Hi all, My scheduler link shows my availability but only on the hour - there is no 30 minute increments.Yet, watching a YouTube video that guy had it.Is this some setting or something? I know I can use 15 and 30 minute increments when creating a meeting, but visiting my schedule link doesn't.(Hope this makes sense) Thanks

Hi Folks - I'm trying to create a background for my Zoom meetings, so I went into the video settings and uploaded a background photo. The photo is pretty simple and its a high resolution photo (5333x3000). When I view the photo on my desktop it looks great. it's very clear and crisp. But when I upload it into Zoom and put it in my background for a video call, its blurry. The text that has my name and company name are barely legible when viewed on a 32" monitor. I don't see an option to enhance the quality of the upload, and I wonder if I've done something incorrect? I've attached a photo in this thread. Any suggestions by the Zoom pro's?
HI, I recently got new hearing aids and when I am on a Zoom call, I can hear other people but when I speak my voice sounds like a robot to them. I am not sure what to do. I have gone into audio and tested the microphone, and it sounds ok. Please help. I need to be able to communicate and hear. I have to turn off Bluetooth to speak and turn it back on to hear.
what could keep causing these issues - notice microphone not working properly with zoom. Do we need specific usb c headsets compatible with HP AIO and zoom equipment?
Just recently purchased a new Zoom Rooms setup (Yealink A10 with CTP18 controller) but after pairing them and upgrading firmware on both, I went to sign into Zoom but before I can put in my activation code to assign a license, it's given the error of 'You need to upgrade Zoom Rooms system to use Zoom service.' However, it doesn't give me the ability to do so anywhere in the zoom settings screen and therefore is unusable at the moment. Because it's not assigned to our Zoom account yet, I can't do it remotely either. Firmware for both is on the latest versions. Zoom version is showing as 5.15.1.
I was invited to a meeting as a co-host and started the meeting recording. I had to leave the meeting early and reassigned another participant as host. The recording stopped automatically when I left the meeting and now I can't find the saved recording. Help?!
Hello,We did a family zoom and I wanted to record it to make a video about all cousins talking about our grandmother we would use for her birthday.As we have free accounts, I launched the first meeting and recorded it on my Mac. It worked perfectly.When the 40 mn meeting stopped, my cousin launched the second meeting. I clicked on "record", Zoom directly offered me to record it on cloud. As I am not used to this, I just clicked "Yes" thinking that it would be accessible just after.. When the meeting finally ended, I stopped the recording and finally realized that I do not have any record on my cloud. Is that normal? Why did zoom offer me to record on cloud if I am not able to?When looking closer to the topic, it looks like it's only for premium subscriber...My cousin who launched the meeting has nothing on his cloud account. How can I get this record. I could pay for it.... !Thank you for your helpEtienne
At the moment I have a personal paid for licence...but I see I cannot share the admin role as it is contrary to the EULA. That's not a problem. As a church leader how do I get a church account (NFP) licence and add admins so meeting can happen with me not present?
Hi all, Prior to Zoom Workplace, I had the "Export -> use an external calendar -> Google" setting on by default. This meant whenever I scheduled a new meeting in the Zoom desktop client, it would automatically open Google Calendar, allowing me to add notes or links to the meeting details, add/change participants in Google Calendar (preferable to using the Zoom client, since Google Calendar does an autocomplete for participant names).Anyway, I can't seem to work out how to re-enable the"Export -> use an external calendar -> Google" to be the default setting for all scheduled meetings. Can someone please point me in the right direction?Many thanks in advance
Our 3 person company uses Outlook as primary email with Zoom plug in. When we schedule a Zoom meeting, the email is showing up as sent, but the recipient within the company (another Outlook user) isn't receiving the email. However, the meeting is showing up on their calendar. There seems to be no problem with invitees outside the company receiving the email no matter what email they use. I realize this is likely an Outlook issue but thought I would try here for a solution as well.
My image is not showing up on my Zoom meetings but my backgrounds are showing. I've checked Windows, my camera and drivers. All are up-to-date. My webcam in selected for use with Zoom. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Zoom Workplace. Nothing has worked. Does anyone have any solutions?
I just upgraded to zoom Version: 6.2.11 (5069) in Zorin OS (.deb package)Share screen options have changed and there is no option for annotation, I need that option to take online classes. Is there any way to fix this issue and how long it might take to get these fixed from a new update ?And also i sometimes experience sudden freezes while taking online classes, everything stops working and i need to force restart to use my laptop again. My laptop is fast enough but this is happening due to some issues with zoom or any other thing that I may not know. Any help would be appreciated !
Good morning, I have a problem, when entering a chat on everyone's screen the name of the Windows user folder (C:\Users\NNN) is seen as the name and not the one configured in the profile, it does not happen always, usually when my camera is not activated, could you tell me how to prevent this from happening and so that the profile name always appears?
Hello,During every zoom meeting I am connected to or hosting, zoom crashes and I get an error message that says "Aw Snap! something went wrong while displaying this webpage." Please advise as soon as you can! This is only happening with Zoom website and also the app from the Google Play store.Thank you!Melissa
Hi all, How might one fix the issue of zoom provisioning every day, which removes the other SIP accounts I've added to my T46s Yealink Phone? They aren't Zoom accounts they are PBX accounts, etc. Is there a way to tell Zoom not to remove the account settings on my IP phone? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Hello, everyone. Thank you for your help with this. Here is my issue. Until a few months ago, I used to be able to do file sharing from a file that was saved on my laptop -- I could put it up on the chat window by clicking the YOUR COMPUTER option, find the file that was saved in my laptop and then upload it onto the Chat Window for everyone to access it and download it. But I can't seem to do that anymore. Does anyone know what's going? I have a MacBook Pro -- iOS Ventura (ie: above 13). FYI: Yes. I tried EVERYTHING in the FAQ's -- including (among many things) going to Account Settings... and enabling File Sharing. However, it was ALREADY turned on. Either way, I turned it off.. then turned it back on... nothing. So, after that... I even logged on and off ZOOM to see if that reset it... nothing. Changed nothing. I even then went into the Chat options... checked every area whe
I used to be able to click on join a meeting and drop down the window to see past meeting id's. Now, I have to go find the ID for each meeting when I use the same several for different meetings throughout the week? Why isn't it remembering?

I use a Mac Mini running Sequoia. I use NDI virtual input as an external camera for Zoom. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago and now although I can still select NDI video, and although the camera works fine in PTZOptics, NDI video monitor and OBS, Zoom only displays a black/blank screen.

Hello, We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all. Thank you
I've been asked to set up a space where people can wirelessly share content to a local display. No cameras, no microphones, no controller. Just a hidden PC running the Zoom Rooms software. We have plenty of full Zoom Rooms.There are plenty of 3rd party hardware solutions for this situation, but I was wondering if this could be done with a minimalist Zoom Room.You would just start the Zoom app on your laptop, select share, and enter the sharing key on the room display.
Sometime within the last day or so the screen sharing option has disappeared from the Zoom browser client when using Brave. I don't think it's a Brave issue as I can screen share with other browser apps just fine. I have Brave Shields disabled for Zoom.
