Is there a way to have all webinars include a Practice Session by default instead of having to make that selection for each individual webinar?

If an attendee tries to join the meeting a month early, could he/she still be in the Waiting Room on the correct day?Also, if an attendee registers twice, does he/she count as two participants if the host does not notice the duplication?Thank you!Linda

Hi, So I normally record meetings locally and its no problem getting separate audio for each person and it just shows up on the audio folder on computer but for an upcoming meeting i need to record to the cloud not locally. I have confirmed all my video and audio recording settings including record audio for each participant separately are correct. I did a test meeting and the cloud shows 7 files but only downloads 3 and only one audio file of everyone together. I get this heads up when I download that it wont automatically download each participant audio but I can choose that in the list but there is no option in the dropdown - so where is the list that they speak of, how do i get the remaining file? Please help!!!

Hi. I'm looking for some help regarding pre-assigned breakout rooms. My company has a SSO Zoom accounts. AKA -- When I create breakout rooms during meeting set up, I use the pre-populated employee email addresses to assign about 30 people to 5 rooms. However, once I start a meeting and open the breakout rooms, only a handful of people are assigned while the rest are "unassigned." However, when I go back to my meeting settings, everyone is assigned to a room. This is stressful and I need to be able to get people into specific rooms as quickly as possible. In other words, I don't want to assign folks 1 by 1 to their room because we have a limited amount of time to accomplish what we need to in these meetings. What am I doing wrong? Please help!  

Hi, I'm new here and I have a challenge. I hosted a webinar in April, 2022 and recorded it in the cloud account. I desperately need access to this webinar but I'm getting the message that it's expired. How do I recover it? Thank you.  Notes - I'm not on the Pro Plan presently, neither do I have the Webinar Add-on purchased.

I'm using Microsoft Powerpoint that has embedded videos. It plays fine on the desktop but when using Zoom and screen sharing the attendees only get the audio with a black screen. The video will share and play in a window outside of Powerpoint just fine. Do you know if this can be done with Zoom? Or should I just plan to play the videos in a separate shared window.  All replies are greatly appreciated, thank you. 

How do I change my initials that appear in Chat. At the moment they appear as "SC" but how would I change it to just "S"?

If the Host and Co-Host lose connection and all participants move into the waiting room, does this also pause the meeting if it's being recorded?  Will the action of moving participants to the waiting room pause recording of the meeting until the Host or Co-Host can rejoin the meeting?

So last year I paid $1,400 for a webinar 500 attendee package.   During the year I received a 'free upgrade' to 1000 attendees.  I don't need it, but fine.   When I auto-renewed I noticed it renewed for $1,400 for 1000 attendees.  Then I looked at the current price list, and I see that zoom has dropped the price of the 500 attendee webinar package from $1,400 to $690.   So now, I'm one day into a new contract period (but haven't actually paid yet, because the auto-renewal credit card changed).  Typically I find Zoom to be a great product, but it seems they have little interest in talking with customers.  Should I try to email support/sales and ask them to downgrade me to 500 attendee plan and save me $710?  Or will they just say "sorry, you're already renewed, we can't downgrade you until next year."  It would be hassle to actually cancel my account and create a new one, since we have webinar templates, etc. saved.   If I use the websit

I have a few small remote offices using Poly VVX250 phones.Main DID rings a call queue (we'll call Q1) that has phone 1 & phone 2, ring simultaniously.  A manager at the office is at phone 3.  Is there a way for Phone 3 to "pull, pickup, transfer" the call from Q1 if the people are helping customers at the counter and unavailable to answer the call?Thanks in advance for your help.

I currently have call queue recording enabled for a queue.  Inbound calls record just fine, but I noticed the option also included recording for outbounds.  Now, when call queue agents make outbound calls they do so from their respective extensions/lines, so these calls aren't captured by call queue recording setting.How do I enable outbound calling from the queue so outbound calls made by agents are recorded?  I know I can record on their respective lines, but would prefer to keep it a queue setting.  Thank you for any assistance you all can provide.  

When I click on "picture profile", the only option is "Sign Out".Why no "Check for updates" which is supposed to be there?

I know this issue is a little old, but has anyone had this issue lately?   During Zoom meeting my Zoom app keeps crashing and gives me a message saying  "Zoom quit unexpectedly."  I already updated the Zoom app, and changed the settings in Video Rendering Method to "Direct3D9." but for some reason it keeps happening.    

The settings in the meeting tab Allow participants to join a meeting without the host is already enabled but still users are getting waiting prompt. How to resolve?

As the Chairman, I took the subscription out on behalf of the charity LARS (Loud Applause Rising Stars), a voluntary organisation which supports young up and coming singers.  It came as a shock to us when an  automatic renewal of £143.88 was taken out on the 20th November 2022.  Basically, the charity does not have funds to pay this amount.  We were waiting for a reminder but on reading he small print it would not be sent out and it solely relied on us to remember the date.  Could you please consider reimbursing the subscription we have just paid .  If this is not possible it leaves us with a big dilemma of who to pay.  Also can you please confirm how long we out the subscription for initially.  Regards  Cerith Owens    

Hi, is there a way to record all breakout rooms at the same time in different video files? I would like to have all meetings in those different breakout rooms registered individually/independently.

Is mac sierra supported by zoom client? I see high sierra and the link to release notes. These release notes don't mention mac OS by number or name.what version of the client do I download for Sierra? 

I had to add another call queue, and I'd like to move it up in the option list (i.e. it's now Press 6 and I'd like it to be Press 4). I couldn't see an option to do that. Anyone know how?

The meeting is scheduled for 1 Jan 1980. Getting this error from Zoom Mac App for Google Workspace scheduled meetings. Any solution??Tried the following --> reconnecting the Zoom Add-onStill not working. 

Can i buy 3 admin accounts and have them together in one meeting as i need the permissions that the admins have to the 3 persons together in one meeting .  

My zoom one pro is expired today 29 Nov. Yesterday i tried to renew, but i didn't see the invoice for payment , it only show pending (status), i wondering is it it will auto renew as last year i paid by credit card. Thanks

I have just installed Zoom on my new MS Surface Pro 9 (Intel i7 with 16GB Ram). In a meeting with one other participant when I share PPT slides or a video I get an Unexpected Quit message.  This only happens when I try to share a screen or a large application such as Powerpoint or a video.  It's not happening if I share a word document for example. Also not happening if I am the only participant. It was working fine on my old Surface Pro 7. I have checked that I have the latest version (5.12.8) and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I have tried changing the share screen settings to remove hardware acceleration and removed TCP connection. Similarly, I have switched off hardware acceleration for video and tried changing the rendering method to Direct3D9 and Dircet3D11. None of these things have solved the problem.  I can share screen using Zoom on the browser but that is limited, and I want to be able to use the downloaded programme.  Any id

I get this error message when trying to install updates.

I have a mixed in person and online zoom meeting. When someone who is there in person asks a question - the people in the zoom portion complain that they cannot hear the question. How are people solving this issue?I\m using my laptop so the mic is facing me as I face the pc and the folks in the room are behind the laptop so the mic does not pick up what they are saying.Is there a simple solution to this short of my repeating the question?

The past two years I was able to buy a 1 month package with Zoom but I don't see that option anymore? I have the basic package but afraid some of my meetings will go over 40 mins. That is why I liked the 1 month option but not sure if that is available. Any help?
