Hello communityArticles like https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203689369-Configure-Auto-Login-for-Zoom-Rooms describe how to start with Zoom Rooms on a Windows Platform but I have yet to find info about how to make it more secure.For comparison MS Teams Rooms use a multitude of Windows features like Assigned Access, no shell for the user, etc.Is there anything similar available for ZOOM Rooms? The obvious plan is to make the Zoom Room PC as less PC-like as possible and towards an embedded appliance.How about the preconfigured systems like the ones from Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.  Do they use any special tricks to tackle this?thanks in advanceHST

is there a way to keep the participants list from changing order as new participants enter a meeting (e.g. participants are added in the order they sign onto the meeting instead of inserted in the Zoom Order of Participants)?  I have a large group with participants entering meetings after the start and it makes it difficult to track when introductions are being made.

When submitting an App for Zoom approval, am I allowed to make changes to things like app description or add app screenshots after submitting to Zoom?     Does the approval process need to be started from scratch? Thanks

HelloWas wondering if a glitch can happen in the Zoom log-in,log-out feature of attendees who join a webinar? An attendee is complaining that he attended our 3-hour webinar but the Zoom-generated attendance report showed that he was only logged-in for less than an hour. Has anyone had this experience before? Or can this incident even occur in Zoom?Clarification on this matter is a great help. Thanks everyone

Is it possible to lock a Zoom recording that has been released to students so that they may not log in and view it during an exam?

Hi,  I created a zoom that guests would need to register for. I have had several emails come through showing that folks have registered, but when I go to the meeting to approve, they are not showing for me to approve. Any suggestions?

Hi. I am trying to disable the Apple Login on the Zoom Mobile client using WorkSpace ONE MDM (formally call AirWatch). I enter the the configuration key DisableAppleLogin, Value Type Boolean, and Config value of True but the apple login is still available on the Zoom mobile app sign in screen. I was able to disable facebook and google logins with the same settings. Has anyone else seen this?

Hello, I am a newbie here.During my webinar lessons, I want to ask students if anyone wants to answer the question.I will see the list of the students who raise their hands, and I will pick who can answer it.But I am unable to manage to unlock the student's mute by myself as I cannot be in front of my computer.So ideally, the student can unlock the mute by him/herself.Is that possible?But do you think this may cause me unexpected trouble?Please advise. Hello there,I've recorded a 40 minute meeting locally. When I enter the recordings section it doesn't appear. I don't know if the recording has been lost or is being converted.I need help ... do you know if the 40 minute local recordings appear immediately or if they take a long time? I don't know if this is normal. Thank you

Dear Zoom Community,   I'm a digital accessibility expert at Deque and I deeply appreciate all of the wonderful accessibility features inside Zoom.   From screen reader accessibility to captions to the the focus feature...I think Zoom is a leader.   I have an idea for a new feature...related to cognitive accessibility and trigger / content warnings.  Wouldn't it be cool if there was a way for participants to indicate to the host...that a topic of dicussion in the meeting needs a content warning (or trigger warning).   Just like a participant can indicate a need for captions....imagine if you could easily put down an "X" card to say that this line of discussion to cease.  This concept comes from Role Playing Games like Dungeon's and Dragons.  You can read about it here:  https://screenrant.com/tabletop-rpg-safety-tools-important-dungeons-dragons-rules/   I think this could be an empowering feature to add.    You can see some co

Hi, as shown in the picture below, the account profile shows that my account type is education. However, on the profile page, it shows that the account type is basic, and I do have a 40min limit when hosting a meeting.             

Is there an option to bulk delete deactivated accounts in Zoom portal? We have more than 300 deactivated accounts and at the moment we delete accounts one by one.

On the last use of zoom meeting, the image appears rotatted 45º. Not even with the rotation control knob i solved this problem. I've tested the laptop camera and it's working fine. Can you help me?

Hi - I have tried to find info on Zoom's main site but all of the articles have led me to here! I cannot find how we can access reports on previous meetings to view attendees. It seems to be saying that this is not available to anyone on a monthly billing plan ... only annual. Is that right? We've been with Zoom for ages and it seems odd that we can't access key information simply because of our choice to pay monthly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Why did Zoom Meetings share option change to grouped applications? I specifically need to share different documents / apps at different times and I like to know what I'm sharing and not just any one of the open apps.  This is a security risk too - as I do not want to share attendee information in error, I have a class register with people's details on it in Excel, I also have work I want to share on excel. When I want to share, the app only shows me Excel (2) but does not let me choose which of the two documents 😞  Same with Youtube app, I have it open as well as a Google browser, now I cannot share them seperately.  The Zoom app only shows me a Google (2) and when I select that I cannot choose between YouTube app or Google browser page 😞

I want to sign up for a school zoom account but I don't know how. I have a valid school email and signed up for a zoom account but it's still limited to 40p. I don't know if Zoom has a free version for education and I don't know how to upgrade my account to Education Free. Can anyone help me?

Is there some listing of compatible sound cards for zoom? I am troubleshooting a problem with an ASI 5720 sound card that has problems only with zoom, but works perfectly with every other piece of software on the PC. An HP, win10.Zoom received audio sounds fine but outgoing audio sounds bad, even though it doesn't sound bad at all on other software on the machine at the same time. Recording on adobe audition sounds fine but far end audio on zoom is broken up.Thanks.
