"Passcode" Delete my ZOOM Account

Hi there,

I would like to delete my ZOOM account. It asks for a "passcode" ?

Is that the Personal Meeting ID ? The moderator key?

Both are not accepted.

Where is the "passcode" or how can I change it.

    Hi @JJ11 you can reset your password at https://zoom.us/forgot_password for the password on the Zoom account.

     

    Passcode is for meetings when attempting to join. To change the passcode for the Meeting or Personal Meeting ID, you can go to https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming and change the passcode for the Meeting

     

    or click Personal Room and change the passcode for personal meetings.

     Just want to delete my accounts.  I get stuck in a loop and cannot escape

    I tried several times today to get into my account to start a meeting that a participant had already joined - her screen showed “waiting for host to start meeting” but I could not get in.  I had changed my password and written it down so I know it was correct.  I tried it three times in case I had typed it wrong but no……… I am SO fed up with this.  I want to totally delete any account attached to my husband and myself so I can start again.
