I recorded a Zoom meeting to my computer and now it will not open. It states that the link is not valid. Is there anyone that can assist with this?
I have created a personal zoom link that people can use to login to our meetings. For some reason when people are scheduling a zoom with me through Calendly, zoom creates a new link for these meetings each time so my clients are getting confused about which link to join. How do I stop zoom from creating a new link each time and just use my personal link for the meeting?
weird thing keeps happening where all controls will freeze/become unclickable and i can't quit the app, but strangely the audio and video are fine? it's happened 3 times so far and i can't find an answer online. has anyone experienced this? for reference:using version 6.1.11 on a macsome meetings i was the host, others just a participanti have a monitor connected to my laptop, which was open/not in clamshell mode all 3 times this happenedplugged into a power sourcerestarted my machine multiple times
Not sure what changed, I think it was a recent update, but anyway, we used to be able to click PDF files in chat and they would just open up. Now a window pops up and says that Zoom can't preview a PDF file. Is there a way to get the old behavior back?
We receive calls from a client, in which Zoom tells me that I need to dial 1 to be able to answer the income call, I need to remove this configuration so the calls always come in automatically, without the need to dial any number and therefore, place an automatic forward to another number of a specific employee. But Also I need to set these automatic incoming calls at a specific work time How can I do this?

Hi! I have Zoom Pro and would like to set up reminder emails for participants leading up to a meeting I'm hosting. I'd like to plan them out and schedule them in advance. I've looked in settings and meetings but can't seem to find where/how to do this. Does anyone know?
Ok, I have gone through all updates, restarted, exited, regenerated, and reinstalled. In the Zoom Rooms global settings, I have activated the customize screen. I did this to show Teams, GMeet, and Webex when you click join on the tablet. On some of the tablets, it shows all 3. On some of the tablets, it only indicates Teams and GMeet. Yes, I have power cycled, made sure versions are up to date, made sure the versions are the same on both the computer and the tablet, exited out, repaired, and regenerated. Same wifi; I cannot find a difference other than some are not displaying all 3 icons. At this point I'm hoping that I'm just missing something stupid, otherwise, I can find 0 explanation. Anyone?
Hi, I saw some discussions on this but nothing too recent - We're hosting a conference-style event and want to give our own employees the ability to attend without paying the registration fee. Is it possible to set up a "coupon code" feature? We know we could set a "free" ticket option but we don't necessarily want it to be known to the public we're offering this.
We use English > Spanish interpretation during our weekly webinars. Occasionally, we have English speaking hearing impaired listeners that would like to use the webinar so they can hear the audio better, but in the original audio which is English. Unfortunately, the feature "listen to original audio (language interpretation off)" doesn't mute the Spanish interpreter. I know that you can mute original audio and only listen in Spanish, but is there a way to mute the translator and only hear the original audio? Thank you.
I want ro integrate meeting sdk, but when i import zoomMtg from the sdk, fhe styling of my whole angular application is getting overwrite with zoom meeting css. I want to avoid that please help somebody?
I would like to request the ability to have a clock for the meeting recording. I was taking notes and recording the timestamp but then realized the time was based on the start of when *I* entered the meeting and not actual meeting time. I like to take notes with timestamps of the recording in the event we have to go back to the recording for additional details. Thanks.
We are a photography club that holds monthly club meetings. Most of the time, we engage (pay) an outside speaker that we connect to via our Zoom Pro account. We project them (as a co-host) and their presentation onto a screen at our meeting hall. And the presenter (via our webcam) can view our club members who are attending the meeting at the hall. NOW, we want to also invite some of our club members, who cannot attend our hall meetings, to view the monthly presentations over Zoom at home. BUT, we want to limit the viewable “Gallery” to just the Presenter, the Hall Attendees, and perhaps one or two other club members. How do we do this?
I would to have a gavel option. We do a lot of meetings using Roberts rules and orders and the ability to gavel the group to restore order would be appreciated
Alternate Host option - I am unable to see this option under my Advanced Options. How do I get it?
Starting this week, when I schedule and save a meeting it does not appear under "Meetings" in my account. Any ideas as to why not? It also does not list a regularly scheduled meeting I had set up for monthly.
Do you know what settings I have to create in order so that if I am late as a host, my attendees are not in the waiting room and are allowed to discuss before I can come in. also, how do I do these settings for all my already scheduled meetings coming up and also for the meetings moving forward.
Hello: When I video record myself giving a lecture, it is not recording properly. I prefer to use google slides and save to local. But when I look at the video playback, the slides don't advance when I advance them, even though I am clicking on the advance box within the shared portion of my screen. Please help me solve this- I have had to re-record things 3 or 4 times to get it to stick.
When a licensed user schedules a meeting and adds me (also licensed user) as "Alternative host" (under the Advanced Options) I do not have access to the Record button in that meeting (its just not shown, as if Im a "normal" participant) only the user that scheduled said meeting has access to record the meeting (we record the meetings localy on the computer).This was changed somewhere around the last 24 h?! It worked fine yesterday...
For the first time, I was recording a Zoom conference in which I was not the host. The host granted permission. My camera was on and the participants in the call could see me. The "camera off" icon displayed and nothing could remove it from the screen. It's visible in the recording. How do I make that icon disappear when the camera is on?
Hi, I am using Zoom Workplace Pro. After I set up a meeting, I go to 'copy invite'-- the invite does not include this option - of any toll free numbers for participants to dial in -- nor does the meeting offer any way to let participants synch/download the meeting details into their calendar I thought my Workplace Pro plan would allow for these options. Can't figure out what's missing and how to activate those functions. Help? Thanks!

The meetings aren’t pre-scheduled in Zoom.Is it possible to use just one meeting link for all my sessions, where clients can use that link and be placed in a waiting room until I accept them?I have the "waiting room" feature activated, but I'm a bit confused about some of the other settings. Should I activate "meeting passcode," "personal meeting PMI passcode," or "embed passcode in invite link for one-click join"?I don't want clients to have to enter a password—just click the link and join. The system that sends out the link only sends a hyperlink without any additional instructions or passcodes.I'm assuming this is possible and hopefully simple to set up. However, when I sent a test link, I received an email notification that someone had joined the meeting, but I didn't see any notifications or anyone joining when I looke
I have a pro account. I want to host meetings. I do not have audio on my desktop, can I call in as the host on the phone and manage my meetings that way? I also do not have a camera, but I have a photo and can see everyone in the room. Thanks.
I have a client that has an issue with sharing her screen. When she is sharing the screen, she only selects the app, not the screen to share (she is dead set on doing this). The participants see large gray boxes where she sees the controls and if she breaks out something like chat, they will see a gray box where her chat is. So far We have tried this:Uninstall and reinstall the zoom clientUninstalled again using the CleanZoom utility and reinstalled the clientWe have tried it with and without hardware accelerationWe have tried it with and without video optimizationWe have changed the screen Capture mode to "Capture with window filtering" as suggested on these forumsWe have uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics driverWe have confirmed that this does happen if she is a participant and not a hostWe have confirmed that this does not happen if we use strictly the web None of this helps. Is there anything else we can do?
