Solved
multiple active controllers for one Zoom Room
Is this possible?
How about a remote controller not in the same room?
As support, it would be nice to be able to control the room without being physically present.
Thanks.

It is possible to add/use multiple controllers for the same Zoom Room, as long as they are the same type of device (meaning you can't have one Windows and one Mac, but two Windows controllers will work).
You can also use the web-based controller if that would work. Please see this article for information on how it works and its limitations: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360052444612-Using-the-web-based-Zoom-Rooms-controller
