After about two years and countless meetings and recordings, suddenly in our local recordings the names of participants appear in the video. That was never the case so far and we don't see the option where we can change that. What to do? Thanks.

When setting up an alternative host for one of my scheduled meetings, Zoom adds this person to all my future meetings.  If I delete the person, from any of the future meetings, they are deleted from all of the meetings.  How can I have this person set as an alt-Host for just one of my many meetings?  I've done this through the web portal and the PC software with the same results.

Dear Zoom Experts,I'm setting up Zoom Webinar for a mix on internal/external people.Actually, me and my colleagues done some Zoom webinars that I set up, unfortunately only me could download the reporting data. So I'd like to know if there is the way to set up that "Alternative host " can access the cloud data and download them. If you know how to do this, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi according to sdk zoom-sdk-android-5.9.3.4273 conflict with my current project when to integrate. According to this source https://devforum.zoom.us/t/the-libraries-dependency-to-jcenter-in-mobilertc-build-gradle/56459 they planning to upgrade the version to latest exoplayer 2.16.1 but until now still no further action do to sdk. Please someone help me to solve this conflict. Thank you.

If I cancel someone's registration on zoom webinar, can they still join the event if they have the zoom link?

I recently bought a new laptop and since then I do have major issues with getting Zoom running. Mainly as the windows application reacts either not or only after several minutes to any given input, like clicking a panel or trying to join a meeting. This makes it impossible to use Zoom right now, as I can't use the application as nothing happens or the window get marked as "no response". Some details about my system:OS: Win 11CPU: i7-7600URAM: 16GB Typically my system is far away from beeing completly busy, so I definetly can rule the system itself out. Further I re-installed Zoom multiple times, which didn't solve it. Any clues what is triggering this behaviour and more importantly how to solve it?

Hi Zoom community, I am having this issue with making phone calls where the person I am calling is unable to hear me at all. I, however, can hear them as clearly as their connection allows. What I have tried out so far:Made sure my settings allowed for micTested normal online Zoom meeting audio (saved the recording and could hear myself clearly) Updated area code accordingly as requested by Zoom when viewing phone call settingsMade sure I was not somehow muted on the side of the person being calledTested with numbers from several different countriesRestarted the app and my devices multiple timesDid all the tests above with both the iOS app as well as desktop app, both with and without headphonesMade sure the apps are up to dateNote that this number has been created for over 24 hours, and again, I can hear the person I am calling fine but they cannot hear me at all. So, I don't think it has to do with the connection itself. Any other suggestions to troubleshoot?&nbsp

I downloaded the Linux client for 5.10.4 (2845) tarball and unpacked it. However, running ZoomLauncher does not do anything. It does not show any windows, no error messages, no logs, nothing, it just exits silently without any clue as to what the problem is.  Running `zoom` or `zopen` directly doesn't work because it can't find the right shared libraries. In previous versions (5.9.x and earlier) running ZoomLauncher was enough to launch the zoom client.

Hi, my camera does not appear to work whilst using Zoom. I have uninstalled the Zoom client and reinstalled the latest version. It was working for the past few months & now it doesn't appear to work, can you pleased assist.

i am hosting a webinar next week with three separate sessions. 1pm, 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I'm planning to have the 1:00 speaker join a practice session before i launch the webinar.  For the remaining speakers, I'm planning to have them join as participants and then promote them to panelist right before their time.  This seems less risky then having them join and accidentally turn their camera or audio on before their session time.Thoughts?

I am writing for advice on the best way to automatically upload Zoom recordings to Google Drive. Please advise- I've found Zapier and Splaino. io-- has anyone had experience with these?

I have a webinar panelist using powerpoint slides as a virtual background. She cannot find the control/play button to play a video embedded in her powerpoint presentation. Is that an option or is it shut off when she's using slides as a virtual background? When she is just sharing the slides normally, the control/play button is there and she can play her video.

Hi, i wanted to share a created whiteboard in our new channel with the team. In Channels there is a info panel which says "Whiteboards" but the shared Whiteboard (channel is "editor") with this channel does not appear. What can i do to share the Whiteboard with our channel? - Marco

A small nonprofit has a paid Zoom account.  We need 8 different people, using 8 (or more) different computers to schedule and run meetings using the same gmail login information.  We get a request for a one-time passcode from Zoom, but the gmail account actually denies access to get that code (because of the unknown computer).  I realize both Zoom and gmail are trying to ensure security, but this situation is unworkable for us.So...question:  is there a way to turn off the Zoom request to enter a one-time passcode?  If not, is there a way to have just a permanent passcode?

I have only just discovered that you can link Vimeo to Zoom (not very tech savvy!) Is there a way I can upload all my existing Zoom videos directly to Vimeo? It takes AGES to download them and then upload them again. At least I won't have this problem in the future!

I have a business account user running a Basic license that has scheduled a meeting.  I upgraded her to a paid license after the meeting was scheduled.  Will the existing meeting automatically be upgraded from Basic to licensed?  Or would we need to cancel the meeting and reschedule it now that the user account is licensed?

I need to add a user who is still in pending status AND be able to enable my admins to access and MANAGE the same meeting that I manage
