Zoom Voicemail NOT receving messages for Mac App and Web App

I am using Mac from Asia and using a US number registered with Zoom. I can use the phone number to call the US. When I called this number, it led me to a voicemail as intended and I left a voice mail but Zoom didn't seem to receive this voice mail and no notification and no recording a Zoom admin could track. It just seems not functioning at all. I tried few times already. Thanks for your help.

Hi kev1991,

 

What entity is your u.s. number assigned to; for example, an extension (user), an auto receptionist, or a call queue.  If the u.s. number is assigned to a user, voicemails will go to that user’s voicemail box.  The user can also receive emails with the voicemail as an attachment if turned on by your admin.
