Hello! Is there a way to share links and files through chat that are also accessible to viewers who are watching the recording? Also, is there a way for viewers to see the chat while the recording is playing (vs. it being a separate file)? Thank you!

Whenever I try to use a virtual background, it is patchy and doesn't cover much of my room. See image, where you can still see my art and fan and part of my face is covered. My room is quite bright, but I have also tried lower-light situations. It's always the same. My zoom is up to date.  Any suggestions?

I can't find how to record the Q&A of a webinar. Zoom records the close captions, the chat, audio, video, but does not seem to record the Q&A.

We experience major issue with the whiteboard functionality in the latest zoomroom release 5.11.3. We are a Zoom partner and integrator building zoomrooms for education using a touch board (samsung Flip or Ctouch) to make annotations in the classroom and to share this content with remote participants/students. What we see is :1. The functionality of the whiteboard is different when sharing the whiteboard in the zoomroom session compared to not sharing the whiteboard. When the whiteboard is not shared it is possible to move the content with a hand icon, to use additional forms, etc etc. When the teacher wants to share that board, some functions dissapear, there are less icons and less possibilities. THis is confusion. 2. When sharing a whiteboard that has been made on the touchboard, the whiteboard content magnifies and the teacher has to zoom out to see the picture previously made3. When clicking on the pen symbol and writing on the touchboard it happens that the drawing

I really appreciate the auto-transcript feature on Zoom that creates closed captioning in real time. Sometimes, however, Zoom doesn't get the words right and participants get confused. I know there is a way to assign someone to transcribe, but if we don't have anyone able to type fast enough to keep up with the presenter, is there a way to assign someone to monitor the auto-transcribed captions and edit them when the words are not correct?

The worst part is I got this problem "right after" I started the zoom subscription. Every single time I press ipad screen sharing option. I have to redownload and reinstall the plugin.  This is really frustrating for the meeting since i have to switch around the screen a lot and have to wait every minute to share my ipad screen. This screen keeps appearing even after I JUST SHARED IPAD SCREEN and stopped it This happened in the past and it was gone but now it is back again. I really hope that Zoom do something about this because i rarely got this problem when it was free. But now I paid for it and everything gets worse.  

Has the zoom started to strongly respect the duration of the meetings? Unfortunately, on 2 of my accounts with a license and setting the meeting to 3 hours, after 2.5 hours I got information that my meeting was about to end. After editing and extending the time to 7 hours, I had the same problem that after 2 hours my meeting closed and after reconnecting the meeting closed after 40 minutes. I remember that the zoom did not respect the time so much.Could this be a problem in the program itself?  The meetings date was set for end work week so that attendees could connect to the meeting before that date. Because these were lectures at the university. an additional option was that the participants could connect at any time  now, in order to avoid problems, I have arranged to recurring meetings but i would like to know what the problem was.  

When you click on Save Transcript following a meeting where does it save it?

hi, I was just on a cat wit zoom. Zoom sending an offer of 20% discount 20 days before the expiry date but than also the next expiry date is brought forward of 20 days. When I pointed this out, the chat agent left the call !!  No big deal, still is a 15% off however I think a company with such brand and reputation should not mislead and treat like this its customers.     

I have reset this function in all hierarchy levels (floor, building, city and country), it means the account setting should affect all rooms.In some rooms this function is not active and cannot be changed.

The option "Hide self view" is no longer available when I click the ellipses button ("Masquer l'affichage de soi", in French). It used to be there.  How can I have it back?Thanks!

A colleague of mine transferred ownership of a one-time meeting to me, and I accepted it.  I'm logged into my zoom account, but when I try to start the meeting, it says "please wait for the host to start this meeting".  By transferring the ownership of the meeting, wouldn't that also make me the host?  Or is there something else that needs to be done for the meeting to fully transfer to me?

A meeting I hosted this evening was taken over by a Zoom Bombing.  How do I report it?

Is there any way to turn on the Vanishing Pen for people viewing your screen? It would be helpful to be able to draw on the host's screen, especially when collaborating on something. Other pair programming tools, like CoScreen and Tuple allow this out of the box.

It there a function to have Zoom sending me the attendee reports and links to download recording after each meeting? I found it quite time consuming to download all the reports myself after the meetings.

Hello, I don't really use zoom, but my wife and I are planning on doing a virtual baby shower since much of our friends and family reside in other states. We are planning on setting it up so that we have interval appointments for 1 on 1's with everyone first, and then one large viewing. I figured I could just upgrade to google calendar for a month to use their appointment schedule tool so people can RSVP with their chosen time slot, we go through as best as we can to sticking to the schedule, and then once we get through everyone we just have everyone come in the meeting together.  This may sound like a dumb question, but to achieve this how would I want to set this up in the initial settings? With plenty of older family we'd like this to be as seamless and simple as possible.  Any better suggestions on how to acheieve this with zoom maybe? I'm obviously completely open to suggestions. Thank you!

Is it possible to share a single zoom account between two people?

I would like a profile photo to appear on the screen when the video is off, as I see others being able to do.  My understanding is that this photo is from the profile photo, but when I try and upload a 47k jpg file, I get a rejection message stating that it is block by a security policy, even though the file is a small fraction of the 2 M max size. How do I fix this? Thank you!

Hello,I am trying to figure out a way to get someone to come on the "big" screen when I introduce them in a large meeting. We have an agency wide meeting coming up with about 600 participants. Let's say I introduce John, our CEO, it will be difficult for people to find him in the hundred of windows. Is there a way to feature him on the screen?  Thank you!
