My colleague started a meeting, transferred hosting duties to another participant and left the meeting. She then attempted to start another scheduled meeting but kept getting the message that the Host has another meeting in progress. I'm sure I've transferred hosting duties in the past, left the meeting and started another one, but maybe I'm not remembering correctly.Can one start meeting #1, transfer hosting duties to another participate, leave meeting #1, and then start meeting #2?

We don't want our Co-Hosts or Panelists to ever be on camera or mic, nor do we want their profile boxes to be visible to attendees. We only want the Host's box to be visible. Can this be done? 

Hello All,I would like to make the chat window visible when I share a presentation. The goal is to ask a question and allow all of the participants to see the responses together on screen. I have seen online tutorials that show a Chat selection when you click more (...)  but I do not see that on my version.

I have a webinar license for 1,000 attendees. I would like to set up an alternative host, so they can host the webinar in case I'm not able to. Will this work, even if they don't have a webinar license? Any caveats, or things to keep in mind? Will things like the practice session work for just them? I assume alternative hosts aren't able to edit the webinar? Thank you!

Recently Zoom calling my phone for audio results in "accepted", but the phone never rings. So who is accepting the Zoom connection if my phone is not? This ALWAYS fails on first call, and works on second call. How to get Zoom to fix?

I have recently come across an issue using my zoom phone. I will enter a phone number ex. 415-555-1234Zoom will automatically enter a (1) at the beginning of the number but it is not visible and, therefore, you cannot remove it. I am having issues because sometimes I get an automated msg that says "the number you have dialed is not long distance. You do not need to add a 1 in front of the number" and then the call won't go through.Just now, I had a voicemail automated attendant that said "in order to leave a message for the client, please enter their phone number and area code" - this is to cut back on spam messages I assume. When I entered the number, the auto attendant said " 1 415 555 1234" is not a valid number. I didn't enter the 1.  Zoom did this on it's own. help.

Can the host change a participant's profile picture? 

When I try to share advanced audio during my zoom meeting because I would like to share music a window pops up asking to install zoom audio but in order to do so I must put in my password, which I do its the exact same one I used to log into zoom but it keeps saying it is an error and will not let me advance and install zoom audio. How many maximum number of workspaces (desks, rooms) can register in one Zoom Rooms license? I do trial 30-days for Zoom Rooms, It can show max 10 workspaces. If I purchased one Zoom Rooms, it can register max 10 workspaces same? If I need to register 11 workspaces, I have to purchase two Zoom Rooms licenses?

Hello community, If we send the the invite link by email, when user click the link, they will join the meeting  , how to make the zoom user name be their email address name ?

We are trying to sync Meetings in Outreach and we are getting this error. We've updated our Zoom fields to be not required but we are still getting the error.  In Outreach, we don't the option to add Event fields to map (WAD) Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.  Thanks,Archie  

When someone transfers a call, the caller ID come up as the person who transferred the call. Is there away to make the caller ID come up as the person who made the call??

I want to record a presentation in Zoom. I have enabled the option "place video next to the shared screen in the recording". However, the recording only shows the presentation screen while sharing, not the active speaker. Any solutions? Thanks.

Hello!If I have a license for a large meeting for 1000...can I register more than 1000? We always have 40-50% no shows. And we are going to have a big, popular event, and I want to make sure we register more than 1000.  Can I register more than 1000 using Zoom Registration, knowing that only 1000 can actually attend? Thanks!

Zoom's message, "Who can see your messages?", usually covers the sender's message. I have to scroll the messages upward to reveal the sender's hidden message. Can I eliminate Zoom's message?

I am a host, but not in the meeting. How can i give rights to somebody to share screen (may be in advance) not joining to the meeting!

When using a 3rd party software application that configures the webcam settings (e.g. Logi Tune), these settings are reset and the camera is re-initialized with Zoom's configuration when video is started in a Zoom meeting. Usually, this ends up with the video being out of focus/too dark/off color. I have to go back to the 3rd party application and re-initialize the settings to correct the color/focus/lighting after the video has been started in a Zoom meeting. I have included two images that shows the Zoom settings vs LogiTune settings. (Zoom: HD, Adjust for low light is auto, and touch up appearance is off) It would be nice if there was a configuration item on the Video Settings page that would disable Zoom's webcam configuration and just use the video feed as is, without attempting to adjust the resolution, color, focus, etc.

In a webinar, if a participant accidentally posts a question in the chat box, how can we (hosts and co-hosts) move their question to the Q&A box?

Is there any way to see a list of the meetings where I am listed as a Co-Host?

We will be holding a Zoom Webinar next week, and we don't have the full attendees list yet. So we will subscribe for 1-month Zoom Webinars with 1.000 attendees (USD 340/mo).  Let's say that 2 days before the event we have a surge of attendees, so I have to upgrade to 3.000 (USD 990/mo).   How much will we be charged for the upgrade?  USD 650 (the difference between 340 and 990)? Or USD 1330 (340 plus 990)?   Thanks!
