How to download to D drive and not C drive. There does not appear  a capability to change

I am often made an alternative host for our Zoom meetings. When this happens, I tend to look for those meetings to show up in my Zoom calendar and list of upcoming meetings, and it's been bothering me that they don't appear there. I do receive the email invitations and am able to add them to my Google calendar, but since we also use other video calling platforms, it helps me to see all the Zoom meetings in one place within the Zoom app. Is this an issue for anyone else? Can this be adjusted?

When creating a document from a meeting summary I want to select one of the advanced templates, but I am only ever offered the standard summary. I've checked the notes associated with using ASI Companions with notes and cannot find a combination of settings that allows access to the additional templeats.  What do I need to do to get access to the additional templates? John

Hi, anyone able to help with my video which is getting so bright especially in white background and when light is on please? Even when I turn off the light, almost the same. As in super bright that you just want to turn off your cam 😞 Unfortunately our house is all white. Been using Zoom since 2020 and never had this issue before.

Title says it all, the recordings are available, but taking 2-4 hours to transcribe. In the meantime, they say '"The recording transcript is processing, please check back later."Since using Zoom Phone for a year, transcription processing has been close to real-time.

Previous versions of Zoom had a very conspicuous and easy to use red 'record' button displayed on the main menu bar which turned into an also easy to use stop/pause button during recording.  This is now relegated to a drop down menu that takes several seconds to get to and click on.  This is stupid.  PUT IT BACK where we can get to it quickly. OR allow us to customize the features we want on our menu bar.   Another feature that has been 'updated out' is the pause during recording feature; previously you could pause recording without the software separating the video into separate clips.  Now using pause cuts the video into separate individual files which have to be put back together with editing software if you want a continuous file.  Also STUPID.  If we wanted recording to be separate files, we would hit STOP or end recording.

Al realizar un transmisión en directo desde zoom a Youtube donde he usado la transmisión personalizada, configurando los datos del servidor y código de reunión, etc. esta efectivamente se me muestra en youtube pero al compartir pantalla genera el siguiente error: "La tasa de bits actual de la emisión es inferior al valor mínimo recomendado. Te recomendamos que utilices una tasa de 2500 Kbps"  Mi internet es 300MG simétricos así que no tengo problemas de ancho de banda, cómo se configura Zoom para que envíe el video con una tasa de bists superior para que el directo en youtube sea de alta calidad? Les agradezco sus aportes para poder solucionar esto. Hi, I have a client who wants to have a zoom meeting where all participants can share their screens AND have them all display in a grid gallery format of the shared screens. Is this possible? I was looking though the app store and could not find anything that might do the trick. Any chance that it's possible with Webinars? Thank you.

I keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error (-1) whenever I try to open "reports" in Google Chrome. I’ve already updated Zoom and added the extension to my browser, but the issue is still there. Any ideas on what I might be missing or what I should try next?Thanks in advance for any help!

I am a not tech-savvy senior who is relatively new to Zoom. I have hosted group meetings and not had any problems. Recently, I scheduled a number of individual meetings.  I sent a link to the client's email. When it was time to begin, I hit the start button next to the designated time from my meeting page.. When the meeting opens up,  I can see myself but the client is not there. They are getting a message that I am in a meeting that is in progress. If I go to the email notification that the client has joined, I can get in through that link provided in that email and admit him into the same room. It's aggravating to me and annoying to the client also. What am I doing wrong? 

Hello -- I spoke with Microsoft on issue I was having with updating zoom add-in. I was told the microsoft recently made changes to requirements for how 3rd party applications are packaged -- and associated "deployment tokens". I was told the error produced when attempting to apply available updates to already deployed ZOOM M365 add-in reflect the zoom app needs the token updates. at high level, the deployment token needs to be updated from current EWS token to the new NAA token (nested app auth).There doesn't seem to be way to directly contact zoom support. how should I proceed?  Articles on topic:https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/new-nested-app-authentication-for-office-add-ins-legacy

Hello,   I am trying to log in to my zoom account via the Gmail Zoom Plug in. Everytime I try to click the "sign in" button it takes me to a page that says "This page isn’t workingscript.google.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" and then this page appears "Bad Request Error 400" It's important for me to make Zoom meeting requests in my google calendar to help with workflow. When I click the "sign up" button it takes me to Zoom where I'm already logged in. But it's the sign in button that redirects me to an error page. Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do? I cleared cookies and that did not help!

