When I try to login into Zoom I get an error window that says - Zoom.exe - Entry Point Not FoundThe procedure entry point ?GetSettingTransfer@zstref@@VA?AV?$shared_ptr@VISettingTransfer@zstref@@std@@@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\mikev\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\Zoom.exe. Does anyone know how to fix this?

HiI would like to know and be able to export in real time how many zoom meetings my team have completed with their clients. Is there a way of running a cumulative total for the day. Also is there a way of differenciating of when clients showed up and when they didn't? Thanks

If you are assigning random break outs more than once in a meeting, does zoom send the same people into the same room each time? 

Is it possible to insert photos on the board from a phone or tablet? I don't understand how can I do it from this devices. Please, smb help!

I noticed a really strange issue on my laptop (Dell XPS Windows 11) since the last update of zoom. The audio on my laptop (through speakers and headphones) only works when a zoom call is active. For example, when I try to watch a movie on my laptop's browser, there is no sound, however, if I open up a zoom meeting and "connect computer audio", the sound on my computer suddenly starts to work. Has anyone experienced this?

Hello!  I have a single-user Pro account. I host a 2-hour weekly meeting and would like to share the hosting duties. When I'm unable to host, I either need to quickly provide a code to someone or sign in and make them the host. This is challenging, esp. if I'm traveling. Any suggestions that won't cost $? TIA!

We are looking to hide email addresses of our staff when sending invitations for Zoom Meetings.  our clinicians do not want their email to show when they invite patients to join for telehealth.  Any thoughts or suggestions?  TY 

We use GHL as our backend. My boss sometimes gets caught up, and her meetings carry over, so they started this Zoom account for me. When I try to take her next scheduled meeting (if she is on one already), it gives me the option of joining the meeting, but it will kick her out of the meeting she is in. Why does it do that? Can you enter the meeting as an Admin (me) and take her other meetings without it booting her from the one shes in? It seems like my account is somehow connected to what she's doing. I figured she could control the meeting she's doing, then I would be able to take any overflow, but at this point right now, it just pops up telling me I'm in a meeting (which I'm not), and then if I hit  close meeting, it closes hers and puts me into the meeting. What are we doing wrong? is it a GHL problem?

Hello! I always use Zoom on my computer, never on smartphones. Recently, while I was teaching, I started sharing screen. Immediately, my student, who was using a smartphone (an iPhone, I think), couldn't see himself anymore. He then asked me how he could see his self-view again while I was sharing my screen. Since I never use Zoom on my smartphone, I didn't know how to answer. Later, I tried to simulate the same issue using my smartphone and I also couldn't see myself while the host was sharing screen. So I came here just to confirm with more experienced users if it's really impossible to have self-view on smartphones while the host is sharing his/her screen.  Thank you all for your help! 

I hosted a Zoom meeting and recorded to the cloud. A co-host recorded locally. I never got an email that my cloud recording was ready, and it never showed up in my Zoom recordings. Is it possible that the co-host's local recording somehow affected my cloud recording?

Hi,  I recorded two segments of a Zoom meeting today. I hit record. Hit stop, and then five minutes later hit record again.  In the Zoom cloud the second recording appears but the first recording does not.  Is there a way to retrieve the first recording?  Thanks!

Haven't found this in the support pages--can I transfer my zoom phone number to another service provider?  If yes, do I need to do anything on the zoom side or just initiate the transfer from the other service provider?  Thanks!

I'm not sure where I should post this. I downloaded the Zoom app but something must have happened during download and it won't work correctly. Now, when I try to launch the app, a little window shows up with the icon for system settings and a box that says "Done." I can't delete the app in order to reinstall it. I can't drag it to trash and I can't open it to uninstall. Any ideas? Thanks.

I created an event through Calendly with my Zoom connected. After the webinar was over, I saw the webinar and recording in Zoom. However, when I review the "participants" report, I am the only person listed and no other attendees are showing up. Is there any way to ensure this doesn't occur next time? I want to be able to see anyone who joined at any point in time for the webinar. 

I use Zoom for teaching and often need to stream audio from my computer. Although both myself and the participant can hear each other perfectly the audio (either audio or audio from video) is very faint and the participant has problems hearing. I have all my audio settings set to max, I have used Pot Player (volume set to max) and VLC (audio set to 125%) and it makes no difference. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Zoom, (I  think  this is the same version as I had before). The problems have only occurred since I reinstalled my operating system at the weekend. The new version seems to be Zoom Workplace whereas before I was using Zoom Meetings, an upgrade? I am on the free plan as my lessons are only 30 minutes long Has anyone got any ideas please? Thank you Bob

Hello Zoom Community,I have developed a bot that extracts video from each participant in a Zoom meeting using the Linux SDK. For each participant, the bot creates a new renderer and processes frames in the onRawDataFrameReceived callback. This setup performs well in meetings with 4-5 participants, where I successfully receive and process video data at a resolution of 360p for each participant.However, issues arise as the number of participants increases. Hello,I am a language teacher and I am planning to organise 'a webinar-style' and a 'live stream' as well.The reason I said 'style' is my subscription plan will be 'pro', not 'video webinars'I will pin (spotlight?) myself and mute all students' audio. ( ← Q1. I can call this 'a webinar', right...?)When I want my students to answer the questions, some people need time to think longer. If it is a webinar, they need to listen to the answer before they figure it out. If they will attend a live stream, they can pause to think and play again when they are ready to know the answer. (Q2. Seeing live stream on zoom platform, is there a play button like Youtube so that they can pause?)So I am considering to organise a webinar and a live stream at once so that students can select which suit them well.(Q3. I have auto subtitles turned on and I looked everywhere but couldn't find it, please tell me if it's not possible on macbook or if it's in the wrong order. Not sure how to change this, since the email in the Native app is one I no longer have access to. I created a  new acct using my Apple account, but it somehow linked both accounts (perhaps due to name and phone number?). Then I tried removing all Zoom apps and data and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm running on a MacBook Pro with M2 Max, using Zoom 6.0.11 (35001)
