I have recently got an ipad and was trying to use zoom as i was using it on my mac. Whenever i use to control someone else's system(remotely on a zoom meeting) from my macbook i was able to scroll up and down by just using 2 fingers as-if i was scrolling on my own laptop. But I am not able to do so when i have joined the meeting on my ipad, i have even bought a keyboard(Brydge II max+) with trackpad as well, I see a mouse-cursor on the screen after getting remote control but i cannot scroll up and down. Any idea if there is anything to be done to do the same ?

I get ONLY option as - record to Cloud. Can't see any Record to Computer option.Why this option is NOT enabled? When my settings have the option selected - record to computer.  

We are unable to launch Kahoot as Host from webinar/meeting from zoom account which is on Workplace Pro plan. It asks to login and then just keeps spinning saying "Log in to your Kahoot! account in your web browser. If the web browser doesn’t open, try thislink.". This link take to marketplace.zoom link and shows Launch zoom page again.  We are logged into our Kahoot account from same browser.  We are stuck for two days now. Please help.

From someday, when I open a new meeting, it will alert "you have a meeting that is currently in progress. please end it to start a new meeting", when I end the other meetings and join the meeting, it will be ok. But if I leave or end the meeting and start a new meeting, it will alert again immediately. No matter I change the settings, change the passcode or the meeting id, it will not be resolved, but my other accounts are working fine with no such notification, I don't know why, maybe I have to delete this paid account and use other email to use it. Anyone can help it? I found the related questions on website and zoom community, but no resolved answers or can help me resolved it. Thanks!

When using a mobile device for zoom meeting, how do we activate the built in ultra wide angle lens?My samsung note 20 ultra only allows the camera zoom (during zoom meeting) to be at 1X and more, but doesnt allow it to be at 0.5X.Anyone has this problem?need the ultra wide function of the camera during Zoom meeting.

Hello everyone, I want to host and record meetings on Zoom on my phone. When I start a meeting and switch from the front camera, Zoom always uses the wide angle lens, which has horrible quality. I would much prefer the standard lens, but don't find any options to change the camera, just the switch button in the meeting, which goes back to front camera. I am using Samsung S20FE and newest update Anyone knows how to handle it? How do I do this? And what plan is gonna be the best plan. Here is a situation. I'd like to do online school service.There are so many teachers like Teacher1, T2, T3... T1000And there are so many students like Student1, S2, S3... S3000 For example, we have 5 classes at the exact same time (20th December from 2PM to 3PM)Teachers are not permanent staffs (a part-time cram schoolteacher), so I don't give them a zoom license.But of course, they need a zoom room for each teacher. How can I make a room individually for each teacher at the same time, all by myself (alone) If I make one room for T1 at 2PM, I can't make other rooms, right?How can I make 5 rooms at 2PM.

I need help removing a few recurring meetings that show up on the Zoom iOS app but do not appear on my desktop or web apps. How can I remove them? I need notifications for the other meetings, but these old ones pop up. I am not granted a delete button even though I made/set those meetings. And they only appear on my iOS devices, so I cannot find them on the web app to delete.

I have a Focusrite Scarlett USB audio interface, connected through ALSA. The Linux zoom client (on gentoo, that's net-im/zoom-6.2.10.4983, though this has been a problem for several versions now) can see the device, but I have no input (from the mic) or output (through the headphones). Every other audio program I use -- ardour for sound recordings, video players, Discord, etc etc -- has no problem seeing the audio device and using it for both playback and capture. It's *just* zoom. So what's the problem here, and how do I fix it? I've turned off noise cancellation and set it "for music," none of which has helped.  Cheers.

Is there a way to mute or significantly lower the mics of everyone when the host is speaking? In our meetings, I'd like to be able to welcome new members when they join. The problem is we have members that keep talking. It takes while before for they are done. Sometimes the person that has joined gets discouraged and leaves.

Greetings! We are a church trying to host our services via Zoom.  Services start and end with music, and there is a lot of music during the service itself.  Therefore, it seems natural to us that "Original Sound for Musicians" should be able to be set as a standard meeting option in our meeting template.  However, it seems that Zoom doesn't have that option- at least I haven't found a way to do that. Yes, we can manually enable "Original Sound for Musicians" after the meeting is started, and that works perfectly fine.  However, we would like to eliminate that manual step because, too often, we've made the mistake of leaving it off - which means that users don't hear any music. I'd be most happy to hear that I've completely overlooked how to permanently set this feature in a meeting template.  (My wife tells me often that I'm blind when looking for things.)  Am I mistaken?  Does anyone have any helpful guidance? I don't think this m

Hello all,I am Darshan Hiranandani, facing an issue with the Zoom client on Linux (Gentoo, using net-im/zoom-6.2.10.4983, although this has been a problem across several versions). I’m using a Focusrite Scarlett USB audio interface connected through ALSA, and while Zoom can detect the device, I am unable to get either input (microphone) or output (headphones) to work.Interestingly, every other audio program I use — like Ardour, Discord, video players, etc. — has no problem accessing and using the device for both playback and capture. The issue only seems to happen with Zoom.I have already tried turning off noise cancellation and adjusting the settings for "music," but nothing has resolved the issue.Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this, or how I can get Zoom to properly recognize and use the Focusrite Scarlett device for both input and output? When running the downloaded EXE file, the new computer says that installations are possible only through the Microsoft "store". Zoom is not there and the offered solution is not clear. How can I use Zoom on this computer?

I have a panelist presenting ongoing Webinars with us. When we reviewed her slides -- which included embedded videos -- with just the two of us in a Meeting, the audio/video synced up no problem. When we presented the actual Webinar on the day of, the audio played smoothly but the video was choppy and lagging. These were embedded video files, not embedded YouTube links. We are running a Webinar (I am Host, she is Panelist with co-host permission) and she is using a Mac (unsure which iOS). She's doing Advanced --> Share Portion of Screen (so she can still see her PPT Presenter View), and checking both Optimize Sound and Optimize for Video Sharing. We are recording the Webinar for asynchronous viewing. We have made sure both her Zoom and her PPT are fully updated. She is spot lit and keeps her camera on; my camera is off. Please help!

I need to make some calls to get my new phone ironically after my one and only took a bath yesterday. I was hoping to get a temporary set up with zoom phone but how logical is this and will it work because I can't verify my current number with my fried phone. Thank you for any help!