I am an online teacher.  I have version 6.0.11 (39959).  When I share a document both myself and my students have audio distortion (burbles, crackles, gobbledygook sounds etc).  I've checked the drivers for my web-cam; headphones and they're all current; I've changed the style of headphones and tried the laptop camera; I've swapped the devices beween ports; I've updated zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled it with 64 bit .... no change.    I'm now having to screenshot documents and copy and paste them into the chat, so that the students and I can work together and hear each other at the same time!!   Tempted to find an alternative to Zoom!!!!!!! Any solutions/suggestions would be most welcome & fairly urgent.  Thanks.  

When I create a Meeting Notice in Outlook and click Zoom "Schedule a Meeting", Zoom opens to do this.  However, the Save button is not highlighted and I can't save the meeting in the Outlook notice.  This problem just started today.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I'm looking for a way to automate sending Zoom recordings from Zoom to Dropbox. The recordings in question are password protected but no password is required for anyone within our domain. Both the Zoom account and Dropbox account share the same domain credentials.We used to have a Zapier zap set up but it no longer works and they cannot assist. What alternatives to Zapier are there for this function? I tried to follow the steps in this discussion but they did not work for me.

In our TownHalls i usually share PowerPoint presentation and navigate the slides seamlessly. However when one of the panelists request control to navigate through the slides himself there is almost 5 second delay from the time he selects next slide and the slide transition.  Is there any way to fix this? 

Hello everyone, I really need your help.I can not use the app on Ubuntu (20.04) properly anymore - the app keeps "loading the calendar" although there had been no such issue before the latest big update a couple of weeks ago. I simply can't access my meetings or start one, or anything.I can't even see other's whiteboards when I join a meeting and they share it - other participants can see the whiteboard while on my computer it's forever "loading". I have to join meetings in browser and then transfer them to my app and I can only use my whiteboard in browser as well. It's very uncomfortable. Today, the app started freezing and crashing in the middle of a meeting and I have to rejoin and start all over again every 15 minutes or so.Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Hi, I'm a teacher using zoom for my classes, and I'm left-handed, which is becoming a problem when I share a screen or use the whiteboard, as the inclination of the pen is to the right and for me to write with that pen is really a nightmare, even my writing is becoming illegible. Is there a way I can change that pen inclination to the left? My brain seems to stress using the pen. I don't know if this also happen to other left-handed people, as it's really affecting me. Thank you

I want to see all the meetings within a Zoom workplace (4 users, 3 of which are licensed) and who those owners are. Where would I go to find that information?

I am experiencing 2 issues using Zoom scheduler with Apple calendar. 1) I am finding that any meeting I directly create and delete on Apple calendar (both iPhone and Mac devices) are not syncing back to the Zoom scheduler to show these times blocked / available. 2) Meetings scheduled directly in Zoom scheduler are showing up on my Apple calendar but do not delete if the meeting is cancelled. I reached out to zoom support who just sent me back the Apple calendar set-up and conflicts instructions which I already completed. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? Thank you.

Hello, please, I would like to know if there is a possibility and what solution to integrate the Zoom platform with a database or Excel spreadsheet which will contain the emails of the members of a study group, that is, if the participant is included in the study group he will be able to participate in the meeting, otherwise he will not have access to the meeting link. We currently perform this procedure manually in 15 individual study groups, which have an average of 20 to 30 participants and there is a rotation of members of each group. We access the Excel spreadsheet and cross-reference the information with the emails registered in the Zoom meetings to find out if the participants are part of that group or if they have already given up participating. When I share my screen to share a presentation, zoom bugs and restart. I'm trying to share my screen multiple times but it keeps bugging. This happens frequently... Thank you for your help.

I am using the zoom account my work owns and I am trying to test out the recording function but every time I hit the record button, all it does is bring up the record settings. No other start button comes up or anything, no recording is started. What do I do here?

Hello, Is there an option, currently, to no have an email sent from the AI Summary (and only have that Summary hosted in the Host's Zoom account)? If not, can you please take this as a Feature Request to have the option to not have that Summary emailed? I do not want the summary to be emailed and then, therefore, be stored on that server. Thank you.

I've tested to take a group photo with Group Photo App, and it only takes the host's photo even though other participants(2) have allowed to take the photo, the collage is only showing the host, is there a glitch with the App?
