, I accepted it but I do not see that meeting in upcoming meetings list. Is this list only for meetings I am the host of, and not for meetings I joined ? Thanks

Hi  Zoom was okay one day and then starting yesterday, I cannot login from either of my devices or even use Zoom without logging in. All I receive is a message saying Error 1132. I am on iOS devices.I have tried to deleting the apps and reinstallingi have changed my passwordmy billing is up to date i need to use tomorrow. I placed a web ticket almost 24 hours but no resolution. any advice?

Why do I suddenly get 2 Zoom boxes when I start a Zoom meeting?  It is very confusing to have both of these boxes and try to lead a meeting.  I have to hide one of them when sharing my screen.

Is the "Report Problem" Form in the Zoom desktop app, under the Help menu, a reasonable way of submitting problems using the app - or should a Support ticket always be raised? Just trying to understand the use-cases, and when to recommend what...   Thanks!

Hi,I recently endend my zoom subscription and now all of the recordings I stored on the cloud seems to be gone 😨 Should I re-activate my subscription to be able to view them again? Or are they gone forever???Thank you in advance for your help,Gloria

HeyCan I see all  upcoming schedule zoom meetings for all my users in on table/ calendar? I mange multiple zoom meetings in my college.My team and i creates upcoming zoom meetings for the teachers in our college.I know that i can manually for each user his own upcoming zoom meetings, foe example:Users > shai (IT)  > EventsSo like that I can see his own schedule meetings.

Hey all, Where do I enable "Stop incoming video" in my web settings? I know on the client side it requires 5.8.0, but I am just trying to look ahead to see the admin setting on the back end.  The release notes for Web say the settings are in Account, Group, and User-level web settings - but I do not see the setting anywhere. I am the account Owner and Admin on a Business account. Thanks, Rupert
