Does anyone know if the breakout rooms in Zoom allow the following:1-set up a maximum of 2 attendees per room and randomly assign attendees to rooms3-have consecutive timed sessions within one Zoom meeting, with random assignment of attendees for each sessionThank you!

Hi, I know there is currently no option to share with an android phone only an iPhone/tablet.  Will the option to share with android phones/tablets be available in the future.  I couldn't find an answer anywhere I've searched.   New to the community hoping to learn more for my presenting my on-line classes

I am using Zoom Pro, but when recording a VDO meeting, I am unable to record in HD. How can I resolve this? Thank you very much for your opinion.

we are facing some issues while starting a meeting, we hosted the meeting and sent the invitation link to our customers and while they joining the link it's showing "Please wait for the host to start the meeting" can you fix this issue immediately?

Hi,    I have automatic recording switched off in my settings. But every time I start a new meeting, it's automatically recording it anyhow.  I can turn it off, but that leaves me with constant notices about saved cloud recordings with 5 seconds of meetings that I didn't want to record. No idea how to actually turn this off and keep it off.  

We are looking at hosting a summit through Zoom Events, however in getting familiar with the setup, we found that once we published the summit, we were no longer able to go back and make adjustments. We anticipate that as we approach our event date, some adjustments will need to be made in the sessions themselves and the speakers, or that we may want to include different text in the description or other aspects of the summit, yet I could find no way to make any modifications other than removing the entire summit and starting over. Is this expected behavior or are we just missing something? How do others handle this? We don't have all of our speakers nailed down yet, but we'd like to start setting up speaker bios, entering in the schedule, and allowing those who have already committed to start practicing, as well as opening up our lobby earlier rather than later. I don't see any way to save a summit as a draft either (in other words, entering in data and uploading picture

Do i have an account number, host number my zooom number?  all differnt?  

We have a zoom room participating in a host's meeting with other participants. The host wants to assign the zoom room to a breakout room and is unable to do so. The admin setting for the zoom room has breakout rooms toggled on. Has anyone figured out how to make this work?Thanks! 

I opened a recorded meeting and the professor is saying I only watched it for 13 minutes. But I had it playing in the background. Why would it not record me watching it?

When configuring a Zoom room with multiple displays, it would be nice to be able to label them something like "content", "projector", "lectern", "video", "touch", etc.Getting a three screen setup working correctly for all the different modes currently involves a lot of trial and error.

Is it possible to have a secured meeting without a host?  It seems like this works if the meeting is not secured, but if the meeting is secured the participants gets a "Waiting for host" message.  Is it any way to turn this off?  I want the meeting to run even if the host hasn't started  it, but I still want the meeting to be secured with a passcode.

Hi Community,    Would appreciate your help very much!   I have a professional account with zoom I'd like to use in case I'm not in front of the computer, but somehow I've been experiencing difficulties switching from my personal account to this professional account.   When I click on "sign in with google" icon, I come to a page where it says "choose an account"   Then I see my personal account there, but I click "use another account"   Then it comes to another page saying " signed in to Google as" with a bunch of my google accounts, in which my professional account is also there, so I click it,  and it takes me directly to my phone's account setting both professional and personal.  Then I'm stuck because it only shows information for me to review, not to linked to any action.    So Zoom and community, what should I do in this case? Every time I want to change my password, i receive a message to go back and that i need to login with facebook, I do not want to do that, i dont remember a password but, when i do the forgot password it take me back to the llop over and over, obiously there are not humans to contact which is funny since it asks to click on "im not a robot", I few months ago my facebook account was hacked and i will close it very soon, but i need to change my zoom password first, which apparently i am not aloud through this loop from hell, what can i do since already went through the all autoservice and nothing

We have a client that we will have 6 different meetings with, but each meeting will have a different host from my organization and who are each users on our business account. Is there a way to have 1 invitation link that everyone from my organization can use, that way our client only has to keep up with 1 link?

Hi,by mistake yesterday I chose and paid for "Large meeting licence" (46,50 euro) but I need "Zoom webinar - up to 500 Attendees" (74 euro/month(/licence).Is it possible to change the licence and pay difference?

Since last week, zoom video has uncontrollably turned on touch up function - tried disabling several times - no luck. Changed background filter - was none, changed back and forth - stays on unless it's black and white - then can tolerate seeing my image back with no color. How do I turn it off? can't use zoom like this. 

Is there a way for CC to be on for all hosted meetings?  I want the button available to participants automatically every time they join my PMI meeting, not having to ask it to be turned on.  Am I missing something?

Can anyone confirm if you can allow others to present in breakout groups? - I'm planning on having co-hosts for a meeting who will then "chair" breakout sessions - I need them to be able to share a presentation in the break out groups? If so can someone advise how to set this up? Thanks in advance!
