Video Playback Issues During Webinars
Dear Zoom Support Team,
I am experiencing a recurring issue with video playback during our webinars and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.
Issue Description:
- In our last 5-6 webinars, we have encountered consistent video playback interruptions.
- The issue occurs approximately 1 hour and 20-25 minutes into a 2-hour video.
- The video freezes at this point, although the play button remains in the "playing" state.
- This problem has occurred consistently in multiple webinars.
Additional Information:
- When reviewing the video after the webinar, it plays through the problematic section without any issues.
- I have investigated potential webinar settings that might cause this but have not found any relevant options.
Request: Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any troubleshooting steps or potential solutions you can offer.
