It has been instrumental in helping us host professional webinars with high-quality equipment and excellent speakers. I’m writing to suggest a feature that I believe could further enhance the experience for both hosts and participants, taking webinars to an even more professional level. When we invite external speakers, it would be incredibly useful to have the option to place them – or the existing participants – in a separate waiting room. This would allow us to test audio, video, and other technical setups without disrupting the participants in the main webinar. Hello friends, Our meeting participants in China suddenly cannot attend the meeting. It says: Due to the restriction of the host account, you cannot join the meeting.Error code: 13215. We paid annual fee for our accounts. We are in the US. I don't why it suddenly won't work. But I can't find the option "Visibility" or anything else like this in the settings. Is this a PRO feature? When I Alt+Shift+T, a cross with pixel coordinates appears, and Zoom pops up when I press escape.In Settings, I don't see Alt+Shift+T listed under Keyboard shortcut, how can I disable Zoom's binding of Alt+Shift+T?

I have added Fathom to my zoom account, which works when I join someone else's meeting room. However, when I schedule a meeting of my own, it says it is unable to join. How can I fix this?

We have connected Pardot to Zoom Webinars successfully. We are working on creating a Pardot form. Is there a way to use the Pardot thank you message? We iframe the form on our website and want to keep the thank you message in the same iframe. The Zoom instructions mentioned using <input name="redirect" type="hidden" value="html"> to show a different thank you message than Zoom. We aren't sure how to keep a thank you message in the same iframe or use the Pardot thank you message. Any ideas? Thank you!

I am building a system to get all the Users and their Licenses from our Zoom account.I cannot seem to find anyway of accessing which license a user account has through the API. I know I can get the calling plan used on Zoom phone, but I cannot find any other license specific information within the API.

Just hosted a webinar. There were at least 2 different people whose names were listed 3 times in the attendee panel. The attendee report shows these same people listed multiple times in the report with different times in the session. What can cause the same person to be listed 3 times as an attendee? 

I recently ported my T-mobile number over to Zoom and thought that the advertised "SMS" capability would at least enable me to continue to get 2FA codes via SMS, but I'm unable to get anything from anybody (human or robot) at this time. After a bunch of digging I found conflicting threads about needing a "direct" number that is not the "main company" number and having to go through the horribly slow and convoluted process of 10DLC.  My number is assigned to just me and is not assigned to any other pool, main line, or group. The only thing I haven't done to troubleshoot is the 10DLC campaign setup process.  I would like Zoom to confirm that you can't receive SMS messages unless the 10DLC process has been completed and if true, explain why users must go through this process to receive SMSs. 10DLC makes sense for outbound messages but I'm really shocked and disappointed if this is true for inbound messages as well. P.S. Recently I always started my meetings by clicking the blue Start button on Meetings tab in desktop zoom client. Now this button has gone. So I have to open the text of invitation, copy and past link into browser there suggestion to open zoom-client appears. Only after that my meeting starts

All the YouTube guides on how to confirm the addition of a co host show that they go into the zoom settings and then the button, but I just looked for the button and it's really not where they say, I checked the zoom instructions themselves and it's the same button, I don't have it. Why don't I just have that button?

Zoom Workplace on my Sony Android smart TV offers a selection of microphone inputs in Settings. No matter what microphone input I choose, Zoom uses the microphone built into the USB webcam. I'd like to use a better sounding source such as a mic + preamp plugged into the TV analog input or the microphone in my Bluetooth headphones connected to the TV. I tried using a different webcam without a microphone and could not get audio input to work at all. Appreciate your suggestions.

Can't see your own face when speaking in side by side speaker mode

When I send an email with a meeting link (hyperlinked to the word 'here'), the email received, but not the one sent, also has a box ad for Zoom appear under the hyperlink.  This is not at all what I want. How can I send the meeting link without the Zoom and box appearing? Thanks.

Hi, my name is Jim. I am a workplace BASIC Free user.  I have used zoom before (w/ windows7) and it automatically allowed me to use my desktop comcast email to invite guests. I recently upgraded to windows10 and now when I click default mail ... it forces me to use and join outlook mail and use the cloud. I do not have an outlook mail account (I do not want a outlook account or my info going to a cloud) how can I get the email default button to send me to my comcast email address so that I can invite guests?  I am stuck and I am unable to invite guests.

I have a weekly meeting same time every week.   Before I was able to have a task schedule load the meeting, now I have to have the page load and I need to click on lauch meeting.  It would be nice if I didn't need to click that.  

I imported a csv registraton list of a group of names for an upcoming meeting.   But I realised after the import that the first name and last names are reversed.    I have not sent out the registration confirmations yet.   I corrected the csv registration order and then tried to re-import them with the correct name order.   But the registration shows that the name order did not change - it remained the same as the first import.     I don't want to send out a cancellation notice to everyone - especially since they have not even recieved the confirmation of their registration.    Is there any way to update the name order before sending them their confirmation?  

It would be most beneficial if Zoom would remember past participants addresses, (or sync seamlessly with a users address book), so you don't have type them out every time. What's the holdup or workarounds? 

Zoom does not allow bulk upload of a CSV file for a recurring meeting/webinar. There is no utility for administrators/organizers to manually input multiple registrants on a single page.This forces me to do one registration at a time on the registration page, submit it, reload or re-access the page, and do it again. But attempts to keep using the registration page triggers more and more difficult CAPTCHA challenges, as the algorithm thinks that I am trying to game the system. It does not matter whether I reload the page, open it in a new tab, or open multiple incognito tabs... Apparently the algorithm looks at repeated accesses coming from the same IP address. By the time I'm on registration number 30 or so, the CAPTCHA is going through four rounds of clicking images, with a slowdown on redrawing images.  This is simply unusable. Every time I try to set a virtual background on my android app I get a error saying an error occurred. I have a new Samsung android device with android OS 14 on it and I am on the latest version available on Play Store that is 6.2.5.25145. I tried getting it work on other devices but faced the same issue on those devices also. I tried to see if this error is in new version so installed the older version i could find the oldest version being 5.17.10 but the background issue was on this version also. I have tested this issue on 3 devices that i have and saw this issue in all of them also I am unable to find any solution for it. Any help in this issue would be appreciated.

Hi -- I am on a Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.7.I tried 3x to update Zoom because it is not allowing me to use the app (so therefore can barely use the browser version for meetings). I get an error (10002) every time.  I tried the steps for Manual install -- same result.Any tips?Thank you.

Hello.I am trying to use ADSyncTool through a server-to-server OAuth app. I am trying to use ADSyncTool through a server-to-server OAuth app. I have run the tool with the following scopes enabled as described on the support page, but I get the following [ERROR]: Validate the Zoom API authentication failure: Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [user:write:admin], Please add scopes in Server-To-Server OAuth app. Verified that the following scopes are enabled in the app:Viewed user information, managed users, and selected to remove the scope for the user's token.Called the ZoomSCIM2 API and selected to call the Zoom SCIM2 API scope.Can you help me identify the cause of this issue? Thank you.
