I hope you are doing well!I am facing one issue/problem while sharing/recording my screen in a Zoom meeting. I am giving the client a demo of the mobile application through a Zoom meeting. We have added a video recording functionality to our application.So when I give the demo to the client, I can access the camera. I have recorded video using the camera but am unable to record voice using a microphone. I tried different settings of the camera and microphone in the Zoom app.Please let me know about the solution to this issue/problem.

Despite having this setting checked, along with push notifications set to "All messages," users still don't hear a sound when they receive a new chat message, whether Zoom is the active window or not.Here are the things I’ve already tried:Ensured that the default audio device is correctly set in both Zoom and Windows sound settings.Verified that Zoom isn’t muted in the Windows Sound Mixer.Re-installed Zoom for affected users (sometimes helps, but not consistently).The issue affects a random group of users, including those on Dell Latitude laptops, MS Surfaces, and Dell desktops. Really surprice that I have lost my requiring id, The ID we use every day is missing from my admin area, even from meeting/previous and Recently Deleted, how can i restore this?

Question: what zoom plan would allow 3 different users under one account to run 3 different meetings simultaneously? How can I test to make sure this would work?Background: my business is integrated with acuity calendar/scheduling app and I have 3 different team members who will need their own zoom meetings at once under one business account.  For example: bob has a meeting with a client at 11 am, so does susie, and jamie- 3 different team members and 3 different clients all needing to meet via zoom under one account simultaneously.

Hello, when I try to uninstall Zoom Workspace I get the error “There is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor” and I don’t know how to fix it.

I attend zoom meetings and just started using a new computer.  For some reason, my video is not detected by zoom when it's plugged into my new computer and neither is my mic.  I had no problem w/my old computer.  Does anyone have any idea why this would be?  Thank you.  Regina

Today, when I logged in to my Zoom account and clicked on the "meetings" tab, and then clicked on "previous meetings," it only showed me the meetings for the last 30 days.  Before today, I could then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "last 100 meetings" and then scroll through and it would show me all my previous meetings.Now, instead, there is a box near the top of the meeting list with the dates for the last month. Then there is a box with a little question mark next to it.  Highlighting that, it says "Only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range."  The default time range is the last 30 days.When I click on that, a calendar comes up, with two blue dots on the start and end dates of the last 30 days.  HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THAT TIME RANGE.  I try clicking on the blue dot to drag it to a new date, and nothing happens at all.   The

I have recently got an ipad and was trying to use zoom as i was using it on my mac. Whenever i use to control someone else's system(remotely on a zoom meeting) from my macbook i was able to scroll up and down by just using 2 fingers as-if i was scrolling on my own laptop. But I am not able to do so when i have joined the meeting on my ipad, i have even bought a keyboard(Brydge II max+) with trackpad as well, I see a mouse-cursor on the screen after getting remote control but i cannot scroll up and down. Any idea if there is anything to be done to do the same ?

I get ONLY option as - record to Cloud. Can't see any Record to Computer option.Why this option is NOT enabled? When my settings have the option selected - record to computer.  

We are unable to launch Kahoot as Host from webinar/meeting from zoom account which is on Workplace Pro plan. It asks to login and then just keeps spinning saying "Log in to your Kahoot! account in your web browser. If the web browser doesn’t open, try thislink.". This link take to marketplace.zoom link and shows Launch zoom page again.  We are logged into our Kahoot account from same browser.  We are stuck for two days now. Please help.

From someday, when I open a new meeting, it will alert "you have a meeting that is currently in progress. please end it to start a new meeting", when I end the other meetings and join the meeting, it will be ok. But if I leave or end the meeting and start a new meeting, it will alert again immediately. No matter I change the settings, change the passcode or the meeting id, it will not be resolved, but my other accounts are working fine with no such notification, I don't know why, maybe I have to delete this paid account and use other email to use it. Anyone can help it? When using a mobile device for zoom meeting, how do we activate the built in ultra wide angle lens?My samsung note 20 ultra only allows the camera zoom (during zoom meeting) to be at 1X and more, but doesnt allow it to be at 0.5X.Anyone has this problem?need the ultra wide function of the camera during Zoom meeting.

Hello everyone, I want to host and record meetings on Zoom on my phone. When I start a meeting and switch from the front camera, Zoom always uses the wide angle lens, which has horrible quality. I would much prefer the standard lens, but don't find any options to change the camera, just the switch button in the meeting, which goes back to front camera. I am using Samsung S20FE and newest update Anyone knows how to handle it? Thanks!
